This book is dedicated to my family and especially my loving wife Jayne who has supported me throughout the year it took to bring this book into existence. My faithful and loyal friend Chen in Spirit has been immensely helpful and is well aware that without his help this book would still yet to be completed. My family have endured my ramblings and ever present discussions around how to extract the information contained in my head through life experience and get that translated into meaningful English for my readers to enjoy and learn from. Perhaps at school I should have been more interested in study, rather than having a laugh and kicking a football around with my friends. But I now understand the reason for this lack of concentration, as I found school lessons at best disinteresting and at worst useless. (An example is algebra - maybe at some point before I pass back into Spirit algebra may come in handy but I doubt it!) In my opinion esoteric knowledge would be much more useful to every human inhabitant of this planet, since we exist with unseen energies around us daily and occult knowledge is paramount to living a healthy life and co-existing with these unseen energies. Both good and bad, this knowledge would seem to have been consciously removed from society and mainstream teaching.

Foreword
Ghosts, Ghouls, Entities, Angels, Demons and other mythical creatures do not exist on planet earth as far as I can perceive - how could they? Why does every religion in the world make reference in some way to other creatures or energies that we cannot see but in some way have the ability to influence mankind? Why does the Catholic Church have priests that specialise in exorcism? What can they be removing from people, since there is nothing to see with the physical eyes? Psychic protection - whats that all about and why would it be so important? When you start to open yourself to the Spiritual world and the scary prospect that there are indeed many other energies that exist within this dimension, and planet we call earth it, is of paramount importance that you invoke your own Spiritual protection. Just because we cant connect with other energies using our traditional five sense reality, does not mean that other energies dont exist, and at some point they may start to invade your sane view of the world. Hopefully you wont have to experience this, but if you do then be forewarned and armed with the Spiritual knowledge to keep you safe. When I started to experience the existence of non-physical energies living alongside me at home, and I made the realisation that they were in fact very negative and could indeed touch me and move physical objects, two things happened :-
1. I thought perhaps I had gone mad and questioned my sanity. 2. An insatiable appetite to learn the truth and investigate and communicate with these energies was ignited, and today it is still there burning like a fire in my soul.
My quest for knowledge burned fast and strong but the existence of reliable and truthful information seemed very hard to locate. As I digested book after book bought mainly from esoteric book shops located in Glastonbury (UK) my wish and desire was to find just one book that could give me a good understanding of this new world, and answer all the questions I found were dominating my waking consciousness. That wish never transpired and years passed as I digested book after book but one thing did happen - I made a promise to myself that one day in the future I would write such a book to help others that were following behind in my footsteps and as a lighthouse guides ships into shore safely, my knowledge and book would help others. Here is that much thought about and edited book. I hope you enjoy this book. Much of the content has been gained through experience and at times to my personal detriment. My guide and faithful friend Chen in Spirit has helped immensely and in each section is a channelling from him. This channelling was done using a form of automatic writing.
Automatic writing or psychography is writing which the writer states to be produced from a subconscious and/or Spiritual source without conscious awareness of the content.
Introduction
What this book is

Well, a great question, and one that is easy to answer. At the start of my Spiritual path I found the information now contained in this book very fragmented and hard to find. I had lots of questions and didn't really know where to turn for help. As with all things, if you are in the circle, so to speak, you have a list of people and groups as long as your arm if you need to ask advice or give someone a call. But if youre not in the know, then a feeling of isolation and fear become normal especially at night when you know there is something you cant see in your bedroom. AT 3am in the morning when you are feeling petrified in bed, and you know there are unseen energies in your room, who can you call? Sadly ghost busters are not easy to track down in the phone book or on the internet and for those of a normal life that don't believe in ghosts and aliens, then a great deal of time and energy is spent looking through the internet for some clue as to who deals with these unseen forces that can torment and disrupt our lives. I know that for me my first inclination was to grab a sleeping bag and head for the nearest church. But I didn't know if the local vicar would laugh out loud when I told him something was lifting my bed into the air, making strange sounds, following me around the house and generally scaring the living daylights out of me every single night without fail.
So in answer to the question this book if for everyone, those that have been introduced to the unseen world that exists and for those that like the idea of exploring or have a vague interest in the mysticism that exists here on planet earth. I wish I could have had these topics explained to me when I was at school. In my view, psychic protection and energy work should be included into the school curriculum, thus enabling all children to grow up understanding energy and the immense effect it can have on our lives rather than algebra or differential equations that is of absolutely next to no use to anyone in my opinion. The contents of this book have been written by a normal guy (well I like to think of myself as normal) but this terminology is subjective too, as many of my friends may argue with that statement. I verged onto my Spiritual path by mistake, and rather like a small boy seeing the ocean for the first time, I realised there was another world waiting to be explored. A world that came with quite a sting should adequate protection not to be adhered to. This protection could not be seen and felt - but without it walking into that ocean to explore was like putting a baby into a lion's cage. It would not take long before you became a predator's meal and a tasty one at that. I inevitably became that meal. My experience as a physic surgeon has brought me into contact with many energies, both positive and negative. Detailed in this book are the various techniques adopted to protect myself and my clients from some of these negative energies. Many of these methods can be employed by the everyday person to create a harmonious living environment in their homes, and by anyone working with people in general - regardless of their status in life, religious beliefs, colour or country of choice. This book has been written for all, and hopefully many of the techniques explained and detailed in this book will help to keep you out of trouble as the evolvement of

our species develops, and we start to expose the unseen world as it happens from here on in. I have tried to cover as many topics as I can, whilst adding humour based on our own experiences, to keep the readers interest and have a laugh on us. As you progress on your own Spiritual path you will need to learn and develop your own view and opinion of the spiritual realm. The contents of this book will enable you to learn many advanced techniques as you move forward in your Spiritual evolution and this book will, if I have succeeded help you along as a reference guide to the Spiritual world you will be exploring.
What this book is not. -----------------------This book has been written with the intention of helping people to understand how to protect themselves from the unseen, primarily, and then where to turn for help they should find themselves out of their depth. It is not supposed to be a bible that must be followed to the letter but rather a book of reference that will point you in the right direction. Your higher self will direct you to the answer ultimately, but for me, I found the start of the Spiritual path to be a somewhat frustrating experience as teachers of psychic protection were just not out there. Help from psychics seemed to cost a fortune and most had different advice and ideas. This new world which you are about to explore (because you have picked this book off the shelf and no doubt that decision was guided by your own Spirit guides) will give you a very quick opening to Spirit and the world that awaits your conscious presence. Firstly I would like to express my thanks for purchasing this book and again my thanks to the reader for being in a place where the mind can open and accept the concept of teachings and communication from Spirit. Many are unable to cope with this concept. The teachings that are received from schools do not provide the correct information about the concept of channelled information, even though all religions currently working on planet earth do foretell of this as the primary method of communication from the higher energies they work with, to teach and guide the disciple towards the concept of God and peace. This method of communication is open to every single human being walking planet earth, as each human is equipped to connect with their own guidance system and receive telepathic communication in this manner. Channelling is age old and predates the spoken word in many native tribes currently on planet earth. Unfortunately the teachings of telepathic communication has been lost over the years, as western countries have developed and science has become the guidance method used. Now all developed countries look to science to provide the answers to all questions from the beginning of the world and solar system to answers on physical health and human development. In time you will see that this method of guidance and communication will again return to all living on this planet as mankind evolves and again wakes to the realisation that a human being is connected in many ways to its own Spiritual evolvement and the path to enlightenment is from within not from without. This means that in order to find peace and happiness inside other words known as Love,

this cannot be done by externalising. Love and the vibration of love, come from within when the human has connected itself back to its Spiritual roots and has the energy of the mother and father flowing through the physical body. The mother is the planet earth and her energy is divinely feminine. The father energy is all around you and could be called the air that you breathe. When these two energies are connected at the heart the vibration of love will flow through the human being and the human will again feel the bliss that many have described when they have attained this level of consciousness. The information that has been given with love from Spirit is aimed at human beings who are taking these steps towards enlightenment. The information will open the core consciousness of the human and will start to help the incorrect teachings that you have been given from childhood drop away. You will find that you will start to question everything you have been taught, your vibration will alter and your own guidance will kick in to provide intuitive help in your pursuit towards the truth. As the information sinks into the deeper subconscious levels, a knowing will develop and you will find yourself in a much stronger and more confident position with those around you. You will start to intuitively know what is right and what is wrong. When people talk to you your heart charka will start to open and those around you that you love will start to notice a dramatic difference with your personality. You will become more peaceful within. Knowledge, as the saying goes, is Power and with Power comes confidence and love.

About Andy and Jayne

What we do -------------
Jayne and I perform what we term as "psychic surgery", although this terminology was provided by Spirit for the work that we do. During a conversation with my guide "Chen" one day I asked him how he wanted to label what we did, as this would appear on our website and literature. His expression was "psychic surgery" and so from that day onwards all reference to the services we offered was termed "psychic surgery" although at times this term did not seem to cover all aspects of the work we actually performed. The definition of psychic surgery taken from the Wikipedia:The use of paranormal means to conduct an alleged invasive medical procedure "Psychic surgery is a procedure typically involving the apparent creation of an incision using only the bare hands, the apparent removal of pathological matter, and the seemingly spontaneous healing of the incision." This is not what we actually do, as if we did a small cell would quickly become our humble abode for quite some time! In the UK it is illegal for anyone not medically trained to perform any type of surgery involving the cutting of skin, and as such most people performing psychic surgery in the west are working on an etheric level rather than a physical level.

This means the psychic surgeon Spirit guides are performing the operations on an etheric blueprint of the physical body which very quickly mirror the changes made into the physical body, thereby manifesting the healing. My guide "Chen" explained to me that they require a physical person to work through in the first instance and it took probably about a year before he was able to take over my physical body and speak through my mouth in a trance-like state. This was accomplished by attending weekly psychic circles and meditating for hours to the point that telepathic communication became second nature and soon we were talking all day long. I have described this process in more detail on the up and coming pages. Of course discretion needed to be the order of the day, as if people think you are having a conversation with an unseen energy then eye brows tend to be raised. My wife Jayne had a lot to put up with in the early days. I would come home from a circle at 11pm and want to talk about the evening for the next few hours, unable to contain my excitement, and not noticing her eyes had become very heavy and she was ready for bed. When I first started to channel "Chen" properly, Jayne would sit on the sofa in the lounge and talk to him for hours covering all topics about his life and why he had come back in such a way to work with us. Oddly enough, when "Chen" took over my physical body, time seemed to stand still and when I came back hours had passed. To me it felt like seconds, because time as we know and measure does not seem to exist when you are in Spirit. I was always surprised to look at a clock and think I had just lost 3 hours of time. But to me seconds could have ticked past.

Why we do it? --------------
Well neither of us had any burning desire to work in the way we do now. I worked in IT as a UNIX administrator and Jayne worked in a doctors surgery, so working as we now do seemed a lifetime away. We both had reached the stage in our lives when we felt as though normal jobs were not providing any real sense of satisfaction, but helping people to change their lives was something on our wish list. We talked about becoming volunteers for charities, but then struggled to find time when we could fit this in. So we fell into Healing and Reiki. We both felt the buzz you get when someone tells you they feel better from what you have done and this was the start of a new path for us both. I spoke with "Chen" and offered Spirit the use of my physical body to help humanity in any way I could, and from that day onwards helping to heal people of their ailments rose to the top of my wish list for my future.

Our baptism into the unseen --------------------------------Up until the age of 34 I had never realised a Spiritual dimension existed. I had never been religious and didn't believe in ghosts, entities, or extra-terrestrial energy in the slightest. In fact normal family life and a laugh was all that really captured my imagination. I didnt read books and spent my time on the tread mill of life like so many other people. Day in day out I sat on the M4 motorway on the way to and from work listening to the radio in a stupor. Then after meeting my wife to be "Jayne", I moved into a new house in Chippenham, Wiltshire, UK. I had two children from my previous marriage Oliver and Bryony and Jayne also has two children Lloyd and Hayley from her previous marriage. After a short period of time in the new house, approximately four weeks I started to notice things didn't feel at all right. There were noises at night, things had a habit of disappearing, especially my car keys, and I noticed the hairs on my arms and body standing to attention as I walked through the house. Not to mention lights going on and off on their own, and the heating also finding a will of its own even when the timer was turned off at the main control switch around 3am in the morning. The more time that went by the more I felt the house was occupied by something other than just me. Jayne would come over and stay some weekends as she was still living in Devon at this point, and my children would also stay one night in the week and every other weekend. But no one else seemed to feel what I was feeling. Jayne at times would notice something odd going on, but every night without fail I would find myself walking the house with a foreboding sense, hairs stood out on end like a wet cat! Whatever was going seemed to be my problem so talking about it was a big no no to most friends and family.

Every night after work I would walk up to the front door and dread walking inside, and every time I did immediately my nerves would jangle and the hairs on my arms and neck would jump to attention. One night whilst sleeping I came to, and found the room felt really cold. Upon opening my eyes I instantly became aware that all was not well in my bedroom. The foot of my bed was two feet off the floor and I was looking at the wall behind the headboard instead of the ceiling. This was the first time in my life I felt what can only be described as real terror. I screamed Put me down and get out of my room!, and with that the bed dropped onto the laminate floor with a crash and the temperature of the room instantly returned to its normal level. I lay in bed with the duvet over my head, and the light on, shaking all night, not sure if it had really happened or if I had be dreaming. If it was a dream, then I didnt want another one. As sunlight streamed through the windows in the early hours of the morning I could clearly see my bed was no longer in the same position in the room and the bed casters were off to the side. King size beds are heavy and moving one is not a mean feat on your own, so all doubt left me instantly that I could have been dreaming. It had really happened and there could be no doubt. The realisation sent a shiver down my spine. Things moved on from there quickly. Whatever had taken up occupancy in my house had made me a target for some reason and was after me. Every night I would sleep with the light on in the bedroom, and out on the landing, but I could still see shadows moving around outside my bedroom door every night and would hear the most horrendous sounds. As the weeks passed I became more and more tired. Everywhere I walked in the house at night I would be followed, the hairs on my arms and neck were always sticking up and I felt like a scared cat. The house felt possessed and cold, not one room felt OK to be in on my own.

I could feel my health starting to suffer and work was becoming really tricky. The worst part, of course, was not being able to talk to my friends about these problems for fear of ridicule. Jayne and I would speak on the phone at night until the early hours, then I would hop into bed as fast as I could whilst still on the phone, and hope for a good nights sleep. I would ask for protection from anything out there that is positive, to keep me safe from whatever was roaming around the house and threatening my sanity. Time and time again I would wake up to feel and see the sheets in the bed moving and know something was trying to get into bed next to me. My skin would crawl and I knew deep inside that this was very negative energy and something must be done to sort the problem out. This was not going to just go away as I had hoped. One night I woke up around 3am to find myself wet with sweat. It was summer time, and already warm, but the house was intensely hot. I could hear the central heating pump running and then felt the red hot radiator in my room. The heating was on even though it was not programmed to come on and I was streaming with sweat. I ran downstairs to look at the programme controller and found to my amazement the light was off, which meant the programmer had not turned the heating on, but this was impossible and beyond belief, and surely these things only happen in Hollywood films. I opened the windows and turned the power off to the heating pump and then led in bed praying for help. Things felt as though they were escalating so I decided to put the house on the market and move, as I could not stand to come home anymore and stayed out whenever I could. Around this time Jayne had invoked the help of a lovely psychic from Devon, called Christina, who frequently came into the hair salon Jayne worked in as a receptionist.

Christina spent a few weeks working with us to clear the house and remove all the nasty energies that it held. We made regular visits to her house for lessons on Spiritual protection to develop a greater understanding of this new world we were now part of. We both felt a better understanding would help to protect ourselves from this unseen enemy. After a few months Christina had removed around 23 different Spirits from the house and a very nasty screaming banshee (as she described it). This was some sort of negative entity, and was the entity that had made our lives miserable for the past six months. She had taught both Jayne and I how to experience real terror. From this point onwards I decided that all of my spare time would be used in a positive way to learn about and understand this new world that we had been exposed to. Books were delivered from Amazon and any second hand book shops we passed would be scoured for interesting books on anything to do with the unseen. My thirst for knowledge was remarkable, bearing in mind six months before I had had no interest in any of this woo woo at all, and would have been at the front of the queue laughing at any talk of ghosts, Spirits and aliens. Jayne kept saying All I want is a normal life like everybody else!. But I had the feeling the word normal would never again be part of our lives and to this day that has been the case, although of course now the terrible experience we had suffered is being used in a positive way to help others. To fully understand how negative energies can affect the lives of people and places, you must experience this first hand yourself, and our initiation into the unseen has been an invaluable tool and learning opportunity for the work we now find ourselves doing. Looking back we laugh at the things we tried to do to help ourselves, but like all things in life, learning the hard way gives you the best grounding into your subject matter. As the years moved forward I joined various psychic circles and realised that my Spiritual path led to healing, using Reiki as a starting point and then moving on to Psychic Surgery.

Whilst sitting in a Reiki master course given by our good friend Ann Oliver I was introduced to a new Spirit guide who called himself "Chen", he explained that he would like to work with me performing healing. This type of healing he called Psychic Surgery. He explained that whilst going to my now regular psychic circle's he would like to start practising coming into my physical being whilst in a meditative trance, this training went on for about one year before he was fully able to come through, and control my physical body and speak through my mouth. The rest is history as they say, "Chen" is still my main Psychic Surgeon, however he now works with additional teams of surgeons now depending upon the condition being treated, and rather like our hospitals each surgeon has their own speciality. We now speak to people from all over the world through our website and have helped many to understand what they are going through. Everything can be explained when you fully understand what you are dealing with and also can be sorted out. There are many people who work with negative energies in one way or another, and are able to offer help and support. Dont feel alone with your problems and have faith that any problem can be sorted out if you are happy to make lifestyle adjustments and invest time in your own spiritual protection.

Spirit guides
A Spirit Guide can be described as an entity or energy that remains disincarnate and acts as a guide, facilitator and protector to a living incarnated human being. The difference between Spirits and our Spirit Guides is that our Spirit Guides do not attach to the aura in the same way and drain our energy like negative Spirits and entities do. These are parasites which ultimately affect our health in a negative way, rather like a flea attached to a dog. Higher astral beings are working in the light for the greater good of humanity and are here to help and guide us. They provide an invaluable source of healing and help. I know when my guide Chen takes over my body (for up to 45 minutes at a time) when I am working with my clients I never feel tired afterwards. Quite the contrary. I am stiff, as he does not move much, but certainly not tired and drained as is the case with attachment. The primary function of our own Spirit Guides is to do exactly that - provide guidance to us on a level that will encompass our Spiritual development and align with our souls desire and path for this life. Our Spirit Guides know what we wanted to achieve in our physical life when we incarnated into our physical body, and also have access to our Akashi record (which is the record of our souls development) and so provided with this information, they can guide us though the

challenges in our lives to help us try and achieve the key goals we set ourselves before birth. Many Spirit Guides are either family or friends we have had in past lives who have agreed to work with us in this life, but they can only provide us guidance. We must learn to develop our connection to them and give them our permission to work with us on a day to day basis. They will happily stand by and watch when things go wrong in our lives, or we struggle with difficult situations, since they understand the bigger picture and know we are always learning something even if it may be very difficult lessons to accept. Many people are unaware of that inner voice that can be developed and worked with on the physical level. Our Spirit Guides communicate with us on many levels but use our sleep time to work with our subconscious mind. This is why many people wake with strange dreams and also ideas that seem to come out of the blue. They use telepathy, clairaudience to communicate with us as well as clairvoyance when we meditate. Some people find they are more at ease with pictures others are happy with direct telepathy into their mind. For me I found hearing was easier but also at times ask my guides to show me pictures as this can be a quicker method to describe something. We seem to attract different Spirit guides at different times in our lives, and they all come with particular areas of expertise. Some of the areas different guides will help us with are healing, Spiritual development, emotional issues, and past life Karmic debts that need to be repaid. The way we work on Planet Earth is to name everything, and for us this makes the concept easier to understand. Most people have a name they assign to their Guide, that way when addressing them we can ask them directly to communicate with us. Naming our Guides also makes it easier for us to relate to them, as we see them as a physical person in our minds-eye. Our guides can present a picture of their features for us to see using clairvoyance.

My Spirit guide Chen I was first introduced to my friend and Spirit Surgeon Chen during my Reiki 3 attunement. As the day came to completion, and I was receiving my last attunement from my Reiki Master, she looked up and said you now have a new Guide with you. His name is Chen and he will be working on your healing and Spiritual development. At the time, I had been talking to my previous Guide and felt somewhat reluctant to let that Guide move on and start building a relationship with another one. At some point later in meditation Chen explained to me he would be working with me for a while and would start to practice trance channelling with me. This would take time, he said, but would develop a very strong and confident bond between us. I was more than happy with this concept, but even so it still took 9 months of weekly practice before Chen was able to align his vibration to mine, and take over my physical body in a trance like state and move around, also speaking. Many a night my wife Jayne would sit on the sofa and I would allow Chen in for a chat with her. Some of these sessions lasted for hours, and Jayne became very friendly with Chen. It turns out that they lived in a past life together and this was one of the reasons he helps guide us both today. Chen shows himself to me as a small stature of a Chinese man, with a long pony tail and a long curly moustache. His last physical life was in 1624 and he lived in China with a small family. Chen didnt have a particularly long life and passed over to Spirit when he was 43 years old, passing due to an infection. This is one of the reasons he was keen to develop himself as a doctor / surgeon as medical methods were always a fascination of his.

Chens channelling
As the title suggests, Spirit guidance is just the guidance provided to a human being from an external source that cannot be seen and fully understood. As we have described in earlier chapters of this book, human beings are intelligent and complicated living organisms that exist in physical form on Planet Earth. They also exist in other dimensions of reality that they dont fully understand, and this has yet to be verified by science. In time to come the human species will evolve and start to understand their existence in more granular terms but as yet there are few walking in physical form that understand and accept this viewpoint. There have been many in the past that have had an upgraded physical and Spiritual form that have access to other higher intelligence. If we take a look back through the ages many seers have highlighted the concept that they could connect with these higher energies and could provide guidance and teaching. Each religion testifies to the case that they have people that can connect to a form of advanced guidance and many books such as the Bible have been written by human hands with much information channelled by external guidance. Unfortunately the original writers have long since passed from physical form and the information provided to them has been changed and corrupted by those who wish to control though fear.

On planet earth, fear is the lowest of vibrations and existing in a state of fear curtails guidance from external energies whether that be Spirits or extraterrestrials working in a positive manner for humanity. Each and every human being has access to their own advanced guidance should they use their freewill and intent to connect in such a way. Guidance can help tune your life and provide peace and harmony to not just your own life, but also for those loved ones around you. As with all things, humans have freewill to connect in a positive way or if they so choose to connect to energies of a negative persuasion. Channelling other non-human energies has been done since the start of human civilization, and was also practised by large numbers of people in ancient times. In order to control people and provide a level of fear those that could and did channel found themselves the centre attention by society and also religion. Most were put to death, as when channelling became too prominent the government and religion would lose control of society and people in general. Does it not seem odd that in most religions those that channel are thought of as special, and are used by the leaders to provide direction and obedience from their followers. However, connection to the same external guidance is never encouraged by the congregation of these religions. Since all humans can channel by default one would think that all those that say that they are talked to by external energies would actually encourage their followers to do the same. Through meditation Spiritual can be found very easily and this can complement your life very well. Your own Guides have been chosen by YOU before you entered into this particular life and their task is to guide you through your life as you yourself wish. They do this by telepathic contact and if you are unable to connect when fully awake and conscious, then they will guide you and connect to your sub-conscious when you are sleeping. This is commonly done using images and thoughts in your dream state when the sub-conscious mind is fully aware of what is being presented by your Guide. Feelings and emotions can be altered to encourage decisions that your Guides wish you to make and this will always be working for your upmost highest will.

Your Guides job is to help weave your life in such a way that you learn the most lessons you can in the short physical life you lead. Thats not to say they will provide you with a lifestyle that is akin to a holiday - more a learning opportunity for your soul that cannot be gained but through a physical existence. Your Guides have entered into an agreement with you before you incarnate into this physical life and they will work tirelessly to help facilitate the synchronicity you need in your life to produce the lessons you yourself desire. Meetings of people and places do NOT happen by chance as many think, but are orchestrated by a conductor much in the same way as an orchestra achieves a consistent sound by bringing together a collection of instruments in a coherent manner to produce an individual melody and vibration of sound. No two musicians play the same instrument as each other and the conductor must account for this to achieve a wonderful sound. Spirit Guides are doing the same job as the conductor. They will never interfere with your life and they will only enter into dialogue with you if you initiate the connection with positive intent. Human freewill is respected and honoured at all times and if you wish to sever the connection, your Guides will be more than happy to back away and leave you as before you ever understood their existence. When a human being requests a connection to their Guides, a party of sorts is played out on the Spiritual realm with the hope that the human being will slowly evolve and advance their understanding of their existence. Inner peace and harmony can be found, which will remain at all times when a human starts to understand, and work with, their Guides. They quickly realise they do not ever walk alone and a friendly being exists with you at all times as a voice of reason and love. In time many will actually see these Guides as humanity evolves.

My experience performing Psychic Surgery, Andy Porter
At the outset the Spiritual path seems very confusing and also quite daunting. You seem to meet lots of people that are already accomplished in their particular area of Spiritual teaching whether they are tarot readers, crystal healers, painters, or Reiki healers. You find yourself looking at this new area of interest with baited breath. In my particular experience my curiosity had been aroused and I spent all my spare time reading books, dragging my wife Jayne to healing conventions and mystic events. The more we went, the more interest I developed and so the process went on. There seemed to be so many things to try out and everywhere I looked I seemed to find courses and demonstrations. My particular discipline was to healing and, as such, I found a crystal course run by a local lady based in Bradford-on-Avon . I joined with a degree of trepidation as many people seem to know more than you from the outset and you can feel very self-conscious, especially as a male in, what was at the time, a female dominated area of the esoteric field. This course was fantastic and really gave me the push I needed to develop my healing and psychic ability, also providing a focus for my new hobby.

Again I would come home after each session and spend the rest of the night talking to Jayne about what we had covered that night and summarise the information provided. Soon, crystals adorned both our house and my pockets. I would hear them rattle and clank together as I walked since my pockets would be full. Again just this one area is huge and learning about each type of crystal and their uses took up much of my spare time. Not that I in anyway became an expert, but I did find my knowledge came in handy as my development progressed. Soon I was looking for people to practise my healing on, again my wife spent much time lying across our sofa with crystals placed all over her whilst watching the TV. From this Jayne and I moved into Reiki healing and again met a lovely couple called Roger and Ann that ran Reiki 1 and 2 courses from their home in Shepton Mallet over weekends. After completing these courses and doing six months or so of practise I joined a psychic circle run by my now good friend Paul Derrick who helped me develop my psychic intuition and started through meditation to help open me to Spirit. This phase of my Spiritual path was most interesting as I would see all sorts of odd things - mainly faces staring back to me whilst meditating. I then felt ready for the Reiki master course that was being run by a local lady called Ann Oliver who ran courses in Melksham. During this course I was introduced to my now best friend and guide called Chen. I distinctly remember Ann looking up at the end of the last attunement saying Oh, I seem to have a Chinese man here that is introducing himself called Chen. He will be working with you from here on. Excited was not the word, and from that day on my Guide Chen and I speak every day for much time about all sorts of topics. At this time much was changing, and my psychic ability was developing at a rapid rate. Some nights I would be dropping off to sleep and hear voices, or see people at the bottom of the bed that wanted my attention. This can be quite disturbing for the newcomer to the world of unseen energy and at times it feels as though your sanity is rapidly diminishing.

Chen explained that my purpose working with him was to start performing Psychic Surgery and it would require him taking over my body to perform this task. After many months of attending the psychic circle run by Paul, Chen gently started taking over my body and speaking through me. This part is very nerve racking as you must have the ultimate trust in your guide. You are more than aware that once you let them in to your physical body they can move and speak using your energy and you have no control whatsoever. Many a time when Chen had taken over my physical body, I would try to move my leg or arm only to find nothing happens at all, rather like being in a coma, where you can hear everything going on around you in the room, and you can still feel your body but are unable to move anything. I now felt confident enough to allow Chen to takeover at home on my own, and Jayne would sit for literally hours talking to him in the lounge. Sometimes this would start at around 7pm and the next thing I would remember was coming back from where ever I had been, look at the clock and see the time was 11pm. 3 hours had passed in the blink of an eye. I would then ask Jayne what they were talking about and she would say oh this and that, not too much really. Hmmm I would think that in 3 hours there must have been lots of information they passed between them! Chen would talk about how it felt so odd getting used to being trapped in a physical body again and having to learn how to exert so much energy just to lift an arm or move a leg. He had now become used to coming in and taking over my physical body but up to the present day Jayne has never felt comfortable with him opening my eyes. She feels that this would be difficult for her to accept. The eyes are the window to the soul she would say, and I only want to see you in your own eyes. Looking at Chen would change all that. During a family holiday at Centre Parcs one night, Jayne and I were sat outside our room looking at the pine trees and staring at the stars. At this point I was busy talking to Chen when he asked if it would be possible for him to come in and open my eyes to look at the beautiful view and see the stars. He explained that in Spirit they only see vibration and do not see things in the same way as we do. Our

eyes focus on the light entering them and build a visual 3d picture in our brain, but Spirit do not have this ability. But coming into my body and opening my eyes he would be able once again to experience the view that a human being has of the world around them. Jayne, to my amazement, agreed, but said just please dont look at me, and so Chen came in and opened my eyes for the first time. His first words were Goodness me, its beautiful - look at the trees and the night sky. Look at the stars. He was amazed at the difference between the view Spirit have and the world we all see and live in day to day. I connect with Chen every day from the outset and have a chat about general topics from the things that need doing for my own Spiritual progression to any energy or grid work that needs doing. Whilst working with Chen I was introduced to the Spiritual Hierarchy that works with many of us, and with our Guides, to help raise the vibration here on planet earth. They require that we help them to clear negative energy and work alongside us to raise the vibration of the planet. This task I do every day. Sometimes they request that we visit a certain place and stand in a certain spot whilst allowing them to work through us and the rest of the time all of the work is done through thought and visualisation. Chen has a great personality and we have a real laugh at times. Its funny really rather like having your best friend with you all the time to offer guidance and help at times of need. For me the biggest lesson that I have been taught by Chen is that of trust. To allow Chen to work through my physical body and also communicate with him doing what he asks, takes a huge degree of trust, as some of the time I may not be comfortable with the work being performed and am not privy to the reasons why. As my good friend Rob always says, Its lucky youre shallow, and dont ask many questions!

Recently "Chen" and his team have begun working through Jayne in the same way he works through me, although he does not speak through Jayne at the moment. She uses telepathy in the way a conventional medium would do to pass information between the client and Spirit whilst she performs psychic surgery. When we start working we enter a meditative state, place protection around ourselves and the patient, communicate with our guides, and they then explain what they plan to do. We then give them access to use our physical bodies for the work they are about to embark on. I am still able to talk and am fully aware of the procedure. At times they show me what they are doing visually, which can be somewhat disconcerting. At other times "Chen" will take over completely and speak directly to the patient. He will be happy to answer questions about any topic you wish to cover and regularly provide clients with interesting insights into their previous lives especially if their current condition is a carry on from a past life.

Living our Life ---------------Our life has become very interesting and often challenging. What initially started as our own spiritual experiences has developed immensely and with the addition of the website that was setup to help others understand the sorts of problems that can be expected dealing with unseen negative energies and offering psychic surgery both in-person and via remote appointments.
Initially all my clients were seen on an in-person basis, coming to our home based in Chippenham, Wiltshire where I work from a small summer house. This contains a sofa, healing couch, laptop computer and many healing tools such as crystals and wands. Clients would make an appointment over the phone whereby we would discuss their problems and then I would see them for an in-person appointment. Upon arriving I would invite them to sit down, provide a summary of their condition and during this time Chen would already be administering pain relief and a general relaxant. Once the client was ready and Chen gave the nod the client would hop onto the couch and relax. I always found it amusing how calm the clients were by the time they were on the couch compared to how nervous most were when entering the room. At this point I would stand over the client, enter a meditation during which I would communicate with Chen and check everything was ready from Chens point of view and then would allow him into my body. At this point I would enter a

trance like state and in general would not really remember much of what happened until the end of the appointment when I returned into my body again. At this point my body felt like a statue. It would not have moved very much at all during the session and my feet would have felt rooted literally to the spot almost as though concrete had been poured into them and they had set very quickly. Upon my return most clients would be keen to detail what had happened and what advice Chen had provided about a multitude of subjects, not just the initial problem they had come in with. Chen enjoys the opportunity to speak from Spirit and likes to provide some life path future advice as well as explaining why the current condition has manifested within the clients physical body and what can be done to alleviate the condition. These days much of the work I perform is via a remote appointment, as many clients do not live locally. In fact many live in different countries and are unable to travel as the costs would be prohibitive. For these clients we make a remote appointment date and time, I then spend the hour in the healing room communicating telepathically to my guides, primarily Chen, and he directs the session explaining what the problem is and what I need to do to rectify the issue. For cases of negative attachment this would require a connection to the negative energy connected to the client and the subsequent removal of that energy. This is done working with my guides and can take some time. For many of my clients who have had a phantom problem that doctors and surgeons can find no explanation for, I can generally see when a negative energy is embedded in the clients energy body somewhere. Upon removing this energy most clients know instantly when its gone as they immediately feel better. Some say they can feel things moving around in their stomach, or that general area, when we extract these energies, but most clients agree on one thing and that is, that it works. Even after so long it still amazes when clients report they feel much better and that their life has been changed for the better.

My third session on 22nd November was lovely. I really enjoy the healing space. I think it appropriate that clients dont traipse through the house and the hut is so warm and welcoming and comfortable. Andy Porter is always very professional and attentive and immediately makes one feel at ease. Andy's hands are always very warm during the session and I have not felt any further discomfort during the psychic surgery than I am already experiencing. The experience is very relaxing and it enables the client to go very deep within themselves. Chen always has so much to say and it is sometimes difficult to take it all in. He often asks me lots of questions, normally relating to how my condition has been since the last session, but he also talks about plenty of other topics, past, present and future that are taking place. After the session I try and write down a few key things that Chen has advised me to do or told me about. Since my second appointment with Chen in July, my condition has improved no end. For the first half of this year and for many years before I have been bed bound and I sadly lost my part time job due to ill health at the beginning of this year. I was extremely debilitated by my condition almost 24/7 and the effect on my whole family has been devastating. I have gradually felt better and am experiencing less and less pain over the last six months. Channelling is a means of communication that is invoked from an unseen energy communicating through telepathic means to describe and provide information to a human being. For this method of communication to work correctly the human being must be working with the correct intent and also be acceptable to the information that is presented by the unseen energies. The unseen energies will be working to educate and teach in the majority of cases, and will also have already prepared the content to be given and have this signed off by various levels of Spiritual hierarchy. As one can imagine, since the unseen energy is working at a more evolved level, they have much access to important information and would be able, if they wished, to provide detailed information which could move humanity forward faster than humanity would move on its own. As such, the content must be censored to provide hints and allow the individual providing the channelled content to work and also to progress themselves. The individual must also learn how to work in this manner and must also have complete faith in the information provided since much of it can be new and forward thinking. Unseen energies can communicate with either positive or negative intent depending upon the core essence of the unseen energy.

A positive energy will always work through love and high vibration, whereas a negative energy will nearly always be working for their own gain and their vibration will be much lower. Any human has the ability to receive information in this manner, but must make sure they know the content of the information source. They must also be careful that their own energy and thoughts do not change the information as it comes through their own mind. The mind is the source for the human to receive the information and as such it is very clear that the unseen energy must amalgamate its energy for the connection of energies to be established correctly. Once the vibration of energies has been successfully incorporated then the unseen energy will create a joining of energy and a matched vibration for the flow of information to take place. The human must at this time try to keep their mind clear of thoughts and distractions otherwise the link will start to diminish temporarily and the unseen energy will then have to re-establish the correct connection. The connection channel is guarded and protected by the guidance from the individuals own Spirit Guides as the information being presented starts to flow. This keeps the channel clear and ensures information provided is not tainted by other energies in the unseen or by the individual channelling the information either. As you can see from this explanation the process is relatively easy if the individual has the correct vibration and their intent is clear. The individual would have no prior knowledge of the information that will be received at the time of channelling and will also be unable to quantify the content as it comes through. Their mind would be taken up with keeping the information flow going and concentrating on writing down the words as they come through which would normally be very quick. Automatic writing is seen as a method whereby the unseen energy takes control of the individuals hands and uses that energy to move the pen or type for them if they are using a computer. Information can be captured at a very significant rate in this manner, and the whole process may only last for a matter of minutes. With practice, the individual can learn to communicate with their unseen helpers and guidance.

Many important documents and books have been written in human history using this method of communication and at times the individual does not realise that the information written by their own hands comes from the unseen energies working with them. In the latter half of the 20th century, Western mediumship developed in two different ways. One type involves psychics or sensitives who claim to speak to Spirits and then relay what they hear to their clients. Clairvoyant Danielle Egnew is known for her alleged communication with angelic entities. The other incarnation of non-physical mediumship is a form of channelling in which the channeller goes into a trance, or "leaves their body". Before partaking in this area of human development the newcomer must realise that much information is available to read, and learn. There are also many courses, groups and experts on hand to help the newcomers development into the unseen world. To work in this area the whole core soul essence must be worked on at the same time to cleanse negative emotions, and life trials from many past lives and into the current life to successfully develop a balanced and stable individual. What are they?

The Law of Cause And Effect This law states that any action produces or returns a result or outcome in exact proportion to the act or cause which initiated it. Also referred to as Sowing and Reaping or Karma
The Law of Resonance The Law of Resonance is the Universal Law which determines the various vibratory patterns or frequencies which are determined and projected based on various thoughts, beliefs and emotions and the resulting projected frequency which activates the Law of Attraction. Ensuring that this resonance or projected energy can only harmonize with energies that vibrate or resonate at a similar harmonious vibratory frequency will determine and create your physical results. The Law of Growth The Law of Growth is the Universal Law which is one of the simplest to comprehend. It simply exists to ensure that something always grows, that creation is constant and determined by the kind and quality of seed which is planted. In the case of Universal truth this seed is determined by the energy projected. Through its immutable, unwavering and predictable operation you can become conscious and purposeful in what you project or plant which will determine what you will receive or harvest in each area of your life. The Law of Abundance The Law of Abundance can be best understood by looking at the continual growth and unlimited resources available within our Universe. The Law of Fellowship. When two or more people of similar vibration are gathered for a shared purpose, their combined energy directed to the attainment of that purpose is doubled, tripled, quadrupled or more. This esoteric awareness has been used by covens, esoteric religions, healing groups, and recently, worldwide meditations for world peace.

The Law of Unconditional Love. The expression of unconditional love will eventually result in harmony. Unconditional love is not romantic love. It is the acceptance of others as they are without judgment or expectations. It is total acceptance of others without attempting to change them, except by our own positive example. The law of unconditional love says, "If you go out of your way to express unconditional love, you automatically rise above fear, and, as you transcend your fears, you automatically open to the expression of unconditional love. The Law of One. Every Soul, living and discarnate is connected at the level of the collective unconscious, deep within the Higher-Self. We are all part of a great collective energy called God, and because we are part of God, we are God. It is the goal of the all to move the energy forward creating more energy. In living harmoniously we each increase our vibrational rate and intensify the vibration of the entire collective. When we are disharmonious, we decrease the vibration of the entire collective because we are one. Everything you think, say and do affects every other Soul. The Law of Manifestation. Everything that manifests begins as a thought or an idea. Ideas and experiences create beliefs which in turn, create your reality. If you are unhappy with your current reality you must change your beliefs and your behavior. Beliefs can be changed when you recognize those that are not working for you, and begin programming what will create success and harmony in your life. The unlimited creative power of your mind, through dedication, awareness and training, can be the wisdom to rise above your Karma. Within physical and Spiritual laws, you can manifest any reality you desire to experience. In regard to changing your behavior, you must decide which disharmonious behavior you want to

Law of Reflection The Law of Reflection states that the universe will reflect back that which shines forth into it. "As above, so below. That which you resist in yourself you will dislike in others. That which you resist and react to strongly in others is sure to be found within your-self.

Do they work? These universal laws have existed for all time as we know it and have been written about on ancient scrolls and in the Bible. Hence we can conclude that the information has always been around, but most of us tend to follow a more scientific path especially in the western world, and so these teachings have not been passed down through the generations. It is thought that ancient civilizations such as the Lemurians and Atleanteans understood these laws and worked with them to achieve great things in their time. Who uses these laws? Many of the successful business people you see on TV understand these laws and have mastered them, some consciously and others un-consciously. The human body and that of all other creatures which inhabit this planet are basically made in the same way. All have major components, a covering of some kind, shell or skin. They have inner workings to process substance which is used to convert the substance (food) into energy, and then a process of removing the processed substance. This in essence is the very basic structure of living creatures that exist here on planet earth. This process is visible to the eye, we can see most of these organs and components using x-rays and with the help of dissection we can quantify what physical elements make up any creature that exists on this planet. Now, what about the parts we cant see? We as humans have only five major senses that we use to make judgments about our world. These are smell, touch, taste, hearing, and vision. After these senses we are into the woo woo land of physics and mediums that have developed extra sensory perception not commonly thought about by most of the population and these are clairaudients (hearing), clairvoyant (seeing), clairsentient (feeling), clairgustance (tasting), claircognizance (knowing), and clairalience (smelling).

The human energy field is normally referred to as the aura, and this is a complex combination of overlapping energy patterns which define the unique Spiritual, mental, emotional and physical makeup of an individual. There are three basic ways of describing this energy field in terms of energy meridians, chakras and energy bodies. Energy Bodies
Looking at this energy field it resembles an onion with layer after layer working away from the physical body. There are 5 different energy layers extending from the physical body and these are defined as physical, etheric, emotional, mental and Spiritual bodies. Each one is a replica of the physical body in shape forming the same contours but extending out to a different depth and it is these additional bodies that can harbor energy blockages that healers work with in one way or another.
The Physical Energy Body. The physical energy body is the densest form of energy that we can see and feel. The Etheric Energy Body. The etheric body is the closest energy body to our physical body and this energetic structure exists within our physical body. The etheric body extends outward about an inch

outside the skin of the physical body and it is this body that many healers work with. Changes made to the etheric body are mirrored back into to the physical body within a few days to a week. Clients that I have worked on always feel the changes that are going on at this layer, most report feelings and sensations of pulling, heat, tingling and coldness during their psychic surgery appointment as well as small instruments inside their problem area moving around. Emotional Body. The emotional body is made up of and contains the emotional patterns, feelings, and vibrations that create our own emotional state and personality. The Mental Energy Body. The mental body is made up of the thought patterns and beliefs that we have experienced. The Spiritual Energy Body. The Spiritual body is made up with the information related to our life experiences, complete with our moral intentions again defined by our general consciousness. These five different types of energy body form our general aura and this can be seen to change in state depending upon our feelings and general state of wellness. Many healers can see auras and from this can detail the general state of a persons health and use this information to help with their health issues.

Chakras
The term Chakra comes from Sanskrit and translates to a turning wheel or vortex of energy. In traditional Indian medicine these vortexes were believed to be energy centers that exist in the etheric energy field of the human being. These vortices are understood to be the key centers of the energy body that are used for the transmission and reception of energy. They are the core to the way we feel, and how we view life from our own perspective. Many healers work with these chakras and depending upon the type of healer will depend how they manipulate the chakras. Essentially all healers will help clear negative energy blocks from the chakras, and will help them to start spinning again in the correct direction if they have slowed down or stopped. Different physical conditions will invariably manifest problems with certain chakras and when the chakras are manipulated in the correct way this will help to restore physical wellbeing. Crystal healers will place specific crystals on the major chakras and work with their intuition and guidance to wake up the chakras to help restore balance and harmony within them. When I work as a Psychic surgeon, I use my guidance to work on the etheric and at the end of healing sessions the chakras are balanced and cleansed as a matter of course. All disease of the physical body will have manifested through a specific problem chakra and this is why balancing your own chakras is important. The

Who understands this? As with all things in life there are different and opposing views held depending upon your own experiences and teachings. If you were born into western society you probably go with the idea that the human beings appeared on the earth through a process of evolution, and that any problems can be treated with western medicine. Areas of disease are randomly created in the physical body for no particular reason except maybe due to a genetic flaw, possibly passed down through the family hierarchy or general dietary deficiencies. Treatment for any ailment normally starts with a visit to the local GP surgery and then referrals are made to local hospitals for further investigation. At no time will your problem be examined in a non-physical way. All conversations will be based purely around rectifying the physical condition through drugs or surgery. If you were born into an eastern society you will probably have a solid religious belief that involves a deity of some kind. This type of lifestyle is wrapped around a core of religious teachings passed down through families, and concepts around which physical problems are manifesting are due to choices that you have made in your life, possibly to offend a deity. Physical problems therefore come from a non-physical source and can only be removed through Spiritual prayer or alliance to the chosen deity. Eastern societies associate physical conditions to a non-physical source rather than an unlucky physical manifestation and look at their underlying beliefs to try and associate a reason for the physical ailment. This may be down to religious beliefs or perhaps things they may have done in their life or other family members have done.

Chakras are the core energetic engine of the spiritual and physical body. They are very misunderstood and many of the teachings do not correctly or adequately cover how they work and what they do. As with any engine it comprises of various moving parts, there is no real requirement to understand how they operate in combination with each other, but the overall outcome must be clearly shown and understood. In the example of a motor car, the person driving the car does not need to know every component of the engine and the job it is there to do. But they do need to understand how to drive the vehicle and make it move correctly using the instrumentation provided in the cabin. The same concept applies to the chakra system of the human body. You do not need to fully understand how it works, but you do need to understand what it does and how it must be maintained to provide you with a spiritually healthy body. The chakra system is an energetic waterfall, in that energy is pulled in from the universe around the physical human being and then directed down through the human being from the head to the feet. If the chakra system is working at optimum capacity then energy will be drawn in through the crown chakra in the skull and then pulled down by each lower chakra as it moves down through the spiritual body. This downward motion helps to provide the human being with a form of energy that is not yet quantifiable by science, but in time it will be recognised and understood. However it is essential to the human being.

If the chakra system is working correctly then the human being will feel clear and calm at their heart centre, life will be much better and the general physical health will also complement the overall energetic status. If the chakra system is not working at its optimum capacity then energy will not move through and around the spiritual body correctly. This will create energetic blockages and areas of negative or stale energy in the spiritual body. Over time the physical health of the individual will start to manifest problems and areas of disease. Dis-ease meaning what the word implies - the general status of the body is not at-ease with itself. If the chakra system is not working well then the auric field, being the magnetic field that surrounds the physical body will start to diminish and possibly perforate in places as the chakra system continues to operate ineffectively. As the auric field diminishes and starts to collapse in on itself, so the physical health of the individual will progressively get worse. Good nutrition will help to keep the physical body operating on a day to day level adequately but will not help to resolve the problems that are manifesting in the spiritual engine of the human being, the chakra system. Keeping the chakra system clean and operating at its optimum capacity should be the number one requirement of all human beings as this is the ultimate key to a happy, calm and healthy life. The chakra system can be cleaned and maintained using the following methods:1. meditation and visualisation. 2. crystals and crystal therapy. 3. healers that are competent in working with the chakras (normally invoking some kind of spiritual guidance). Since the chakra system is non-physical and cannot be seen with the human eye, it must be worked with and on, using some type of psychic sight. This can be easily

Negative energy
What is negative energy? Everything our five senses (touch, smell, taste, hear, sight) can pick up constitutes energy in one form or another, and we know that energy can neither be created or destroyed, but its form can be changed. Spiritual energy is sometimes believed to be a universal life force running within and between all things. This energy can be referred to as qi, prana, kundalini, the breath of life or Spirit. Working with these concepts, it would be easy to go with the idea of good and bad energy, since everything in life has an equal and opposite force. This is where the idea of positive energy and negative energy comes in. Many healers can see negative energy in the body using their psychic sight and this energy can be manipulated using various tools such as crystals. The subject of

negative energy is large enough to fill a book of its own, hence here we will cover the types of negative energies and, more importantly for the reader, how this energy can be dissipated or removed for healing and harmony to take place. Emotions We all know and would agree that we have good days and bad days. This could then be translated into positive and negative emotions, depending upon how we feel and the reasons behind the feelings. The medical profession also agrees that how a patient feels affects their state of mind in a positive or negative manner, and this will affect how well any healing takes place for them. Those feeling very positive and keen to get better will more than likely do just that, whereas those that feel down and depressed will probably heal at a much slower rate. Therefore the mind can be an influencing factor relating to the speed of healing that takes place. From this we can see that the way we feel and think will greatly influence ourselves and others around us. Who wants to work with and sit opposite a negative person that moans all day about the cards they have been dealt, whereas we all have come across those that can walk into a room and light the room up with their positive smiley and chirpy personality. This is an example of how negative energy or positive energy can affect your personal outlook. Environment We all have an innate ability to feel using our senses and our psychic ability. Some have trained this ability like a muscle, and are very good at sensing things in general and picking things up from their surroundings. Most people can relate to the experience of walking into a room or building and feeling uncomfortable for no apparent reason. Their senses have picked up a threat and their bodies are put into a state of alert, this is the famous fight or flight scenario that we have inherited from our ancestors.

The idea here is that since your aura expands into your environment before your physical body, you can feel and sense things. The same concept as when youre out in the shopping center or superstore, and you walk past someone but feel uncomfortable. The hairs may stand up on your neck and you feel uneasy, this is an alert or defense mechanism that your physical body is employing for you to either warn you of preceding danger, or highlight something to you. Depending upon your makeup and personality you may feel easier in a light, positive environment. Or if you are the other way inclined you may feel happier in a dark, threating environment. Most people will feel unsure and uneasy walking through a dangerous part of a city at night and this is probably because we know its a threating negative place, and our senses can pick up on the negative energy that we are exposed too. Houses are the same, areas that are not used and crammed full of old things start to harbor stale and maybe negative energy. As time passes this energy gets thicker and as the universal law states like attracts like, hence this energy grows and gets bigger. Feng Shui works with this principle of negative and stale energy. Creating a harmonious feeling in your home or business means removing obstructions so that energy can flow without restriction, and does not get caught up in corners and behind objects. Plants and living things can be incorporated to increase the flow of positive energy and other methods using mirrors to repel negative energy can be employed. Animals such as dogs and cats are also helpful since they promote love and positive feelings from their owners. Many large companies employ Feng Shui consultants to design their offices and attract prosperous positive energy. Orange, the UK mobile phone company, became famous for their use of Feng Shui. They place foo dogs at the front of their buildings to ward off negative energy and coins under the doormats to their buildings to attract prosperity. Look at them now - they are a very profitable company.

Person Some people have negative thoughts and feel down most of the time. For these people the jar is always half empty and they seem to be dogged with bad luck, and poor health. They are always the ones who have accidents and feel as though life is a constant uphill struggle. The thoughts and emotions we have are the biggest influencing factor in the world view we shape for ourselves, and we need to be careful we dont fall into the trap of negative subconscious programming. This is where we end up programming our own mind to the negative rather than the positive side of life. Thinking negative thoughts about others is also a dangerous game as the universal laws dictate that what you send out you will receive back but magnified many times. Curses and hexing are forms of negative energy being directed at a person either consciously or sub-consciously from others. This can create real problems especially if the negative thoughts are backed up on a regular basis, as this increases the negative energy level of the curse or hex.

Psychic Vampires
Vampires are mythological or folkloric beings that feed on the life force of humans. The concept of vampires can be traced back in history to pre-historic times. The mystic is strongest in Eastern Europe centered near the Balkans, primarily Romania where the character from Bram Stokers novel, Dracula brought vampires to the film screen. The vampire is supposed to take the blood from its prey and leave the corpse to wither and die as its life force has been removed. Psychic vampires are very similar in that on an etheric level they also connect to and suck the life force from another person leaving them feeling very tired, whilst the perpetrator feels much better after taking on more energy. We all have experienced the workings of a psychic vampire at some point, maybe a colleague, loved one, family member or a friend. After spending time with these

people they go away feeling great and have thoroughly enjoyed themselves but we go away feeling tired and fatigued. It is almost as though they have drained some life force, and of course this is what has happened - they have unwittingly connected into our energetic system and drained us. Many people operate in this way without even realizing what they are doing and of course there are those that understand the meta-physical and consciously drain people around them or use their energy for in-appropriate means. There are many people that indulge in the practice of magic, voodoo, and witchcraft. They steal the energy from others. There are also many unseen influences that also have access to our energy should we leave ourselves open to psychic attack. Protecting ourselves from these predators is easy and, in my view, something we all should be aware of. It can be achieved in a matter of seconds and should become a part of our daily routine like cleaning our teeth. Visualization is the key and as with all things Spiritual is something we all can do with practice. Methods to implement daily:Visualize a bright white light coming down from the center of the universe providing an egg shell of protective light around your whole being. Know in your mind that being on the inside of this Spiritual egg shell will completely protect you from Spiritual attack. You are stood inside a highly protective energetic barrier that will stand up to any onslaught of negative energy. This can be put in place in seconds and can be re-affirmed many times a day, especially when confronted with negative people that are known to extract our energy. Business meetings, supermarkets, night clubs, and pubs are another good place for this method of protection to be employed.

Ghosts
Ghosts and the concept of ghosts have been the subject of much controversy over time, not to mention depicted in the movies for many a horror film or thriller. Hollywood has used the concept of a non-physical entity or energy very successfully to create films that thrill and entertain us. Now everyone has a different idea of a ghost based on the media that has been watched from a young age and some people have actually seen ghosts. There are many images on the internet or in magazines that show ghosts in one format or another. A ghost, in my experience, is energy from the past that was very strong either due to the event that happened at the time, or due to the physical geographical location, and continues to replay rather like a stuck record. This energy then continues to replay the event on a regular basis, like an image walking down the stairs, or a person walking through a wall. The same thing happens over and over again. Note that with this type of imprint the ghost will not move around the property or location as their energy is stuck in the same place. So people will only see the same event happen in the same place time after time.

This creates fear in the people that are exposed to this location or property and then they worry what they might see, or if the ghost will come after them. Normally however this is not the case and all that is being seen is an event that happened which released a huge amount of energy and has imprinted itself into that particular spot. Removing this energy imprint can be done by a psychic that is working with their guides and have the ability to clear the negative energy from the location. Other methods can be to burn sage or other herbs that have a clearing property to them, or even use sound from ting shawls to clear the vibration from the area. Removing the furniture can also help to clear an area that ghosts show up, as the energetic imprint may be held in the furniture. Once the furniture has been removed the imprint will also have been removed. Rather like a spiders web of energy that we cant see, if you remove the energetic web the spider can no longer traverse it.

The word ghost conjures up an image of a luminescent figure partly physical and partly etheric that has the ability to interact with the physical human being on the physical plane. Many stories are told to children about this apparition and what they can and cant do. Ghosts in the main are etheric energy substrate that exist in the non-physical plane of existence and vibrate at a higher frequency that the human being. They are a replay of strong energy left over by discarnate human beings that have lived lives and spent time in the particular physical location that there apparition is still seen. For a ghost to be seen, conditions must be right from an etheric viewpoint and this explains why they are not seen all the time. The etheric conditions consist of density of the physical substrate that forms matter and when matter is vibrating at the correct frequency energy can be seen to coincide with the non-physical and this then provides the correct conditions for the viewing of etheric replay known as a ghost. Ghosts cannot interact with human beings and whilst conditions stay the same in a particular location the energetic replay can be seen time after time. Ghosts offer no threat at all to human beings and they cannot be contacted since they have no conscious element to their energy.

Rather like a record of the past imbued into the location they are seen until energetic conditions are changed they will continue to be seen upon varying timeframes. If the perception of a ghost is frightening and people struggle to live around these apparitions, then changing the energy of the point they are seen will remove the imprint left behind by the person who has passed. Love has the highest vibration of any energy on planet earth and as such two people entering into a loving and heartfelt embrace can change the vibration and energy of a particular location, this can remove the existence of a ghost. In summary ghosts are not living energy - they have no consciousness to them, and they cannot be contacted or interacted with. An energetic imprint of old events are being replayed when energetic conditions are correct. Do not fear ghosts as they cannot hurt or interact with humans.

Entities
Do they exist? Well to my knowledge there is no scientific evidence that relates to the concept of Spirit and other dimensions, let alone the concept of what we may call alien life forms or entities. The governments that control the world have been involved in speculation and controversy around the whole subject of Aliens and other life forms visiting planet earth going back to the object which crashed near Roswell, New Mexico, USA, in 1947. There have been many conspiracy theories as to the true nature of the object which crashed, but the US government has never publicly provided an adequate statement regarding the alleged UFO crash. There are many discussions still going on relating to this incident and the internet has a mass of information should one be interested to research. The general concept is that the US and other governments still point us to the stars and encourage us to believe that we are yet to meet any extra-terrestrials (ETs), and that we humans are the only living life forms on all of the planets in all of the galaxies that we know exist hmmm!

The word Extra-Terrestrial means life that did not originate from planet earth, so all alien life forms or contact is referred to as ET. The best known film to depict Extra Terrestrial life is in the film E.T 1982 directed by Stephen Spielberg, where an ET creature lands on earth and befriends a young lonely boy (Elliott). Why do we find it so difficult to believe in the concept of any other life form other than those that we can see on this planet? The answer is exactly that - that because we cannot see with our eyes then we cannot believe the existence. However, we also cant see the air that we breathe, but science has told us that it contains oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide and even though we cant see it with our eyes we know this to be true. We are taught from an early age that air exists and so we all know this to be true. But how many of us have ever looked into the science of the existence and composition of air? Probably very few but again we all assume it must be correct because science has proved it to be so, and we are taught it at school. However each individual has not proved this to themselves but most of us are more than happy to believe in the general scientific proof put forward without verifying it ourselves.
What are they?

Working on the theory that there are unseen forces that operate in our time and space continuum, then we can establish the presence of other life and other energies that must exist within our physical space. These energies have not yet been categorized and documented by the scientific communities but in time to come this will indeed happen. Many books have been written on aliens and other life forms, and the word entity has been around a long time, even though there is no actual hard evidence for the existence of such beings or energies we term as entities or E.Ts. If you are looking for hard evidence then this is difficult to find, since most people (even if they came across an unseen entity) would not be prepared to go on record and document their experience for fear of ridicule by their family and friends. Not to mention the possibility of losing their job and ending up in the local asylum. The media and governments have implemented this type of controlled programming in the minds of society to discourage debate and discussion about other life forms for a good reason. Society has been constructed in such a way to stop people from expressing their personal experience if it does not fit into the accepted normal life that is promoted by the various controlling governments around the world. Looking into the past it is not difficult to find pictorial evidence of non-human creatures. The pyramids in Egypt are an excellent example of a time when nonhuman looking creatures existed and walked the planet. They were talked about and drawn in detail providing some type of evidence from our ancestors that planet earth has had visitors that can travel through space and also command the population using their non-earthly powers for some time. The bible, other scriptures and documents very clearly indicate that the human being can be possessed and attacked by unseen forces and this fear factor has been used by all religions as a form of control for the masses.

Even today we still find many religions using fear as their method of dictatorship. They cite that to please God and remain pure one must follow the rules very precisely and do as the holy book dictates. They conveniently forget that every bible and holy book in the world has been written by a human hand at some point, and therefore must contain a bias. There is no way currently that we can capture images or more real scientific detailed proof of these energies and so we carry on working with myth and legend as to where they are from and what they can do on this planet.

The cosmos is made up of infinite other planets, star systems and galaxies far beyond those that man has explored and named. This huge array of other planets and star systems and other energies do exist. Some are similar in the form that humans have taken and many more exist in very different forms. Form is a name given to the makeup of energy creating the life energy and containing the Spirit and soul essence. Human form consists of a physical body as the slowest dense vibration that can be seen and containing many other bodies each one a mirror copy of the physical body containing different parts of the soul essence. At the very core of the human body shell is the Spirit essence. This is the main part that holds together all the other bodies and is the substance of the human being. It cannot be changed in any way or deteriorate even during the process of physical death. This core essence is part of the whole energy system and makes up for the learning and lessons which are all part of the choice to take part in human life. A single human life takes on a minute learning curve that the soul incorporates into itself to develop the inner soul. It is then added to the overall God head energy that makes up the overall life and existence of the love energy that is everything. All energies in all places exist in a very different form but all added together their lessons and core energy create the vibration of love.

All energy is essentially coming together to combine love. Understandably the word love as described by the human dictionary does not correctly define what this energy is, as the human being cannot fully understand how energy works and why this is important in developing the vibration and essence of love. But never the less, your understanding of love works well for a being that is in its infancy. To understand the human being and their tasks is to integrate the whole meaning of life into a single human life and this is why, for most humans, life seems a trial with no real return to the investment of their lessons and learning. Each species exists for a tiny fraction of time in comparison to the whole and their life experience is then combined into their core species evolvement. This is true for all energies, human and all others, and is how with the evolvement of a species the learning is achieved. The more intellectual the species the faster they can evolve and change their core makeup. If you consider any animal, such as a goat, their intellect is very small and so it will take them a considerable time to learn lessons which add to their core essence and slowly adapt to new environments and change the way they exist. This is the real reason the human being has and does continually evolve at a relatively fast rate. The intellect is more advanced, and as a group learning from the lessons of each individual, the core human essence moves ahead quickly. Human advancement in the area of technology has shown this to some degree but from a Spiritual view point, the advancement has been much slower as many humans become distracted with their material desires at the expense of their Spiritual evolvement. Existing on planet earth are many different energies, more than can be written about, and much like the number of different species of plants and animals, there are also large numbers of unseen energies that co-exist within the same energetic space as humans and other life on planet earth. These energies have existed on planet earth long before human life evolved, and as such, these energies are well established within the planet. To a large degree

they have manipulated the planets energy and do still control the planets vibration today. Energy is a vibration and cannot be created or destroyed, but can change in its form. It can also be harnessed and used for good or bad depending upon the intent. To catalogue the other unseen energies would be a very time consuming task and also there are universal laws that must be worked within. So this is one of the core reasons why a less developed energy form such as a human must be slowly educated and touched by other more advanced energies. Those energies working for the highest good of all mankind would not remove the humans freewill to either teach or manipulate their energy and would always work through the vibration of love. Whereas those energies working for either their own gain or for the negative will try to taint mankind for their own reasons, working to their own agenda. When discussing other energies we must make the distinction between positive and negative. Throughout earths history, humans have interacted with both positive and negative energies. The remains found in some parts of the world depict these energies for all to see - they use pictorial means to portray a story of how unseen energies have touched mankind. If you look back through history and only work with the real discoveries you can see this. Ancient remains left over from the past help archaeologists to work out how different civilisations lived and how they interacted with more intelligent beings and other forms of life other than those that can be seen.

How can they affect us?
In my experience and opinion working in the way I do, my interpretation of the unseen forces I have personally come across is simply that there are energies we cannot see in the physical. However, these energies have the ability to connect with humans and speak to us using telepathy, if we have a perforated aura and our Spiritual protection has been broken down. These energies are co-conscious in that they can think for themselves and they can make decisions. They are very clever and know their way around the human psyche exceedingly well. To underestimate their potential would be a grave mistake. Some are what we would call light beings and have a positive intent towards humanity working in the higher astral plane, and others have a negative intent and therefore we refer to them as from shadow/darkness and are working from the lower astral plane. While working on many clients I have seen many other energies come in and work alongside my own guides helping and offering alternate knowledge to those working with humanity in this positive way. They seem to be here on planet earth to provide help and reassurance to the other Spiritual energies working here, and again seem to have a wholly positive agenda. I have personally experienced many different types of energies working through me whilst performing trance channeling during psychic surgery appointments with my clients.

Conversely and again, in my opinion, whilst working with many clients I have spoken directly to controlling and possessing entities that seem to be possessing and traumatizing their human host. These energies are always very aggressive, rude and full of their own self-importance. They do not recognize or care that they have taken over and tormented the human host and laugh at the concept of releasing them from their grasp. They always recite that the human host normally, through substance abuse or illness, has lowered their Spiritual protection and in some form or another agreed to the possession from these entities. This can happen in the dream state or whilst they have been high on drugs but the negative entities always claim they were indeed given permission by the host to invade their physical body. This seems to happen when drugs invoke a psychedelic state, and the person, whilst on their trip, gives up their freewill to another entity and allows them to also occupy their human body and feed from their energy. These entities need energy to exist, as we do food and water, so for them its like striking gold - a ready source of human energy on tap all of the time. They are able to increase their substance in the form of human energy by creating fear and hate in the human host. As these negative emotions increases the amount of negative energy produced by the human host this also increases the energetic substance for the negative entity to ingest. When the human host enters a state of fear, adrenaline is released into their blood stream and this increases the power and control felt by the entity. This is the reason these negative entitles always speak to the human host in a nasty and vicious manner, and more often than not encourage them to commit suicide, as this would release a massive negative energy rush which the entity can feed off. To them it would be the best form of energy they can obtain as it would be filled with fear and adrenaline. Most of the clients I see intuitively know there is something not right inside their body. Many can actually feel things moving around inside a certain part of their body, a wriggling sensation or sharp movement is a common complaint. Pain is another indication something is not right if the client has no reason for the pain

to be felt. Random pain in the same spot normally followed by an energy drain is common. Our intuition is our best friend, in these cases, as it rings a warning bell loud and clear through to our subconscious that something is not right, depending upon how sensitive we are and how attuned we are to our own body. Western society teaches us to disconnect from our intuition and use our logic in its place. For many people they have struggled with these various conditions for many years before they seek help from someone other than a conventional doctor. Other ways we can be affected by these entities is from telepathy, and in my opinion, this is case for the diagnosis of Schizophrenia. The offending negative energy links into our human energy by attaching themselves to our auric field using cords of energy known as cording. Normally this happens at the chakra points and most commonly the lower chakras, sacral and solar plexus. When they have these links into our auric field they have managed to successfully breach our in-built psychic protection, and are then able to start communicating with the human employing telepathy. The human starts to hear voices in the head that initially claim to be positive but very quickly become very abusive and negative. Once this has been achieved the controlling entity will start to take over the personality of the human host, and behavior will become unpredictable verging upon very negative and abusive. At this point family and friends will start to notice a huge behavior change for the negative. Drug or alcohol abuse is common at this point if it has not already been encouraged by the negative entity. The negative entity will happily work slowly to gain full control of the human victim, encouraging drug use and many other negative behaviors. They seem to always ultimately encourage the human host towards the taking of their own life in the experiences I have discussed with many clients. For some reason this seems to be their ultimate goal.

Many people ask where these entities come from and the answer is we dont really know. There are many ideas and different people have different viewpoints but since we are unable to prove the existence of other dimensions, and alternate realities, its not surprising that we dont know for sure. There is much speculation in the Spiritual realm and many people have different opinions, but actually from my personal view point is does not really matter. If it can be proved or not, the fact is these energies DO exist and they have a very large impact on our planet, probably more so than any of us realise. Protection from these other energy forms is essential especially as planet earth is entering an ascension state, and negativity is being released on a fast timescale. Drugs and the breakdown of our societies will only enhance the problem until western society and science accepts the concept of other energies and different dimensions. This will then enable us to start teaching our children the simple methods of protection involving meditation and visualization which keeps us protected and ensures our sovereignty.

Alien Agenda

Human life has evolved over time and as discussed earlier has taken much time and evolvement from life lessons both on a singular view point from each individual, and lessons incorporated into a soul essence as a combination for the collective species. Regarding the other energies that were highlighted earlier, we can now break them down loosely into two categories: 1. Those that interact with human beings 2. Those that do not interact with human beings. Of those energies that interact with humans there are again two sub categories positive and negative. Positive energies are defined as energies that are working for human progression on a positive level and only interact with those humans that formally request the engagement of energy through a means of communication called telepathy. The engagement must meet certain criteria before the unseen energy can commit to a joining of energy and the passing of information. The human must be working at a Spiritual level able to sustain the communication channel and must also be working at a level able to understand the information

passed for the highest good of all mankind not only their own Spiritual progression. An unseen energy will not work just for the human if their soul intent is to use the combination of energy for only their own good. Also, before the unseen energy starts the engagement, a contract must exist between the two energies detailing how the interaction will take place and what is to be achieved by both parties. This is worked on by the human Spirit guide before the unseen energy makes the human aware of its presence. Rather like the way a company would do business before work commences the two companies would set out an agenda of the work to be provided by the other and a cost would be agreed. This way both companies are fully clear how the engagement will work for them from the outset. The unseen energy also must effectively get the contract agreed by higher energies in the Spiritual hierarchy before any commitment can be given. This way human evolvement can be taken into account and the information passed is censored by other controlling energies. At any time after the two parties engage, the human has freewill to retract from the agreement if the work being performed is found to be too difficult. Opening to the unseen can be a very difficult process for all humans as they are normally unable to actually see the energy with which they are working and do not fully understand on a conscious level the work they are being asked to undertake. Negative energies do not par take in any such contract and do not normally work within a framework of contracts as a positive energy would do. A negative energy will almost always be working for their own agenda with which they exist.

A human being at its soul core is like a walking power station of energy. This energy is created as the human lives on a day to day basis and as such is a rich source of energy that can be used for many purposes by unseen energies. Unseen energies can change their energetic structure to display any type of form to a certain degree as form is manipulated by energy and intent. The word Alien for most humans will conjure up an image as taught and seen by the media that is portrayed as a slim grey being with big black eyes. Each human will have a different image related to this word, but in essence an alien energy is one of difference to each species. Therefore a human energy would also be called Alien for another species as it is not the same as their own. Alien energy forms take many different forms but in essence they are described by human minds as generally negative and the pictorial view would be very different to the form assumed by a human being. This is far from the case, as many Alien energies that exist in and around the human being are carrying similar forms as your own. The star systems from which some of these energies come from also have a certain amount of human DNA and consciousness - in fact they could be called the forerunners to your own being. Many different Alien energies have very different agendas here on planet earth and they are very keen to work with human beings as your energy and intent is paramount to shaping the planet earth for their own intent. Working at a level to involve these beings is difficult as the human can be easily tricked into working with negative energies, believing they are working for the good of all. The adept, whilst learning to communicate with unseen energies will more than likely be targeted as easy prey whilst they learn about energy and the practice of working in a discipline that requires much trust and care. Advice on this subject would be to work in safe areas with others before opening to the possibility of connecting to Alien energy.

Attachments
Spirit attachment
Spirit attachment is the method used by another energy and is normally a person who has died a physical death. It attaches to a living person and from that point onwards causes the living person a manner of physical problems. Spirits walk the earth plane existing at a different frequency to human beings, but able to affect the physical world if they are able to channel enough energy to interact with the physical world we exist in. Again we are not exactly sure why, upon physical death the Spirit of a person would not go over to the light, or to their rightful place. We can conclude that perhaps they have died suddenly or feel they wanted to stay behind and look after a relative or child, or that their work on the physical plane was not complete. They have the option of staying behind and end up between dimensions, not on our physical plane and not where they should have gone either. This inbetween place is not fully understood but many sensitive physics can feel these stuck energies and are able to converse with them. They all normally tell the same story - one of being taken before their time and wanting to get a message back to their family in some form before they are happy to move onwards towards the light.

Psychics have the ability to perform this latter task and when put at ease most spirits are happy to move over properly. Those that are not so happy may attach themselves to a human being, normally someone they knew in life and perhaps a wife or husband. Normally one tells the other that upon their death they will not leave them and so form an attachment to effectively hold on energetically. This type of attachment does not work for either party very wel,l as the physical person will have their energy drained by the Spirit attachment, and will more than likely find they cannot move on with their life as they will keep thinking of the deceased person and end up very gloomy and depressed. The attached Spirit will find after a while it does not know how to detach and so will end up stuck with the attachment, dragged around by the living person only able to interact at thought level with the human. This situation is less than satisfactory. Eventually the human host will also die a physical death therefore releasing the Spirit attachment. It would seem that attachments find a human being that did the same or similar things in life to themselves, so we find drug users finding and attaching to other drug users. The same with alcoholics and they will frequent the same locations as those that they wish to attach to, like pubs and clubs. Pubs will be a honey pot for Spirits that were alcoholics in life looking for any possible target to attach themselves to so they can in some way enjoy alcohol again from the physical effects received by the human being they are attached to. The old saying of like attracts like comes into force here as these deceased Spirits will hunt out living people with whom they can relate.

Similar circumstances to entity attachment render the human open to Spirit attachment in that a full aura offers complete protection but a perforated aura can be easily circumvented enabling the Spirit to attach.
Effects of Attachment:1. Hearing Voices. 2. Depression, severe and unexplained. 3. Fatigue, again unexplained. 4. Changes in mood, happy people suddenly becoming abusive and moody. 5. Addictions get worse, alcoholics and drug users find they are drawn to more addictive substances. 6. Sexual behaviour will become different and more negative, sexual encounters with strangers will be encouraged. 7. Out of character behaviours will be displayed, foul language and abuse are characteristic of lower astral Spirits. Attachment Types 1. Spirit attachment (discarnate Spirit, humans that have died). 2. Negative entity attachments (non-human entities).

The attachments we are to discuss in this chapter are of the negative kind and may well have been discussed in other chapters. A human being that is incarnated into the world comes in as a sovereign individual meaning their energy and essence is only their own. At some point later in their life through a number of reasons they can find external energies have attached themselves to them. This connection, through the humans etheric field, is known as an attachment. For an external energy to attach itself to a human being the etheric field that offers Spiritual protection must be breached in some way. This breach can happen due to severe ill health or through some type of substance abuse that creates etheric holes. At this point the human being without knowing it is at risk of some type of negative attachment. There are many other energies which exist within the cosmos and if any of these have a negative vibration and intent they can try to attach to a human being. There are many reasons for this, in fact too many to discuss in this chapter, but suffice to say when they have attached themselves to a human being certain negative attributes start to manifest in the life of the human being.

The first of these is the general health of the human being. Low energy will become very prominent as the attached energy will start to leach and suck the humans life force as substance for itself. Human life energy is regarded as a highly prized nectar for these types of negative energy and can be sold in the cosmos much in the same way milk from cows is collected, transported and sold many times before it reaches the end user for human substance and consumption. Negative attachments exist everywhere and are always looking for humans that have a perforated aura. This is why Spiritual protection is of the utmost importance. We cannot put enough emphasis on making sure your own aura is protected and maintained.

Eastern medicine differs greatly from western medicine in that eastern medicine has been handed down from family to family relying on the teachings and wisdom of elders. They pass age-old knowledge given to humans by extra-terrestrial energies in the past. Eastern medicine involves a different type of cleansing and healing of the physical body utilising many different forms of natural substrate, plants, trees, and at times even animals. The garden of Eden is an example of a story told many years ago about a magical garden that exists in which everything required for human beings to live and heal themselves was given at the time of creation. The human being is a creation genetically comprising of a carbon based body form that was designed and manipulated by higher dimensional energies to live in harmony on planet earth. The garden of this planet was also designed with much intelligence to provide what you need for your life force to thrive, and the advanced knowledge given to the east was provided to help facilitate life and longevity. It is of no surprise that those people that follow eastern practices such as yoga, tai-chi and the other arts exist in a state of inner strength and mental peace.

Combined with eastern medicine the human body can easily find harmony and peaceful equilibrium. Western medicine, by contrast, takes naturally occurring plant based remedies and then changes the chemical consistency to synthesise a non-natural product to provide a close effect which mirrors the plant from which they were taken. This product can then be sold in tablet form and cannot easily be replicated ensuring the profits are retained by the manufacturer. Is it any wonder that so many of the western drugs then harbour so many negative side effects to the human-body. Whereas in comparison to eastern medicine, at worst they may not provide complete healing, but side effects are minimal and non-toxic to the human body if prescribed by competent practitioners. The growing availability of eastern medicine already shows that it is providing an alternative choice to the western offerings and one must remember that intent is very important. Western companies are working for profits and market domination, their model is to control the health market and enjoy the profits that are made on the backs of ill people. These types of business model do not work in harmony with the expression of inner health and self-healing. Eastern medicine will grow in popularity as more and more people see and realise the benefits of working with nature and plants to support their body and mind. The epidemic of illness and disease sweeping the western countries must surely highlight the imbalance and that people are conveniently ignoring their lifestyle choices. Food has been tainted with toxic chemicals in an effort to create addictions and dependency. Again in time it will be seen that to live in a harmonious and healthy way, natural food and drink must be ingested.

If you cut your finger you do nothing consciously and the body self-heals. This too can happen inside the body to prevent disease and illness if the body is supported with the correct nutrition and as importantly mental thought patterns. Meditation is the ONLY way to gain control of the thought patterns which can lead to mental strength and peace. Repeated meditation practised in the correct manner can also support a healthy physical existence.

Curses
A curse (also called execration) is any expressed wish that some form of adversity or misfortune will befall or attach to some other entity, one or more persons, a place, or an object. In particular a, "curse" may refer to a wish that harm or hurt will be inflicted by any supernatural powers, such as a spell, a prayer, an imprecation, an execration, magic, witchcraft, a god, a natural force, or a Spirit. In many belief systems, the curse itself (or accompanying ritual) is considered to have some causative force in the result. History tells us that since humans have walked on the planet, the need to protect themselves from all types of negative energy has been of paramount importance to all cultures. Some employ lucky talisman or amulets and others pay for services provided by witch doctors or shaman. The concept of a curse is simple to understand. Essentially every thought that you think has an energetic component attached to it. So if you learn to work with energy (as you probably are since youre reading this book) then you will understand that if you think negative thoughts about someone and curse them,

what you are actually doing is sending a stream of powerful energy in their direction. This energy will land on them unless they employ psychic protection. Depending upon the thoughts you had at the time and the way you have sent the energy will depend upon the level of severity of the negative energy they receive. I have seen people bed ridden due to being the target of a powerful curse, and also am aware of many clients that can tell very distressing stories about such curses. As you start to train in the unseen world you very quickly realise that every thought you have (positive or negative) has the ability to do harm to another or to help another. Learning to control your emotions is essential, because if you allow others to wind you up and create a state of dis-ease within the core body temple you will literally walk around hurting others by employing streams of negative energy to do your bidding. You, of course, will be blissfully unaware that this is the case. A curse is a stream of negative energy sent by thought. For most people it is a part of daily life as they dont realise the cursing that they are doing when annoyed is targeting others, but some people do use this method to attack people on a conscious level. These people normally understand energy to some degree or have noticed they can manipulate others by employing techniques such as curses. They will need their target to be aware they have been cursed to increase the fear the target feels, and this will help to increase the ferocity of the attack. These people will go to great lengths to let their intended target know they have a curse on them. I have known of people that work in cults or attend groups to increase the attack as the more energy they can direct the more powerful the curse.

A dangerous game is played out by the assailant, as once the curse has been detected it can be sent back to the source and will end up affecting those at the source of the curse worse than the intended victim.

Witchcraft
Witchcraft, in various historical, anthropological, religious and mythological contexts, is the alleged use of supernatural or magical powers. Historically, it was widely believed that witchcraft involved the use of these powers to inflict harm upon members of a community or their property. Since the mid-20th century, the term witchcraft has sometimes been used to distinguish between bad witchcraft and good witchcraft, with the latter often involving healing. The concept of witchcraft as harmful is normally treated as a cultural ideology, a means of explaining human misfortune by blaming it either on a supernatural entity or a known person in the community. A witch is a practitioner of witchcraft.

Ouija Boards
A Ouija board (pronounced "wee-gee" or "wee-ja" and possibly derived from the French and German/Dutch words for "yes", oui and ja), also known as a Spirit board or talking board. The Ouija board is a flat board marked with letters, numbers, and other symbols, supposedly used to communicate with any Spirits. It uses a planchette (small heart-shaped piece of wood) or movable indicator to indicate the Spirit's message by spelling it out on the board during a sance. The fingers of the sance participants are placed on the planchette, which then moves about the board to spell out words or become physically manifest.
Ouija boards have been the source of inspiration for literary works, used as guidance in writing, or as a form of channeling literary works. As a result of Ouija boards becoming popular in the early 20th century, by the 1920s many "psychic" books were written of varying quality often initiated by Ouija board use.

Mainstream Christian religions and some occultists have associated use of the Ouija board with the threat of demonic possession and some have cautioned their followers not to use Ouija boards. Ouija boards seem to be the most common source of problems that occur in property from my experience as unwary teenagers seem drawn to these "talking boards" after a few drinks with friends and then unwittingly open a door to unseen visitors, more often than not with negative intentions. Once the door has been opened using freewill, then there is an invitation for unseen energies to come through and wreak havoc with the property and for those that live in it. My advice is this:If you plan to use a "talking board" then make sure you surround the house and yourselves with a golden light of protection, light a candle and verbalize your intent for protection from your Spirit helpers and guides, and secondly don't ask "is anyone there" as the only respondents will almost always be negative, instead say something to target the audience you wish to communicate with like "I
command to connect with a member of my family working for my highest good and the highest good of all mankind". This way you are using your intent to
target positive energy.

The ouija board or talking board as it is commonly referred to is a wooden board used to facilitate communication with the Spirit world. This board in itself comprises a piece of wood with numbers and letters painted or inscribed on it and a planchette used to move across the board detailing which letters and numbers are being highlighted to form words used by the Spirit to communicate with the board users. In itself it is a benign tool used for decades to communicate with Spirit. However the user must use intent and direction to explicitly detail with whom they wish to communicate in Spirit. If this intent is not given at the outset of use then any energy can be contacted and more than likely this will be of negative persuasion. The Ouija board has been used as a tool by mediums and psychics from time passed, and is still an important tool today if used responsibly and with control. With the increasing popularity of all things Spiritual, the Ouija board has again found stardom by those using it as a center piece of entertainment. This brings with it many problems - as a lion tamer would use precaution when training a lion, so the users of the talking board MUST ascertain much caution and protection before engaging in such activities. Channeling other energies can be dangerous and at times causes catastrophic affairs if not done by experienced people who know what they are doing and have access to their own Spiritual protection.

All things Spiritual revolve around the intent of those requesting communication and if the requestor does not have integrity, morality and self-control the positive Spiritual energies will NOT engage in communication. This must be borne in mind when working with any such Spirit communication tool, whether it is the Ouija board or other dowsing devices such as pendulums. There are negative elements that exist around you that will thrive with communication where intent and positive understanding is not invoked. The outcome of this type of communication will involve deception at best but much worse will surely follow. Our advice is to tread very carefully around this area of Spirit communication.

Drugs
How do they affect our protection? Drugs are designed to alter our state of mind, changing the way the mind and body work. They been used in one form or another by man and our history tells us that the Greek Herodotus was referring to cannabis when he wrote in 5 BC that the Scythians cultivated a plant that grew like flax but grew thicker and taller; this hemp they deposited upon red-hot stones in a close rooms producing a vapor. Herodotus noted, that no Grecian vapor-bath can surpass. The Scythians, transported by the vapor, shout aloud". This drug is today known as cannabis. Drugs alter our physical body, mental state and also have a large effect upon our, etheric, emotional, mental and Spiritual bodies as these are a blueprint of our physical body. Hard drugs such as heroin, cocaine and LSD seem to create holes in our aura. This is our protective layer and keeps us protected from unseen energies. With this protective layer perforated and fragmented we are open to attack from negative energies which know we have lost our Spiritual protection and hence can be targeted. Many of my clients experience hearing voices and this can nearly always be attributed to drug use perforating the aura allowing negative energies to connect with a person. From this point onwards the negative energies will make life miserable and will encourage negative practices and addictions.

Many of these people are diagnosed with some sort of illness such as schizophrenia and prescribed mind numbing drugs. This will never, in my opinion, resolve the problem, as the source of the problem has not been addressed and until the aura is rebuilt and protection reaffirmed the negative energy will continue to torment the person. Removing negative energies attached to these people can be a difficult, time consuming task. The person will need to make some life changes and adopt a healthy positive lifestyle, as this helps to increase the Spiritual protection the aura offers.

Many different types of substances can affect the human constitution in a positive and also in a negative manner. Essentially everything that is consumed by the human being has a small effect on the overall health of the physical body and as such can greatly affect the correct hormonal state and overall tolerance of the body to protect itself. The human body has been constructed with its own defense system against any type of foreign body that can cause negative health. This is called the immune system and as such plays a crucial role in the well-being and health of each human. The immune system is setup in such a way that it can detect foreign invasion of negative energy in the form of viruses and other types of bacterial invasion which has the ability to change the DNA structure of the human and lead to ill health. Many viral changes can slightly alter the DNA of a person and in doing so change the immune system and the ability of the immune system to defend itself against these foreign bodies. A human being is continually under threat all of the time due to the nature of the planet you inhabit, and the immune system is always battling to keep the human body healthy and foreign bodies at bay. This is also the case for the other types of bodies we discussed earlier, and the emotional body and etheric body help to protect the human from foreign invasion as the immune system protects the physical body.

The aura is a very complex protection system that comprises of a protective energy field that surrounds the human body and, like the immune system, can be compromised if the general health of the physical body starts to falter. Therefore if the physical body is not looked after in terms of diet and general welfare then this will in turn affect the aura. The aura starts to shrink and collapse back into the physical body as the physical health deteriorates, then the protection it can offer is also compromised. At this point the aura may well become perforated which essentially means holes appear from the other level through to the physical body rather like looking through a sieve, and energies from one side can see the other side. This is the point that the protection the aura offers has been removed and now any negative energy can start to connect into the etheric field of the human. It will start to harvest their energy thereby stripping the human of yet more energy and also helping to weaken the aura still further. As this process escalates the negative energy will by now have completely immersed themselves in the humans energy fields and will be able to start to manipulate them through the method of telepathic conversation and suggestion. The humans health will at this point start to fail rapidly and they will start to hear voices inside their head as the negative energy will now try to invoke as much fear as they can. This will further weaken the humans resolve and allow the negative energy to start to establish control of the mental structure. All of the occasions on which, the human has felt fear will be capitalized on since the controlling negative energy will have access to the humans thoughts and will induce and heighten their fears. So a previous fear of the devil or such things will be increased, as will a previous fear of spiders and the human will be shown images inside their mind to create panic and fear. The negative energy will slowly take control of the mind as the human energy retreats away from the mental onslaught that will be going on inside their own mind. This will happen until the negative energy has complete control of

the thoughts that the human thinks. This is a very dangerous situation as now the controlling negative energy will start to encourage self-harm and will work up to the possibility of suicide. As you can see from the description above this process can take years for it to evolve or it can happen over weeks. Substance abuse is the biggest factor that will create a perforated aura as this very quickly creates the opportunity for a controlling negative energy to gain control over a human being. Since the human being is more susceptible to negative thoughts when partly out of body (during a trip whilst on drugs) they can be targeted more easily and controlled quickly. The negative energies we discuss here are very intelligent and have been around for millions of years. They understand the human biology very well and know exactly how to remain undetected whilst connected to the human energy system until they have a very strong hold. At this point they know it will be very difficult to remove them, as their energy will be fed through human fear. Currently there is no way of removing these attached energies using western medical procedures and drugs since these methods do not affect the source of the problem. They may well help the human in the short term but over the long term unless the foreign energy structure is disentangled from the humans own energy then the two will be forever entwined. This will inevitably mean the human being will be unable to live a very harmonious life as they will be taunted and controlled by the voices they will hear through telepathic projection and will also probably suffer many physical pains in their body for which they have no physical diagnosis. Doctors that are looking for a physical problem currently are unable to diagnosis an inter-dimensional problem as western medicine has no way to measure different types of inter-dimensional vibration which will be the cause of these pains and physical problems.

The human being is a consciousness that is incased in a physical shell that is termed the body. This consciousness is part of the all-enveloping energy held within the planet earth and it is directly affected by the group consciousness existing here on planet earth. This essentially means that everything which happens on the planet in terms of weather, geographical changes and other energy forms such as animals are all affected by the thoughts of all the collective human consciousness. What happens in one part of the world affects the whole, what one person thinks affects those around them and so on. Energy is entwined around all that live on this planet. Since the time is approaching for great change it stands to reason that all will be affected by this change. There are those that are already seeing and feeling the changes and there are those that know, using their intuitive reasoning, that change is happening and as such the human beings will change.

This change will start by opening the sensitivity of the human. They will start to feel energy, and those around them will notice a change of character. They will start to experience many different emotions and feelings. As the change starts to take hold those will find old energy patterns will come out to be addressed on the practical level and worked through to create a healing of the soul. Many will start to see energy in its raw form through their eyes. There will be a diagnosis of eye dysfunction from the medical profession as they will not be able to understand the condition and will assume it's a disease but this is not the case. It is a requirement of the changing human being. Sensitivity to fear and anger will increase. This will start to change the programming of the human being, and on a practical level will mean that humans will reject the exposure to negative situations. War and suffering will not be tolerated by the consciousness, and films and media that induce fear and anger will be dismissed as entertainment. The energy surrounding the human being needs to be cleared and filled with love and happiness. These emotions cannot exist where there is fear and negativity and so the changing human being will start to look for entertainment that creates positive emotions and will search for others that are looking for this enhancement of the love energy. Food that contains a negative vibration, even though once cherished in the past, will be refused and the underlying thought will be positive for the changing human to progress on this path to enlightenment. All negativity must be pushed away from the core self. The core self will know exactly what to eat and drink to sustain a positive vibration. Others will start to follow the lead in families as each person changes.

The more changes that happen in the vibratory field of the human will start a chain reaction in the human body and this will start changes to the genetic structure of the body. As vibration increases, so the human will start to have psychic experiences. Intuition will very quickly start to increase and an all knowing connection to the higher self will be forged. At this point the human will feel different to others around them who are not at this point of their Spiritual progression. They will start to develop an interest in the alternative teachings, and crystals will be introduced into their path as working with subtle energies will be important for the changing human intuition. Groups will become important and teachers will be put in the path of the adept to help with the changes. Opinions and thoughts will change and slowly as this happens en-mass the consciousness of the planet will rise.

The planet will need to change to support the human consciousness. To date, the structure of the planet has supported the human evolvement in the way that the human and animals that exist here require for their life substance. The actual physical process of food and water intake to create the energy for physical existence will now start to change. Old food that has been enjoyed for the past decade will not provide for the coming new human being. The new human being will find that thought patterns and the mind will start to take over as substance for the physical body. This may seem untenable today in the way that humans live, but very soon there will be examples of human beings that can exist without the requirement for physical food and water. Again science and medical professions will not understand how this can be, but those that find the time to meditate and control their thoughts will start to see they can change their physical bodies through pure energetic thought and also will learn they do not need food and water in the ways of the past.

The human body has always required substance to convert into energy to power the human body. So if energy is the true goal that substance provides it stands to reason this energy can be found in different ways. The mind and thoughts can be tailored to provide this energy with practice and pure intent. When this starts to change the need for humans to feed themselves through the decimation of the planets natural resources will not be required. Animals will not need to be used as a pure means of food for the human beings and this will change the ecological structure of the planet. Animals and fish have existed on this planet as a source of substance but when the human changes this will also change. Man can work with the other energies that exist on this planet rather than using them for his own good. A natural balance and harmony will start to appear in the world the human lives in, and therefore a much deeper understanding with animals and fish will occur.

As with most things, for the new to come into existence, the old must leave. Look at the technological changes that have appeared in the 100 years - the rate of change is Phenomenal. Ask a Victorian person how they lived and worked compared with today's lifestyle in the western world. The old system that has been forged through repression and corruption of many of the worlds leaders will self-implode as the global consciousness of good starts to shine through. Technology is now providing a platform for the communication on a planetary scale and as such people can communicate in a way never before seen on this planet. Physical distance is a thing of the past. Today, one person can speak to another in a tiny fraction of time using many different mediums and this ability must be cherished to help bring about a new paradigm in the humans existence. For the old control structures to be changed there must be an energetic change to want a better life for all. Health, happiness, love and prosperity on an energetic level is the core requirement. When a large enough number of people all over the planet demand change for the better, the scale will start to move towards peace and love.

This change is now underway and the only thing needed is thought. Use your thoughts to demand a better life more sustainable for all, regardless of nationality or color, social structure or religion. As more and more human beings use thought to create and then manifest changes, so the old will crumble and a new dawn will start to glimpse through the corruption and power structure which humans have become aligned with. Like attracts like, and as such if the new dawn is really desired then each human being can see peace and love in their minds eye. You are all created with immense power inside yourself- not physical power but energetically; use your mind and thoughts to bring about a planet of love for all. The old control structure will try to keep you entertained and distraction techniques will be used against you to stop you enlarging the mind through thought. Ultimately the mind and thoughts you have will create the world you want to live within.

The planet you live on exists in a point of time. In the time and space continuum, this means to you all that you measure linear time by the rising of the sun and the moon. These planets have been put in place to provide the planet you live on with the correct conditions for all life to exist along with yourself. Many species of animals exist for the provision of mankind, as mankind is the highest consciousness energy on the planet living and existing in the third dimensional world. These species of animals have all agreed via contracts that have been put in place to maintain equilibrium of the planet. You call this system nature and if you look around and open your eyes you will see nature is perfect. Planet earth provides everything you all require to exist and thrive. Animals have chosen to exist on the parts of the planet that is the right vibration for them and this helps the biodiversity to thrive. Each animal has a vibration of their own, and also of their species, and this helps to educate and evolve their core group, just as humans are all interconnected, so are the animals of the planet. Therefore if you treat them with the respect they deserve they will love you back and their whole species will slowly evolve. In reverse if they are treated badly then the whole soul group will change the way they evolve and work with mankind.

Time is now in the essence for humans to change the way they perceive the animal kingdom, as animals provide you with substance and nourishment. If you treat them well and slaughter them correctly, the vibration of their flesh will help to keep the human body in its peak vibration. If this is not the case the negative vibration of ingested flesh will create disease in the human body. Many current human conditions are caused by the ingesting of negative vibration flesh. Animals are keen to work with each and every one of you here on this planet but only in a state of trust, love and respect. The time is here now, whilst the planet can still maintain a diverse population of species, for man to change the perception of animals and start working for the betterment of all that exist on planet earth.

When we speak of devas we are talking about the unseen world that co-exists with yours on this planet earth. Fairies, elves and other devas of folklore once existed in accordance with yourselves. Those that had the right mind set, and were able to open their mind in time past, were then allowed a look into a different dimension which overlaps the one you exist in on planet earth. The fairy realm can be a lovely place to visit if a human can accept the concept of other energies. Accepting the concept of other energies is very difficult from the outset. Even when a human being is walking their Spiritual path, this cant be seen or felt with the 3d senses but seen in the minds eye. It is in fact, not a reality to a human, and therefore requires use of intuition

and truth in the Spiritual. Spirit guides or helpers are assigned and chosen by the human to help with the understanding and evolvement for this very reason and this is well known and understood by other realms. Devas and fairies can and do interact with the human if the humans energy and vibration make this possible since they are working with the universal laws that have been in place by source energy to make sure human freewill is respected at all times. Spending time outside, in and around nature will, by its very nature, draw devas from other realms close to the humans vibration and if the human opens to connect with these deva Spirits then interaction is possible. Even in the garden, devas will help and work with humans should they ask for the connection. They can help to provide a harmonious energy and will draw in other creatures and animals to work with and provide a positive feeling to the energy of the garden if the human so wishes. There are many types of devas that you can interact with and most people are drawn to one particular type or another. Send them your goodwill and love, this will encourage them to work with you and create a very pleasing experience for both you and them. In the past devas would show themselves to humans, but due to the low vibration of most humans these days, and the need to control and harm others, this has been stopped. But if you work with devas and allow them to trust you, over time they can and will show themselves to you in the physical, once more proving that other energies do exist on planet earth and will work with you if your intent if it is wholly positive.

Thought forms - What is a thought form? A thought form is a manifestation of energy created by a human being that can be created by pure thought and then given intent to either be something or do something. Everyone creates these types of energies every day without even in the main realizing this is what they are doing. As a human being exists over many different dimensions at the same time, what is thought about in the physical is created in a different dimension. This can be with or without intent. Those of you that are evolving rapidly and understand the concept of a multifunctional brain that can exist across many different dimensions at the same time, fully understand that the thoughts you think and the intent intersected with those thoughts create manifestation in other dimensions. Humans over decades have understood this and those that work with the occult sciences practice this regularly. Mystery schools have taught these teachings for many years and people in places of power regularly use the manifestations of their thought forms to do their bidding in different dimensions. Thought forms can change the present day and also the future as you perceive it, making this subject very critical in the understanding and Spiritual evolvement of a human being.

If you look around today all self-help books use the concept of thought forms to change the way you think and act. To start with, creating a thought form is what it says - asking your mind to create an energy construct, then give it your intent. The more time and detail you invest in this process the stronger the thought form will be and the more likely it will do what you want it to do. Lets say you spend ten minutes every day before you leave home for work focusing on your day. Create the day you want to have, see in your minds eye yourself going through the day and visualize all the things that you want to experience. This will then create a thought form or type of energy that will essentially go ahead of you and start to change things in your future, to create the events and experiences of your day. The more time and effort you put into this process the stronger the intent and energy behind the thought form, and so the more likely it is that you will attract the experiences you have created. Of course other people you come across will be doing the same, thing maybe in a subconscious way and so ultimately as the other energies interact with your created thought form the strongest, most powerful energy or thought form will prevail. Boxers have been using this technique for many years although they may not fully understand why it works and other sports people and athletes use the same techniques. They essentially visualize the race, overtaking everyone else and holding the winners medal at the end. This creates a thought form that goes ahead of them and starts to change energy to provide them with what the thought form was programmed to do, ie win the race. As the vibration of your planet rises the mental will soon start to overtake the physical, so the creation of thought forms will become very important.

Those people that can create strong energetic thought forms will soon find they can draw experiences to them much quicker than has been possible before on this planet. Of course this also means, by virtue of the fact that a balance must be available for energy to work correctly in the cosmos, those that understand and learn these techniques can use the creation of thought forms in a positive or negative way. Energy and the manipulation of it can work for good or bad. If all the people on the planet spent time creating thought forms of peace and unity, war and negativity would very quickly cease to exist, as the universal laws would need to be obeyed. Governments would be displaced very quickly and the intent of the people would be complied with. This planet can be changed by the few if the few used the universal teaching to create a world in which you would all wish to live in. The thought form of fear is used by those in power to control the population of the planet and this is done by creating situations of negativity so that people feel negative and in fear. Therefore they will subconsciously create a thought form that is fearful. This thought form is rather like a giant jigsaw puzzle that amalgamates itself as each person on the planet adds their energy to it, creating a huge cloud of negative energy which is then carrying a negative intent. This can be used to create negative experiences for all on this planet.

Karma, again, is a name given to a concept of energy exchange between different people. In essence the concept is very simple to understand. For the human being to evolve it must learn lessons similar to the teachings you give to your children, and the only way to truly learn lessons is to experience them for yourself. Your soul yearns to progress and evolve, not only for personal reasons and Spiritual growth, but also for soul group growth and for the human species also. Karma means, in essence, that to fully learn and understand the actions and choices you make that affect others, you must also experience the same things yourself. By working through karma you can create a list of lessons that at soul level you wish to experience. Then you will see how you deal with day to day experiences and the effect you have on others that you come into contact with.

Teaching children works on the same basis- to learn how things feel you need to experience the lessons for yourself first hand. If someone treats you well then you feel good inside and this changes your emotional state. The opposite is also true. The human being is comprised of a structure of energy at its nucleus. This energy forms a shape that is held together with thought consciousness. The over-riding thought shapes and holds the physical form that the human being then manifests. This is not done using the fully conscious mind that you all know and understand, but is delivered to you from a part of your energy outside the physical realm. Many have called this the higher self or god part. The understanding must come from the knowledge that a tiny fraction of your core Spiritual self is what manifests into the physical form known as the human body, and the greater part of the whole remains outside of the physical embodiment. This is how some people are able to source information and act in ways that would be considered miracles by others. They have found a way, through dedication and practice, to connect to their core energy or higher self and

then access information about themselves and others in a way that is not in accordance with the normal thinking and human teachings. Upon making this connection, the human can then access infinite source information and this can be used in many ways. Mediums and Psychics have indeed found a way to access this higher knowledge and use it to work with other energies if they choose. The human mind and the human teachings are the only restriction in this process and must be let go for new information to populate the conscious mind. Transformation can occur in the physical body based upon the thoughts that are then projected upon it, and these thoughts can mold and shape the physical form and produce complete transformation if they can be anchored into the conscious part of the mind. This process requires the human to release the mind prison that has been created through their life teachings as this will bind them into a particular type of reality. The human body is reconstructing itself on a daily basis. New organs can be grown and shaped by pure conscious thought if the will is there to do so. To perform clearing of past events and experiences that have left a negative impact on the human being, the will and conscious mind must be put to work to allow release and healing to occur.

When more human beings understand that the thoughts they think and the actions they take have implications as to the way the whole planet responds, much change can occur for the betterment of the planet as a whole and those beings that exist on it. There is a feedback loop that has been created to provide a form of teaching for those that exist here on planet earth. Meditation is the process of using the thoughts you think and the connection of energy to the higher self, to enable a connection into a sub-conscious part of the source energy that exists within every human being. Every single human that exists within the physical body can, from birth, perform this practice without fail. Many may find it easier to meditate than others but all can achieve the same results through intent and dedication. What can be achieved through meditation is the ability to connect to a part of the higher self that exists outside of the plane that you experience, whilst contained within the physical body. As a human being starts to follow the process of meditation they start to follow a path unique to themselves, no two people will experience the same thing and each person will develop at a rate unique to themselves. For many, the process is slow and arduous, and for others the path is quick and relatively easy. As the human being opens their mind and the intent is there to connect to themselves, they will start to find a path to oneness which we can, for simplicity, call god. During the process of meditation the conscious mind is turned off and a higher frequency starts to move the thought process forward. This then facilitates a connection to higher energies - not just the higher self or core

Through the process of meditation, human beings can change the way they view themselves and then start to receive information from other realms. Psychic Protection Exercises Golden bubble Perhaps the most common exercise that can be incorporated into your daily life is the bubble or ball. Close your eyes and visualize a golden bubble of light around your entire being, see yourself enveloped within this bubble and make sure the bubble extends over your head and over your feet with a gap between your body and the other skin of the bubble. Many people visualize themselves held within a ball of golden light that provides complete protection for your whole body. Purple flame Another good exercise is to visualize yourself standing within a bright purple flame that will burn away any negative energy that exists within your etheric field. See the light running over your entire body and then running into the planet allowing mother earth to cleanse any negative energy running off of you. Then allow the light to run down into your body and cleanse the inside of your body, again allowing the light to run out of your feet and back into the earth. This helps to clear and cleanse your etheric field and can also be used on a daily basis to help keep your psychic protection fully active.

Spirit assistance We all have unseen guides and helpers that are with us from the moment we incarnate into this physical world until we take our last breath and then depart. Sound Science has now provided proof that everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. These frequencies in music are called musical notes. All of the cells in our physical bodies vibrate at different frequencies and as such are affected by sounds and music. Sound has been used as a method of psychic protection going well back into the ages. Since everything in this 3d life on planet earth that we exist within is made up of a vibration of atoms, and everything is a form of energy, then it stands to reason that sounds can change the vibration and therefore be used to help clear negativity. Playing classical music in an area that feels negative will raise the vibration and almost instantly the effect can be felt. If you are feeling down and tired then playing positive music that you enjoy with a high vibration has the effect of raising your Spirits. The Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram (or LRP) is a ceremonial magic ritual devised and used by the original order of the Golden Dawn that has become a mainstay in modern occultism. It is considered by many to be a basic preliminary to any other magical work, so much so, that it was the only ritual, beside initiation rituals, taught to members of the Golden Dawn before they advanced to the Inner Order. The ritual is highly dynamic, using gesture, visualization and the pronunciation of certain words of power, combining prayer and invocation as well as clearing and preparing a space for further magical or meditative work. The ritual banishes the chaotic and impure form of the elements from the magician's circle by the tracing of Pentagrams in the air and by the power of certain Divine names followed by an invocation of the Spiritual forces ruling the elements to fortify and guard the circle. The principal components of the Qabalistic Cross and the Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram are drawn from the works of Eliphas Levi. The text originated as a Jewish prayer, as documented by R. Samson Raphael Hirsch in 'The Hirsch Siddur' [Feldheim Publishing, 1969], which reads as follows:

Practical help to protect your house If you feel you have entity or Spirit problems in your house try the steps below. Purchase some natural sea salt, sprinkle around all doorways in your property and around your bed not forgetting the front and back door. This stops entities from crossing into your home. Sprinkle natural sea salt around all the beds in your house whilst asking for psychic protection in your mind or outspoken. Again, this provides psychic protection whilst you sleep. Purchase some sage, otherwise known as smudge and light it, holding a small bowl underneath, and walk around your home allowing the smoke to clear any pockets of negative energy. Use a feather to dissipate the smoke into all the nooks and crannies. Make up a room spray using sea salt, water, Frankincense, Myrrh and Sage. Mix in a bottle and spray around your rooms. This is great for space clearing. Fill a small bowl with sea salt and leave this in the middle of your home for a few days. It will absorb any negative energy - then after a few days pour it down the drain. Do this on a regular basis. Purchase some ting-shaws and walk around your home clinking them together. The vibration and sound will help to clear pockets of negative energy.

Crystals are also very useful in the home to raise vibration and help provide protection. In general, black ones are good for protection and also selenite, which has a very high vibration and is used to help cleanse all other crystals. So a piece of selenite in your home is a great addition. Black Tourmaline, Jet, Obsidian are also good choices. Affirmations 1. I am protected in all that I do this day and every other. 2. Visualizations Visualize yourself surrounded by purple light, and climb into a protective ball of bright white light. Visualize yourself standing in a purple fire, and see any dark areas of negative energy catch fire and be burnt away leaving you stood in a bright purple flame, knowing you are protected and happy.

From the use of aquariums to attract prosperity, to the use of crystals and fountains; from the right use of colours to the use of clocks, there are many ways you can improve the energy in your home or office with feng shui. Feng shui can help you create a more positive atmosphere in your living environment and many companies, including the mobile phone giant Orange, employed feng shui practitioners to organise and plan their office locations and building interiors. Foo dogs Chinese guardian lions, known as Shishi (Chinese: ; pinyin: shsh; literally "stone lion") or Imperial guardian lion, and often incorrectly called "Foo Dogs" in the West, are a common representation of the lion in pre-modern China. They have traditionally stood in front of Chinese Imperial palaces, Imperial tombs, government offices, temples, and the homes of government officials and the wealthy, from the Han Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), and were believed to have powerful mythic protective benefits. Pairs of guardian lions are still common decorative and symbolic elements at the entrances to restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and other structures, with one sitting on each side of the entrance, in China and in other places around the world where the Chinese people have immigrated and settled, especially in local Chinatowns.

The lions are always created in pairs, with the male resting his paw upon the world and the female restraining a playful cub that is on its back. They occur in many types of Chinese pottery and in Western imitations. These are a great form of psychic protection for your property or business. Place them just inside the front door to ward off negative energies. According to feng shui, correct placement of the lions is important to ensure their beneficial effect. When looking out of a building through the entrance to be guarded, looking in the same direction as the lions, the male is placed on the left and the female on the right. So when looking at the entrance from outside the building, facing the lions, the male lion with the ball is on the right and the female with the cub is on the left. Smudge / incense A smudge stick is a bundle of dried herbs, most commonly white sage (Salvia apiana). Often other herbs or plants are added, and the leaves are usually bound with string in a small bundle and dried. Additional herbs and spices that are often used in contemporary practices include cilantro, cedar, lavender, and mugwort. All have a strong, pleasant aroma when burnt. Smudging rituals are regarded by their practitioners as psychologically and spiritually cleansing, and as a means to clear negative energy. Participants can smudge themselves or others by fanning smoke in the appropriate direction, often with other ritual tools such as a bundle of feathers. In Native American ceremonies, smudge sticks were traditionally used to purify people and places. Animals Animals can be very helpful with the detection of negative energies as they have more developed hearing, smell and other senses in comparison with humans. We have dogs, and we have noticed when we have negative energies in or around our house the dogs are visibly jittery. They patrol around the house, look at the doors and up at the windows displaying obvious signs that they are not comfortable with something. If you begin to notice these signs they can help to provide an early warning system that negative energies are in existence and possibly approaching your locality. We now have a chuckle when our dogs move into their protective stance - ears back, head up and sometimes they even look in the direction from which negative energies are approaching. They bark - a clearing warning that there is something they are not comfortable with on its way. After they do this we normally notice if it is in fact a negative energy. We can feel the temperature of the room drop and feel a prickle around the neck and sometimes goose bumps over the arms and back as the energy starts to interact with our aura. Again, practise and observation helps to provide your own in built warning system that negative energies are about. When this happens we reinforce our own psychic protection and ask our guides to remove these energies before they have a chance to connect into our own etheric field and cause problems.

Sea Salt Sea salt, salt obtained by the evaporation of seawater, is used in cooking and cosmetics. It is historically called bay salt or solar salt. Generally more expensive than table salt, it is commonly used in gourmet cooking. Mineral salt has long been mined wherever it was available; the salt mines of Hallstatt go back at least to the Iron Age. However, there are many places where mineral salt is not present, and the alternative coastal source has also been exploited for thousands of years. The principle of production is evaporation of the water from the sea brine. In warm and dry climates this may be accomplished entirely by using solar energy, but in other climates alternative and often expensive fuel sources must be used. For this reason, modern sea salt production is almost entirely found in Mediterranean and other warm, dry climates. It is widely known in esoteric circles that sea salt is one of the best freely available cheap remedies to enhance your own psychic protection and that of you property. Negative energies do not seem to be able to pass through sea salt as easily as they can through areas where salt does not exist and for this reason we advise many clients that wish to increase their psychic protection to sprinkle sea salt over the thresholds of their property. Basically sprinkle fine sea salt across every doorway in your property and then all around the beds in each bedroom. Also, placing a small bowl of sea salt in a room that feels negative, or you have experienced negative energies in, will help to calm and clear the room. For your own personal protection, either bathe in sea salt or use sea salt in the shower every day. Grab a small handful of fine sea salt, keep it in your hand and run it through your aura (around your whole body, over your head and under your feet) and this will help to remove any negative containments. This is why you always feel so good after a holiday near the sea as your aura is cleansed by the sea air blowing over you.

We always have a spray bottle made up containing water, sea salt and some essential oil that is used between clients to help clear the energy from the healing room we use and also to keep negative energies away from these areas. This spray can also be used around the house every few months to help remove any stagnant air and negative energy. Crystals A crystal or crystalline solid is a solid material whose constituent atoms, molecules, or ions are arranged in an orderly, repeating pattern extending in all three spatial dimensions. In addition to their microscopic structure, large crystals are usually identifiable by their macroscopic geometrical shape, consisting of flat faces with specific, characteristic orientations. The scientific study of crystals and crystal formation is known as crystallography. The process of crystal formation via mechanisms of crystal growth is called crystallization or solidification. The word crystal is derived from the Ancient Greek word (krustallos), meaning both ice and rock crystal, from (kruos), icy cold, frost. Common crystals include snowflakes, diamonds, and table salt; however, most common inorganic solids are polycrystals. From an esoteric viewpoint crystal and gems or minerals each have their own vibratory signature, meaning each one individually vibrates at its own frequency. If you hold one in your left hand you will feel the vibration as the crystal connects into your own energetic energy system. Crystals, by their very nature, come from the planet earth and as such they contain the earths energy imbued into the crystals from the geographic location of its creation. Since the physical body is a collection of atoms vibrating at a certain frequency then it stands to reason that crystals can be used to help aid healing and bring the human body back into balance should there be un153

A crystal is found within the planet earth and is formed over much time passing whilst much pressure is applied to the structure. A large part of the inner core of the planet earth comprises of crystals and depending upon the geological construction of the local demography depends upon the type of crystals that are grown in that specific area. These properties align with the type of vibration density and form the crystals take on, and as such how they can augment their geographical area or the type of uses they have when overlaid with human intent and consciousness. Crystals carry very high vibratory frequencies and can be worked with to help the planet and her inhabitants with energetic practices such as healing, protection and even in time to come, power and light. Little is still understood by humans about crystals and as such they can be quite overlooked. Many esoteric arts employ them to help with healing and an increase of energy for the healer or the occult artist.

Human time is recorded and monitored by employing small quartz crystals oscillating at very precise frequencies in watches and computer equipment. Crystals can be meditated with to connect to source energy and find answers to many questions when the human intent and understanding has reached a certain level of Spiritual awareness. Personal Psychic Protection
The first thing we need to fully understand is that just as our clothing offers us protection from the elements like the rain and the wind, our aura performs the same function but on a Spiritual basis. The human aura is an electromagnetic field that surrounds our physical body and comprises of a vibration of different energies. This topic is complex and we could discuss the aura at length, but for the purpose of this document we will conclude with the idea that to protect ourselves from unseen energies that exist within our dimension the human aura is our shield and first line of defense. If the aura is full and working to its best potential then the protection it offers us is very strong. However, should the aura become weakened then we are susceptible to attack from other negative energies that exist within this planet that science is yet to investigate. The aura is naturally strong and in normal circumstances does not need to be looked after or strengthened but under certain conditions it can become weaker. A full aura extends outwards from the physical body in an egg like shape to around 4ft. We are essentially encompassed inside this egg-like shape rather like a baby chicken in its egg shell. The thoughts you think have more power over you then most people are aware, it is essential to gain control of your mind and train you self to think only positive thoughts. The human aura The human aura is our vital defense against any other energies that exist on this planet that we cannot see with our eyes. Years ago humans though the world was flat and if you suggested otherwise you would have been ridiculed by science and the general public at large, but today we know since science has caught up that the world is indeed round and we laugh at our forefathers for thinking it could ever possibly have been flat. This holds true for the unseen worlds that currently exist, but science has yet to catch up and provide us with a measure of this new world. At some point coming soon, science will discover that we are not alone and in fact other energies have existed on this planet well before we appeared in human form. At that point in the future our children and grandchildren will laugh at us for thinking in the whole of the universe or even universes that exist, we are the only living entity! It is expected that the Hadron Collider near Switzerland will address some of the most fundamental questions of physics, advancing humanity's understanding of the deepest laws of nature. Until that times comes into our history we remain resolutely nave, in my opinion, as to our position as human beings in the galactic soup and very unaware as to how important our auric protection is to keep us from harm. One day we will teach our children that meditation and auric protection is more important than the latest soap on TV or the football results - both of which everyone is happy to invest many hours of their time to watch but are unable to find time for Spiritual practices that dont seem to offer any tangible results in the short term.

Schizophrenia / Hearing Voices Many people with schizophrenia may be paranoid or believe that nothing is wrong with them, and therefore may not want to go to see a doctor. Others worry if they do see a doctor and explain their condition they may be subjected to biased treatment from the medical profession. Why me? Since I became interested in the Spiritual world it was very apparent that talking to energies that we cannot see is something humans have always done going back into our history. All religious documents such as the bible claim to be written by the hands of a human, channeling information from a Spiritual source that could not be seen. We all, every one of us, have the inbuilt system to communicate using telepathic means to other energies we cannot see with our eyes, but few of us wish to develop this part of our genetic coding. Psychics, mediums and other mystics all over the world claim to be able to do exactly this, communicate with other energies. Again this has never been proved or, of course, dis-proved by science but it remains today that some people are able to talk using telepathic means to other energies. These people (myself being one) will tell you that they Hear voices in their head and they

can have a conversation with the voice just as though they were sat next to another human being. Now, the crux of the matter is the content of the conversation! Those people that have developed their Spiritual essence and fully implement the techniques of psychic protection are able to communicate with positive energies that provide guidance and assistance in a positive manner, whilst those people that do not employ the correct Spiritual techniques for protection or have a perforated aura seem to connect with negative energies that are relentless in the pursuit of general destruction of the individual they have connected with. For one reason or another, your aura has become perforated and this is the reason in my opinion you are hearing voices. Ok, what now? If you are hearing voices and are unable to control the volume and the content of the conversation, and you find the voice is always very negative and abusive then you have a negative energy connected into your auric field that will need to be removed.

Until this connection is broken you will not be able to stop the voices or the telepathic manipulation occurring.

Self Help Techniques In a nutshell the only way to remove or detach a negative energy is to build up your auric protection, but since you cant see your aura, that is tricky. How do you know if its getting better as you cant see it and how can you strengthen it quickly? To make matters worse since you are probably already hearing voices then we can conclude at least one negative energy has connected into your aura and will be trying to weaken you aura. Normally by inducing fear through verbal insults and also visual methods like waking dreams that involve negative connotations creating fear through telepathic manipulation. Follow the instructions below to remove negative attachments. If you feel you have negative entity or Spirit problems with yourself or somebody else try the steps below. You will need to do them daily as it will take a while for your etheric vibration to increase and this may then detach the connected energy. I recommend using our own 100% handmade Aura Clear Soap to strengthen and clear your aura of negative energies and other attachments. Use this in the shower or bath every day at least once and it will start to clear and protect your aura. Incense sticks burning will also help to detach a corded Spirit / entity, as they contain powerful herbs. Sit in meditation and ask your Spirit guides to help. If you have never meditated then join a local meditation circle or group, these are plentiful if you look in your local papers and crystal shops and will help you. Use affirmations on a regular basis. There are many that can be helpful, we have listed some below. Use visualizations invoking protective symbols and images on a daily basis, again see below. If you taking part in recreational drug or alcohol abuse stop, this is a negative addiction and will encourage negative energies. Purchase some natural sea salt, sprinkle around all doorways in your property and around your bed. Dont forget the front and back door, as this stops all types of negative energies from crossing into your home. Fine sea salt is best as you cant see evidence of it on the carpet. Fill a bathtub with water and add one medium handful of all-natural sea salt (Available at health food stores, department stores, etc.). Take a normal bath, making sure that you immerse fully at least once. This will remove entity contaminants from your aura and other energetic fields. Crystals are also very useful, black onyx and black tourmaline are renowned to help with negative energy, either carry them around in your pocket or in a handbag or use them as an amulet and wear it around your neck. Again, your intent is the most important thing - if your intent is such that the crystals you have help provide you with protection then they will.

Amulet An amulet, similar to a talisman, is any object intended to bring good luck or protection to its owner. Potential amulets include gems, especially engraved gems, statues, coins, drawings, pendants, rings, plants and animals; even words in the form of a magical spell, incantation, to repel evil or bad luck. The word "amulet" comes from the Latin amuletum; the earliest extant use of the term is in Pliny's Natural History, meaning "an object that protects a person from trouble and bad luck. We find Black Onyz a great crystal for added protection, either carry one in your pocket or purchase a pendant. Herbs, Bach flower Bach flower remedies are dilutions of flower material developed by Edward Bach, an English bacteriologist, pathologist and homeopath, in the 1930s. Bach believed that dew found on flower petals retains healing properties of that plant. The remedies are intended primarily for emotional and Spiritual conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, insomnia and stress. The remedies contain a very small amount of flower material in a 50:50 solution of brandy and water.
