A Study of Causes, Effect of Stress Management of Honda in Gondia city

INTRODUCTION
The study of human resource management is one of the major criteria in the corporate sector. Human resource is the heart of the organization. By this research project, we will be able to know how to reduce the stress level of the employees working in Honda for this, it is necessary to study the causes and effects of the stress, the corporate sector is booming in a high speed that the people have to work for prolonged hours to maintain the standard of living and achieve their basic needs. Because of this they suffer from stress. Stress arises because of unfulfilled wants, lack of job satisfaction etc. before starting the topic of stress; lets first understand the importance of human resource.

Definition
Stress Management: Stress management can be defined as interventions designed to reduce the impact of stressors in the workplace. These can have an individual focus, aimed at increasing an individuals ability to scope with stressors. The goal of Stress Management is to help you to manage the stress of everyday life. Many different methods may be employed, such as biofeedback, meditation and massage. Counselors work with individuals in order to determine what stress management program will work best for that person.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The following is the outline of the research Methodology. Research may be defined as a scientific and a systematic search for information on a specific topic research is an art of scientific investigation. Search of and may be known as Data.

OBJECTIVE
Following are the various objectives of the stress management. To study the factors causing stress among the employees. To study about the effect of stress on employees. To select the proper strategies to manage stress among the employees.

HYPOTHESIS
Assumption which explains the facts gave rise to the need of explanations. This means that by using the hypothesis plus other and accepted generalization one should be able to deduce the original problem condition

Stress causes the dissatisfaction among the employees. Proper stress management affect the employee productivity. Stress management increases the productivity.

Sources of Data Collection a)Primary Source The primary data will be collected through the interviewing, group discussion. b) Secondary data The secondary data will be collected from the following sources i) Web sites ii) Books & Magazines

2. Sampling i) Size: 25 respondents.

ANALYSIS OF DATA Data will be collected through above said method and data analysis will be done by filling feedback by the employees.

INTERPRETATION OF DATA After analyzing data, interpretation will be done to make sure that we have collected the appropriate data.

LIMITATION
The employees from whom the questionnaires are filled are in a heavy
workload so some of the questionnaires filled by the employees who are in stress cannot be called reasonable.

One of the other problems of questionnaire is the cost. The study is limited due to limited sample size i.e. 25.
SUGGESTION Suggestion will be based on the findings after the analysis of data.

CONCLUSION Conclusions of the study will be produced in Executive Summary.
