Terms and Conditions: 1. Information on how to participate in the "Name Me Campaign" ("Campaign") forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into this Campaign
is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is online or via mail or SMS. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in 'determining the successful
participant. 2. Participation is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are not a director or employee (or the immediate family of a director or employee) of the
Promoter, Beinteractive Pty Ltd or their associated agencies and companies ("Eligible Participant"). Proof of purchase of any product is not required. 3. Eligible Participants
are invited to suggest aname that is relevant to the new Vegemite product variant ("Product") by submitting an entry ("entry"). The names submitted will be judged according
to their consistency. with the Vegemite brand values, its personality, the brand positioning and consumer appeal. Entrants need to submit their suggested name in 25 words
or less. This information will be put forward for judging by the Promoter. Entries will be judged in accordance with these terms and conditions. 4. The Campaign commences
on 29/6/09 at 9:00am (AEST)/ 11 :OOam (NZT). Once the Promoter finds aname which it considers to be the perfect name, the Campaign will come to an end. 5. Entrants
must either: a. SMS entry is open only to Australian residents - send aSMS message from their mobile telephone to 19777666 stating their full name, address and entry; or
b. complete an entry form available in participating retail outlets or submit their entry on an A4 sheet of paper and mail it to: "Name Me Campaign", GPO Box 3395, Sydney,
NSW 2001, Australia; or c. log onto www.vegemite.com.au and follow the prompts to complete and submit an online entry form in full, including (but not limited to) their name,
address, daytime telephone number, email address and entry. SMS entrants will receive a reply SMS message from the Promoter to confirm receipt of their entry, at no cost
to the entrant. 6. Entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims, by other parties. Entries must
not: a. have been published previously; b. have won prizes or awards in other competitions; c. be restricted in any way; or d. infringe any third party rights. 7. MAIL ENTRY:
Each mail entry must be mailed to the address specified in Condition 5.b in a separate, stamped, standard sized envelope. 8. Eligible Participants under the age of 18 must
obtain the prior permission of aparent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. 9, Incomprehensible, late, illegible or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and therefore
ineligible to enter the Campaign. 10. Eligible Participants may submit as many entries as they like. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to confirm and verify the identity of the
entrantwhoseentryischosenbythejudgingpanel,byrequestingthepersontoprovideproofofage,proofofidentity,proofofresidencyandproofthattheysubmittedthe
entry.ldentificationconsideredsuitableforverificationisattheabsolute discretion of the Promoter. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity ofentriesandto
disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially inSUlting, inflammatory, libellous or defamatory statements,
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions orwho has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering
the Campaign which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Campaign and/or Promoter, or who the Promoter has reason
to believe has engaged in any activity calculated tojeopardisethefairandproperconductoftheCampaign. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to
disqualify an entrant if the Promoter becomes aware that the entrant and/or their entry is of atype described in this condition. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages
or other compensation from such aperson are also reserved. 13. The maximum cost of submitting an entry is $0.55 (including GST) in Australia or NZD$1.50 (including GST)
in New Zealand. The cost of accessing the Promoter's website to submit an online entry will be dependent on the entrant's arrangements with its own Internet Service Provider.
14. The entrant whose entry is chosen by the judging panel may be invited by the Promoter to participate in amedia campaign (as determined by the Promoter), inclUding but
not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned, and having their name and photograph published in any newspapers, publications, the Kraft
newsletter or press releases, at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. By submitting an entry, entrants agree that if their entry is chosen by the judging panel, they will
participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests made by the Promoter. The Promoter will not pay the entrant any monetary prize, fee or
compensation for their entry. The Promoter is not obliged to invite the entrant whose entry is chosen to participate in any such media campaign and the invitation is at the
absolute discretion of the Promoter. 15. By submitting an entry and taking part in the opportunity to be involved in the naming of the Product, each entrant agre~s that the
name they have submitted for the Product in their entry and their name (or any nominated user identification submitted as part of an online entry) may be published on the
Promoter's website in connection with the Campaign and that the entrant will not be entitled to any monetary prize, fee or compensation for such publication. By submitting
an entry and taking partin the opportunity to be involved in the naming of the Product, the entrant whose entry is chosen bythejudgingpanelacknowledgesandagreesthat
the Promoter has all right title and interest in and to the entry and the name for the Product contained in the entry and any copyrighttherein.Theentrantwhoseentryischosen
by the judging panel acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter is free to use the entry and the name for the Product contained in the entryandtoexerciseitsrightsinrelation
thereto and that the entrant will not be entitled to any monetary prize, fee or compensation for such use. 16. The entrant whose entry is chosen permits their image and/or
voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed, to appear in connection with media or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the
entrant will not be entitled to any fee for such use. 17. Entries received by the Promoter will be judged by ajudging panel at Kraft Foods Limited, 187 Todd Road, Fishermans
Bend VIC 3207 Australia. Judging will take place from 29 June 2009 at 9:00am (AEST)/ 11 :OOam (NZT) onwards until a name for the Product is found. 18. If the name of
the Product chosen by the judging panel has been suggested by more than one entrant, the entrant that will be deemed to be the successful entrant will be the one whose
entry was received first by the Promoter. 19. The public will be notified, via an advertisement in The Australian as well as via the website of the Promoter, that aname for the
Product has been chosen within seven days after the decision of the judging panel (with the name of the Product to be announced by the Promoter subsequently) "The entrant
whose entry is chosen by the judging panel will be notified on aconfidential basis by telephone and in writing in the week commencing 15 September 2009, and the entrant
must keep confidential- until the public announcement by the Promoter of the name of the Product (as referred to below) - the fact that their entry has been chosen (and the
proposed name of the Product) and (by submitting an entry and taking partin the opportunity to be involved in the naming of the Product) acknowledgesthatobligationof
confidentiality and that the maintenance by them of that confidentiality is critical to the success and impact of the Campaign, and further acknowledges and agrees that their
entry may cease to be the name chosen should confidentiality not be maintained. The name of the Product will be published on the website of the Promoter in the week
commencing 21 September 2009. The name of the Product may also be published via national press. The entrant whose entry is chosen by the judging panel will have their
name published in The Australian in the week commencing 21 September 2009. 20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted
or misdirected entries, including entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of an SMS message due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any
other reason. SMS entries via the internet or computer generation and not attributable to avalid mobile telephone account are invalid and will not be accepted. 21. Should an
entrant's contact details change during the period of the Campaign, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. Arequest to access, modify or delete any information
provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter. 22. All decisions of the Promoter and judging panel are final. The Promoter and judging panel will not enter into any
discussions or correspondence regarding the final decision, 23.lf the Promoter does not receive an entry that the judging panel believes is asuitable name for the Product,
the Promoter is not obliged to choose aname for the Product that has been suggested by entrants. 24, In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which
prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the Campaign on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but
not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, cancel
the Campaign and recommence it from the start on the same terms and conditions, subject to any written directions given from the various State or Territory Government
authorities (where required). 25. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Campaign except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter, Beinteractive
Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibilityforanyincorrectorinaccurateinformation,eithercaused by an entrant or as aresult of any of
the systems, equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Campaign, or for any technical or human error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the
course of the administration of this Campaign including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line, computer line,
mobile telephone or satellite network failure, software, server 0 rproviderfailure,theftordestructionorunauthorisedaccesstooralterationofentries,andreservestheright
to take any action that may be available. 26. If, for any reason, the Campaign is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, due to infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter,whichcorruptoraffecttheadministration,
securitY,fairnessorintegrityorproperconductofthisCampaign,thePromoterreservestherightinitssolediscretiontotakeanyactionthatmaybeavailable,andtocancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign, subject to any written directions given from the various State or Territory Government authorities (where required). 27. All entries
become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into adatabase and the Promoter may, subject to its privacy policy and unless otherwise advised by an entrant,
use the entrant's names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice
and without any fee being paid to the entrant. By entering this Campaign, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for these purposes. If an entrant no longer
consentstotheirdetailsbeingusedforthesepurposes,theentrant should contact the Promoter at the address setout in these termsandconditions.Anyrequesttoupdate,
modify or delete the entrant's details should be directed to the Promoter. 28. Beinteractive Pty Ltd, on behalf of the Promoter, is collecting the entrant's personal
information for the purposes of conducting and promoting this Campaign. The entrant's personal information may be disclosed to Beinteractive Pty Ltd for this
purpose. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in this Campaign. 29. The Promoter is Kraft Foods Limited (ABN 15 004125 071) of 187 Todd
