Reopening

ORDER:

The respondent has filed a timely motion to reopen these removal proceedings, seeking to submit an application for cancellation of removal. opposes reopening. The Department of Homeland Security

Upon consideration of the record in this case and the particular evidence

submitted, we conclude that reopening is warranted to provide the respondent with an opportunity to seek any relief for which he may be eligible. In so reopening and remanding, we intimate no opinion regarding the respondent's ultimate eligibility for any such relief.

Accordingly, the motion to reopen is granted.

FURTHER ORDER:

The record is remanded to the Immigration Judge for further

proceedings consistent with the foregoing opinion and for the entry of a new decision.
