Subject : Filling up of 18 post of Accountants and 05 post of LDCs on deputation basis in the various Offices under Chief Controller of Accounts (Finance). It is proposed to fill up the Accountants and LDCs posts from the suitable and eligible candidates among the various offices, of (i) Other Organised Accounts Service (ii) Other Central and State Govt. Departments in Chief Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Finance at Delhi on deputation basis : Sl. No. Designation Pay Scale No. of Posts 1. Accountant Rs. 5200-20200 + G. The period of deputation initially is of one year. However, the period can be extended upto 3 years. 2. The pay of, the selected officials will be regulated in accordance with the Department of Personnel & Training O.M. No.2/29/91-Estt. (Pay -II) dated 05.01.1994 as amended from time to time, under normal Central Government Rules in case of officials appointed on deputation basis. 3. The Eligibility and Desirable qualifications for the above mentioned posts are as under : a) Designation : Accountant Eligibility : (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis. or (ii) Candidates in the Grade Pay of Rs 2400/- and having minimum 02 years service in the grade. or (iii) LDCs in the Grade Pay of Rs 1900/- and having minimum 05 years of service. Desirable : (i) 02 years Experience in Accounts/Establishment/Administratio1J. work etc. (ii) Knowledge of Computers. b) Designation : LDC Eligibility : (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis with 02 years of experience. or Matriculation Gr. D (Now Group C) and having minimum 5 years of service. (ii) Proficiency in typing with a speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi preferable. Desirable : Working knowledge of Computers. 4. Applications of suitable and eligible candidates along with up-to-date attested copies of ACRs now known as APARs(last three years) and vigilance clearance certificate of the officials may be forwarded to this office within a period of 45 days from the date of issue of this advertisement/letter. Application without the attested copies of ACRs and Vigilance certificate will not be entertained. While forwarding the applications, it may also be verified and certified that the particulars furnished by the officials are correct and his/her integrity is beyond doubt. 5. Officials who volunteer for the post will not be permitted to withdraw their names later. 6. The maximum age limit not to be exceeded 56 years as on the closing late of receipt of the applications.
