UNSURPASSED WATER BEADING TECHNOLOGY

When water comes in contact with an Royale Aspira surface, it does not wet, penetrate, trickle or spot. Like a lotus leaf, Royale Aspiras hydrophobic nature forces water to roll down in little beads. What that translates into is an easy-to-clean, smooth and highly durable painted surface.

ENHANCED ANTI-MICROBIAL FORMULA

The Royale Aspira anti-bacterial and antifungal formula retards microbial growth, thus creating a more hygienic and therefore, healthier living environment. Surfaces that are exposed to less sunlight and have poor air circulation are prone to a fungal attack, but Royale Aspiras anti-microbial properties inhibit growth on the paint film.

Certified by PRA, UK using the BS 3900: G6 test

Asian Paints put Royale Aspira through a rigrous EN (European Nations) standard EN 150 22196 : 2007 bacterial resistance test and product was found to comply with the standards. Royale Aspira was thereafter certified by an International testing body, PRA UK using the BS 3900: G6 test for fungal resistance where ratings of 0,1 ,2 represent pass level. Royale Aspira, once again scored an impressive 1.

EXCEPTIONAL CRACK BRIDGING PROPERTY

Wall cracks appear due to structural defects, heat and cold, expansion and contraction. Royale Aspira is an elastic film that stretches by almost 400% to cover up hairline cracks. So what you will see is a crackfree wall. Royale Aspira has enhanced strength and greater elasticity; dual attributes that are rarely seen together in the same product. Capable of elongating up to 300-400% (twice as much as conventional emulsions), Royale Aspira will ensure that your walls will remain smooth and crack-free^ until you are ready to change the colour!

Royale Aspira is stain and block resistant. It creates a non-porous, dense surface that is almost stain phobic, which essentially means stains are prevented from penetrating the surface. This provides easy cleanup and maintenance of your beautiful walls.

UNMATCHED FLAME SPREAD RESISTANCE

Royale Aspira offers enhanced fire safety and security. It has the distinction of having the slowest flame spread rate in its category of paint. That does not make it fire proof, but establishes it as the slowest burning material compared to other paints in the market.

Royale Aspira has been tested by Exova Warringtonfire - the worlds leading independent certification, testing and fire engineering organisation. In accordance with the class definitions given in BS 476: Part 7: 1997, Royale Aspira has received the highest Class 1 rating.

ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE
To create a world class, high performance paint is an achievement all by itself. But the real challenge is to make it a responsible product that conforms to the toughest international standards for environmental safety and health.
Royale Aspira has been benchmarked to GreenSeal (GS11) standards and also complies with LEED specifications for interior paints, with VOC levels less than 50g/L.** Green Assure from Asian Paints is more than just VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) Safe. It not only conforms to international VOC specifications but also does not contain any hazardous raw materials like lead, heavy metals, APEO (Alkylphenol Ethoxylates) and toxic materials as per the guidelines laid out by the International GS 11 (Green Seal) standard.
