Said bonds are to be issued by a responsible surety, approved by the City Council, and which shall guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract and the terms and conditions therein contained, and shall guarantee the prompt payment of all materials and labor and protect and save harmless the City from claims and damages of any kind caused by the operations of the Contractor. Notice of Full Board Meeting The annual full board meeting of Zumbrota Area Ambulance Association will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at 7 p.m. at the ambulance headquarters, 1450 Jefferson Drive, Zumbrota. Items on the agenda are the election of board president, board secretary, and executive board member at large, as well as an amendment to the by-laws, which reads as follows: In the event a member of the executive board vacates his/her position before the end of the established 2-year term, the following procedure will apply: If the position is vacated with one year or less remaining in the term, the remaining members of the executive board will appoint a new member from the roster of full board members. If the position is vacated with more than one year remaining in the term, a special meeting will be called wherein the members of the full board of Zumbrota Area Ambulance Association will nominate and vote on a replacement to serve the remainder of the term on the executive board. Owners will be responsible for purchasing a dog license (if dog is not already licensed) and paying appropriate fees at city hall before picking their dog up at the clinic. Dogs will only be able to be picked up by their owners between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Proof of shots must be shown at time of licensing.
