Political Justice

Amongst many of the tell the truth shows in the 1950s we find Superman. Truth, Justice, and the American Way was a message comprehended when this writer was a youngster. Yep, this writer was once a youngster but never a gangster. Back to Superman, in remembering the series, Superman was noted to not tell a lie but oblivious to this writer at the time was truth was not told. One asks, how in the world can that be to not lie but not tell the truth? Every time Superman was confronted with truth of identity, diversion was the process and procedure, you got to be kidding! Not a lie but also not truth.

In this modern time, several learned in law have made statements that judges do not apply law correctly with notice that some judges do not understand the law. In learning over the last decades it was understood that a party before the court should have a jury of the best learned that could be assembled. Same thoughts should apply to lower level tribunal judges, but when one understands principles applied, those that prefer to follow Satans path most likely would prefer to have the dumbest judge possible arisen to the bench. When children are dumb and young many thoughts are ingrained into thinking that will last the life of the

body. Political money influence really appears to have infested lower level tribunals, whereas the higher federal tribunal judges are not subject to political election on a routine basis, truth is more apt to be opined if and only when the correct arguments of law are bought to the upper level bench. At lower level tribunals, many of those who claim to be sitting learned on a high thronged bench appear to be more interested in opining in caution to those who could finance the judge back into office. This writer has noted an apology to those law teachers who teach law but whereas those taught take forward to the street not to lie, but not tell the truth either is not just against the will of man but against the principles once inscribed into stone. So it really is impractical or logical to say a title of law school should be renamed as lie school for it is not the teachers that erred but those that departed that erred. How is it that Truth be Told has somewhat been replaced with Do not Lie, one thing for certain, truth maybe an opposite for a lie, but even greater is the fact that not telling the truth does not equal to not tell a lie. Scripture has noted that Truth will set you free. A serious question arises, what will be free? Science has only begun to understand the depths of the known universe, where man is divided unto the creators words.

This writer sees that those who scream or advertise the loudest by financial hoots and hollers may actually be the least qualified to hold an elected tribunal sitting. With not lying and not telling the truth, one is left in a state not worthy of man. Regardless of mans created courts one day there will be a need for one to judge thy self to forever, this right of judgment fails to no other man and truth will be known and no lie will hide the truth of a path to be chosen. Year 2014 has arrived and later in the year, those who wish to be seated in a chair of power need to see that a power exists, just not comprehended, that be a truth and not a lie we see a proper party arise to the occasion. A final word to readers let not you be fooled by half-truths, vote responsible and upon truth. Seek those educated and learned and do not be deceived by financial promises that carry not for eternity.
