Regular shapes, rectangular, cow-faced are also acceptable. Odd shaped plots e.g. triangle, cleaver-shaped, oval shaped, chariot wheel, hexagon, octagon and irregular parallelograms are not desirable. All irregular and odd shaped plots need to be divided or modified so that more closely plots approximate a square or rectangle. Axis of land should match with the magnetic axis of the arth.
