VOLVO POWERTRAIN NORTH AMERICA, Hagerstown, MD Team Leader Product Audit Manufacturing Quality (2011 2013) Led Product Audit Department and collaborated with Volvo Global Powertrain Product Audit Network to harmonize global product audit processes for engines and transmissions manufactured and assembled in Sweden, France and North/South America. Oversaw scheduling and auditing of engines and transmissions by Quality Auditors to ensure compliance to Volvo Product Audit Standards then initiated root cause analysis for each audit finding. Issued Protus reports to address audit findings. Collaborated with assembly line employees and quality technicians to implement short-term fixes (to protect customers during the interim) until initiation of long-term fixes.
