VALERUS LOGO GUIDELINES

The following guidelines address the correct use of the Valerus logo for most applications and environments. Other aspects of the Valerus brand are not covered here. VALERUS LOGO
The Valerus logo may be used only in the following approved forms. Logo les are available on our website, www.valerus-co.com/discover-valerus/resources. Two-Color Logo The two-color logo is preferred on all white or light-color backgrounds (lighter than 40% black). Black Logo The black logo replaces the two-color logo in blackand-white or grayscale environments, when color is not an option. Reverse Logo The white logo may be used in reverse against a dark, solid-color background (equivalent to 40% black or darker).

VALERUS LOGO USAGE

The following rules should be observed in all applications, for all forms of the Valerus logo. Minimum Clearance Maintain clear space on all sides of the Valerus logo equal in width to the letters VA, as shown in the illustration. Minimum Size The logo should never be smaller than one quarter inch (0.5") wide, measuring the width of the Valerus name, not the large letter V.

Horizontal Logo In constrained or predominantly horizontal environments, the following horizontal logo options can be used in place of the standard company logo. The same restrictions apply for two-color, black and reversed white versions.

Improper Logo Usage The logo should not be manipulated or altered in any way from the versions provided by Valerus as described above. In particular: Do Do Do Do Do Do not not not not not not introduce any additional design elements, such as a ring around the V. change the relative positions of the logo elements. rearrange or alter the logo colors. distort the logo or change its proportions. add a trademark () or registered trademark () symbol to the logo. use obsolete logo files that included a trademark () symbol.

VALERUS COLOR PALETTE

The following colors should be used for all Valerus communications. The primary colors in all cases should be the Valerus blue, gray and black. The fourth color, cyan, should be used only as an accent color subordinate to the other three. The PANTONE option is preferred for Valerus blue whenever possible. For all marketing purposes, the company name is Valerus. This is how we represent ourselves in all marketing materials, sales collateral, promotional items, signage and other branded media. For legal purposes, the company name is Valerus Compression Services, L.P. This formal version should be used on all legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, and any ofcial references to nancial resources or other assets.
