ADVERTISEMENT Meaning of Advertisement: a) Advertisement is the act of advertising. b) Advertisement is a notice, such as a poster or a paid announcement in the print, broadcast, or electronic media, designed to attract public attention or patronage. c) Advertisement is any public notice, as a printed display in a newspaper, short film on television, announcement on radio, etc., designed to sell goods, publicize an event, etc. d) Advertisement is a public promotion of some product or service. Example

    2. ANNOUNCEMENT Meaning of Announcement: a) Announcement is a public statement about something that is happening or going to happen. Announcement may be appeared in newspaper, magazine, public place or other public spaces. Example of announcement are Press Release in newspaper, booklet, catalog, form or notice that announces a specific opportunity to apply for a grant. b) Announcement is something said, written, or printed to make known what has happened or (more often) what will happen. Announcement is used to give informations about something in a public place. c) Announcement is public or formal notice announcing something.The announcement appeared in the newspapers. d) Announcement is the act of announcing. e) Announcement is a short message or commercial, esp. a commercial spoken on radio or television.

    f) Announcement is a card or piece of formal stationery containing a formal declaration of an event, as a wedding.

    The meaning of Invitation: a) Invitation is the act of inviting. b) Invitation is solicitation. c) Invitation is the requesting of a person's company. d) Invitation is as an invitation to a party, to a dinner, or to visit a friend. A document written or printed, or spoken words, /onveying the message by which one is invited. e) Invitation is an inviting to come somewhere or do something. f) Invitation is the message or note used in inviting. g) Invitation is a spoken or written request for someone's presence or participation. h) Invitation is an allurement, enticement, or attraction.
