1. The candidate is expected to write 100 marks examination for each paper.
2. Continuation fee - Rs.1,000/- per year is to be paid after completion of 2 years of registration. (The same has to be remitted along with the examination fee). 3. Students attending the examination will have to make their own arrangements for accommodation. 4. All payments (examination fee, late fee & continuation fee whichever is applicable) a. shall be made in a single DD, favouring Registrar, NLSIU, payable at Bangalore and to be sent to The Coordinator, Distance Education Department, National Law School of India University, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore:560 0242 (560 072) so as to reach on or before the December 07, 2013 failing which the application will not accepted. b. Payments may also be made in cash at the NLSIU Cash Counter, on all working days (Monday to Saturday) between 9.30a.m and 4.30p.m. c. Submission of application & payment can be done online from October 25, 2013. Note: Examination fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to the next examination under any circumstance. To be eligible to appear for the examination the printout of the application submitted online with fee details has to reach the department within the deadlines mentioned.

5. Admission/hall ticket has to be downloaded from the website http://ded.nls.ac.in which will be available from November 21, 2013. The Department will not be posting the hard copy of the Admission/hall ticket. 6. The application will be rejected if the payment of fee is not made on or before the last date fixed by the University. Under no circumstance, the last date will be extended or late application will be entertained.
