Welcome to the school website of Atreya Vidyaniketan. Thank you for taking some time out to go through our website to learn about our school. We are a CBSE school located in Mahalakshmipuram (Kurubarahalli). Our school currently serves around 500 students in pre-school through grade / std 10th. We are very proud of our outstanding students and dedicated teachers. We have high expectations for the students in our care and we are devoted to their success spend some time browsing our site. Transportation
We provide bus transportation to students who request for the transport facility. Important transport policies: Regulations governing students riding school buses. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Students must remain in their seats at all times. Students should be courteous in their long and profanity is prohibited. The bus aisle is to be open and clear at all times. Students must keep their arms, hands and heads inside the bus at all times. Students must not throw any objects in/out of windows or in the bus. Students caught vandalizing the bus will be required to pay for damage or repairs. 7. Students may be assigned seats by the bus drives. 8. School bus stops only at authorized stops. 9. No hazardous items shall be carried on the bus, including but not limited to animals, glass objects, flammables, weapons of any sort etc.. 10. Students who refuse to promptly obey the directions of the driver may forfeit their right to ride the bus. Regulations governing students while at stops. 1. Be ready at the pick up spot at least 5mins before the bus is due to arrive. The driver will not wait past the pick up time. If the bus driver arrives early. He/she will wait until the scheduled time or arrival. 2. Always walk to the bus and never run. 3. Stop and look both ways if you must cross the street.

4. While at the pick up spot, do not stand, play or congregate in the traffic street. 5. School conduct rules apply at bus stops and while driving the bus. The bus driver is responsible for maintaining discipline on the bus and at stops. Consequences for misbehaviors will be administered by school administrators. Misbehaviors on the bus/at stop can result in suspension or termination of bus privileges, not a right. The students who persists in misbehaving on school buses, jeopardizes the safety of themselves and everyone on the bus. For bus schedules, contact the school office.
