Hypertension its factors, effects, and managements GOAL: To be able to impart essential and general knowledge regarding the causes, repercussions as well as, efficient and timely managements of hypertension; To empower audiences to modify or enhance lifestyle through adherence to various activities for prevention and control of hypertension. RATIONALE: By means of educating audiences of the basic concepts of hypertension, we would be able to stimulate their awareness of the numerous benefits and importance of hypertension prevention and control for maintenance / improvement of health and well being, reduction of develoing associated complications along with, modification of erroneous beliefs and deleterious lifestyle.
