RESOLUTION Transferring the Botica ng Barangay from the Brgy Hall to the house of Mrs.

Pilang Pojeda at Zone 1, Marupit,Camaligan,Camarines Sur

WHEREAS, It is the policy of the state to insure the general welfare of the people and in consonance with this policy, government officials including those in every barangay should insure the best quality of services to include the best accessibility of all barangays facilities which among others the Botica sa Barangay. WHEREAS, Brgy Marupit, Camaligan, Camarines Sur has an existing Botica sa Barangay situated in the Barangay Hall funded by the the barangay itself but in adherence to the policy of the national government, the medicines are being sold to the constituent at a reasonable price so that the proceeds of which shall be used in purchasing another drugs for sale. However it is susceptible of a wrong interpretation that the drugs are for free and a source of corruption, Whereas The Sanguniang Barangay has decided to designate Pilang Pojeda, the Brgy Midwife, to take charge of the distribution/sale of the generic drugs .

Whereas The Botica ng barangay located in Barangay hall of Marupitt should be transferred to the House of Mrs. Pilang at Zone 1 of the same barangay as the Sangunian believes that transferring of the said Botica ng Barangay will result to erase the wrong interpretation that the said drug is for Free and more accessible to the constituent.

WHEREAS Mrs Pelang Pojeda is designated as the person responsible for the maintenance of said Botica sa Barangay, to include the authority to purchase and to dispose/sell generic drugs without any additional allowances or other emoluments from whatever source. WHEREAS, The Botica sa Barangay shall be accessible Twenty Four hours a day including Sundays and holiday. In case of unavailability of Mrs Pelang Pojeda she has the responsibility to redesignate his immediate family or other person of his choice to take charge during her absence. WHEREAS, Mrs Pelang Pojeda is further responsible for the accounting and rendering a report to the Sangunian every first Monday of every month. WHEREAS, The designation of Pelang Pojeda takes effect upon approval of this resolution and acceptance of Pelang Pojeda. WHEREAS, This resolution is irrevocable except on the ground of fraud, misrepresentation, discrimination and unjust distribution of medicines without prejudice to any other legal sanction.
