The extreme change of the temperature of the building had make some of the paint being loses it function due the not suitable paint 1. Take off the paint at the affected area and paint it with the suitable paint. 2. Install the skirting. Remedies

The changes of the temperature due to the heat and cooling of the sun light. The shrinkage of the cement render also can be causes of this crack. The wrong ration of mixture or poor workmanship. Hack off the parts that crack. Form a shape for the joint with the cement render. Damp that area about 24 hours before applying with the new layer of cement render. Replace that part with the new cement render. Image/photo Others information Crack The cracks on the floor are the defect that was obviously gives the effect to the appearance of the building. These cracks need to be repairing it immediately in order to prevent it from spread.
