Soil Profile Descriptions were performed by the Soil Scientist, Jay Andrews.
Each boring was observed for physical properties and a brief profile
description was recorded. Profile descriptions can be observed in this
booklet.

Chemical Test Samples were taken on the week of April 21, 2008. Samples
were collected and sent to Waters Agricultural Laboratories, Inc for analysis.

Saturated Hydraulic Conductivity Tests were performed on the week of

April 14, 2008. Tests were performed using the Compact Constant Head
Permeameter (CCHP).

Engineering Criteria of Soils
For Pond Construction

The Williamson County Soil Survey indicates that large areas of heavy clay
are somewhat prevalent on site. However, this map was prepared for
agricultural use and is not very detailed. Potential areas of significant clay
will be determined and benchmarked during construction of the roads and
other structures. These areas will be unearthed and used for the stabilization
pond liner. If substantial clay is not found on site, clay will be trucked in for
the pond liner. A clay liner will be the preferred method of lining the
stabilization pond and is typically used as such.

The engineering data of the Clay liner must meet the following criteria:

1. Clay Content: 40 to 70 percent

2. Permeability: 1 * 10(-7) to 1 * 10(-6) cm/sec
3. Plasticity: 21 Plasticity Index
4. Consistency: medium stiff to stiff

Should the clay not meet the design criteria for the stabilization pond, a PVC
liner will be purchased for the lining of the pond.
