Instructions to use[read before using the Template] Worksheet Name - Test_Case and Test Report 1. The Test_Case and Test Report worksheet is a single master worksheet which contains all the test cases to be tested and the test report. Results of separate test iterations upto 5 iterations can be documented in the same worksheet. If additional test iterations are required, then the user needs to copy the sections to proceed.

This is an auto populated sheet hence PL DO NOT MODIFY ANY CELLS Screen Shots Add the screen shots which provide the changed UI to help customer get a view of the changes made. This is most applicable while preparing unit test cases Important Notes: 1. Do not change the worksheet names 2. Please go through the cell comments for additional help in filling 3. Please do not leave the cells blank where ever there is a drop down value required. This will otherwise impact the results in the summary sheet 4. Please do not enter any data in the "Greyed Out" cells, this will otherwise impact the results in the 5. If the Test Case to be executed has been selected as "Yes", please ensure that the "Test Status" and "Severity" have been filled correctly.
