1.1. Analyser descri tion
KIGAZ 200 instrument is a gas analyser with two interchangeable sensors (O2 and CO-H2), with additional option of adding 1 sensor (NO or CH4) or is a gas analyser with three interchangeable sensors (O2, CO-H2 and NO) with additional possibility of a th sensor (CH4)! Its main features are the following " Auto#ero in the du$t %rote$tion of &' sensor by solenoid (al(e )ed on handle for lightning of dar* areas +,ternal water trap Grey le(el -!.// s$reen 2 thermo$ouple $onne$tions 2 Go of memory 0he gas analyser is supplied in a transport $ase in A12 or metalli$ (optional) with a magneti$ prote$ti(e $o(er, a differential pressure *it, an inter$hangeable flue gas probe of -00 mm length with integrated draft and )+3, a )i4ion battery and its $harger, )iga# software, a 521 $able and a $alibration $ertifi$ate! A paper roll for the printer and a filter are also pro(ided! This gas analyser is designed to control parameters of flue gas in e haust duct of heating units! 2. Safety instructions
T#e follo"in+ safety instr*ctions #a!e to be strictly obser!ed. Not res ectin+ t#ese safety instr*ctions can lead to a loss of "arranty. The analyser should not to be used in and under #ater! The analyser should not to be placed near or directly at open fire or heat! The indicated range of temperature of the probe is not to be e ceeded, as the probe and temperature sensor could be destroyed! 2fter measurements, before pac5ing the analyser, #ait for the probe to be cold! 2s long as it is hot, the probe could produce in@uries! The e halations of alcohol liAuids (lubricants, petrol, spirit, %anish!!!) may damage the sensors of the analyser! Therefore, it is forbidden to preser%e or use these fluids nearby the analyser! ;oad the battery only #ith Bimo charger! Cse another type of charger can damage the battery and the analyser and can cause electrical shoc5s!
