d. "You"meansthelicensee,i.e.thepersonrightsaregrantedtounderthisLicense.
e. "Derivation"meansaworkbasedonotherpreexistingworks,suchasanadaptation,transliteration,transcription,arrangement
orotheralterationsoftheWorkinanyformrecognizablyderivedfromtheoriginal.
f. "PrivatelyPerform"meanstoperformtheWorkandmakeavailabletorelativesandfriendsyoupersonallyknow,excludingany
clubsorassociations.
g. "Publicly Perform" to perform the Work and make available to the public, including to broadcast the Work by any means or
process,bothwithorwithoutanycommercialinterest.

a. TheLicensorherebygrantsYouaworldwide,royaltyfree,nonexclusivelicensetoPubliclyorPrivatelyPerformtheWork.
b. Theaboverightsmaybeexercisedinallmediaandformatswhethernowknownorhereafterdevised.
c. The Licensor waives the right to collect royalties, whether individually or, in the event that the Licensor is a member of a
collectingsocietyoragency,viathatsociety,regardinganyexerciseoftherightsgrantedtoYouwithinthisLicense.
d. In those jurisdictions in which the right to collect royalties cannot be waived, the Licensor reserves the right to collect such
royalties.
e. Incaseofmusicscores,thenumberofprintoutsislimitedtotwo,butonlyfortheuseofoneperson.Incaseaprintoutgetslost
orisdestroyedYoumayproduceanewprintout.
f. AllrightsnotexpresslygrantedbyLicensorarereserved.

a. If You Publicly Perform the Work, You must keep intact all copyright notices for the Work and provide, reasonable to the
mediumormeansYouareutilizing:(i)thenameoftheCreator(orpseudonym,ifapplicable)(ii)thetitleoftheWorkifsupplied
and(iii)inthecaseofaDerivation,acreditidentifyingtheuseoftheWorkintheDerivation(e.g."TranscriptionbyCreatorof
Derivation,basedonoriginalWorkbyCreatorofOriginal").
b. ThisLicensedoesnotincludetherighttograntanysublicenses.
c. ThisLicensedoesnotincludetherighttomakeDerivationsoftheWork.

UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES IN WRITING, LICENSOR OFFERS THE WORK ASIS AND MAKES
NOREPRESENTATIONSORWARRANTIESOFANYKINDCONCERNINGTHEWORK,EXPRESS,IMPLIED,STATUTORYOR
OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULARPURPOSE,NONINFRINGEMENT,ORTHEABSENCEOFLATENTOROTHERDEFECTS,ACCURACY,ORTHE
PRESENCEOFABSENCEOFERRORS,WHETHERORNOTDISCOVERABLE.SOMEJURISDICTIONSDONOTALLOWTHE
EXCLUSIONOFIMPLIEDWARRANTIES,SOSUCHEXCLUSIONMAYNOTAPPLYTOYOU.

USEOFTHEWORK,EVENIFLICENSORHASBEENADVISEDOFTHEPOSSIBILITYOFSUCHDAMAGES.

a. ThisLicenseandtherightsgrantedhereunderwillterminateautomaticallyuponanybreachbyYouofthetermsofthisLicense.
b. Ineachcase,thisLicenseisonlyvalidfrom26.01.2011until25.01.2012.
c. Sections1,3,4,5,6and7willsurviveanyterminationofthisLicense.

a. IfanyprovisionofthisLicenseisinvalidorunenforceableunderapplicablelaw,itshallnotaffectthevalidityorenforceabilityof
theremainderofthetermsofthisLicense,andwithoutfurtheractionbythepartiestothisagreement,suchprovisionshallbe
reformedtotheminimumextentnecessarytomakesuchprovisionvalidandenforceable.
b. NotermorprovisionofthisLicenseshallbedeemedwaivedandnobreachconsentedtounlesssuchwaiverorconsentshall
beinwritingandsignedbythepartytobechargedwithsuchwaiverorconsent.
c. ThisLicenseconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttotheWorklicensedhere.Licensorshallnotbe
boundbyanyadditionalprovisionsthatmayappearinanycommunicationfromYou.ThisLicensemaynotbemodifiedwithout
themutualwrittenagreementoftheLicensorandYou.

Load.CDGmbHisnotapartytothisLicense,andmakesnowarrantywhatsoeverinconnectionwiththeWork.Load.CDGmbHwillnotbe
liable to You or any party on any legal theory for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation any general, special, incidental or
consequentialdamagesarisinginconnectiontothisLicense.Notwithstandingtheforegoingtwosentences,ifLoad.CDGmbHhasexpressly
identifieditselfastheLicensorhereunder,itshallhaveallrightsandobligationsofLicensor.
