The Legacy
The Bessie Mae Womens Health Center is a non -profit organization established in March 2012. The name of the health center derived from the grandmother of our founder, president and chief executive officer, Mrs. Esney Mae Sharpe. Her grandmother lived to be 103 years old. She was rarely sickalways in good health! She had 11 children. She never had a drivers license so she walked everywhere. She did labor work until she was 81 years old. Now, her legacy will live on through the Bessie Mae Womens Health Center by touching the lives of women across the nation on their journey to better health. The Bessie Mae Womens Health Center strongly believes that the patients needs are of utmost importance. In saying that...our courteous, professional, friendly, and multi-cultural physicians and staff welcomes the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver the best health care service to our community.

Bessie Mae Womens Health Center partnered with the American Cancer Society for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk Remembering.October 2012
