MERRILL TECHNOLOGIES GROUP - As General Manager of the corporate flagship business unit and driver of dramatic improvement of internal organizational processes, practices, and accountabilities, we accomplished a sales throughput increase of 23% and GMP improvement by 11 points. Guiding and working closely with teams in production and scheduling, safety, quality and utilizing lean tools like the walk-about to improve production visibility, we improved on-time delivery by 27%, and quality 12%. Implemented cost control practices and guided teams to glean reduction in monthly recurring cost of purchased goods by 28%.
