Job Description

To ensure the implementation of HSE requirements according to Shell Life Saving rules (LSRs) To execute construction activities related to mechanical oriented fields as per given P&IDs, layouts & ISOs. Erection of U/G, A/G piping i.e. CS, SS, LTCS according to ASME 31.3, ASME 16.5, ASME 36.10. Erection of Static & rotary equipments. Compiling TQs, TDRs and maintaining records of all delays and modifications. Supervise mechanical teams and distribute the resources accordingly. Trouble shooting for design complications and making adjustments according to site conditions. To prepare daily progress report and plan for next day activities keeping close co-ordination with the planning department. To fulfil Brownfield & Greenfield permit requirements. To co-ordinate with QA/QC department for NDT, Hydrotest, Pneumatic test, ITRs and Handover dossiers. To ensure all fabrication and erection fulfilling QA/QC requirements.
