The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Maintenance Bond and a Payment Bond, both in an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the Contract price. Said bonds are to be issued by a responsible surety, approved by the City Council, and which shall guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract and the terms and conditions therein contained, and shall guarantee the prompt payment of all materials and labor and protect and save harmless the City from claims and damages of any kind caused by the operations of the Contractor. Said bond shall also guarantee the maintenance of the improvements constructed for a period of one (1) year from and after its completion and acceptance by the City. As per Zumbrota City Ordinance #503.01, no dog shall be permitted to run at large within the limits of the city. Impounded dogs will be brought to the Zumbrota Veterinary Clinic; P.A. Owners of impounded dogs will be responsible for the following fees: City of Zumbrota Impound Fee Daily Board & Kennel Fee Bordetella Shot Flea Shot $30.00 - licensed dogs $40.00 - un-licensed dogs $15.00 per day $23.60 $7.00
Zumbrota Township
Owners will be responsible for purchasing a dog license (if dog is not already licensed) and paying appropriate fees at city hall before picking their dog up at the clinic. Dogs will only be able to be picked up by their owners between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Proof of shots must be shown at time of licensing.
