DEVELOPMENT AGREEVTENT WITH CORAL SECC. LLC.. FOR
TF{E REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CEDAR CENTER SHOPPINC
DIS'I'RICT IN THE CITY OF SOt-iTF{ EUCLID. OHIO; AND
DECLARINC AN EMERCENCY.

NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of South Euclid, State
of Ohir::

Section l: That the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to enter intc a revised
development agreement with Coral SECC, LLC., fbr the redevelopment of the Cedar Center
Shopping District within the City Of South Euclid, a copy of whiclr is attached hereto and tnade a
part hereof as Exhibit A.

Section 2: firat it is hereby tbund and determined that all tbrmal astions oFthis Council
concerning ancl relating to the passage of this Ordinance were aclopted in an open meeting of this
Council, and that all dellberations of this Council and any of its cornrrrittees ort or after November
/5. 1975, that resulted in suclr tbrmal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with
all legal requirernents. including Section l2l.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
