Please accept instant appeal of the February 6, 2014 letter by the Police
nvestigations Division, %"& noticing decision not to investigate the above
referenced complaint.%&
The complaint referred to:
1) January 13, 2014 the issuance of a simulated police-legal record by Tel-
Aviv Police Commander Benzi Sau, which purports to show that a duly
conducted investigation of a criminal complaint against Tel-Aviv Mayor Ron
Hulday and others had come to conclusion.
2) Circa January 24, 2014 night operation by the srael Police in the Occupy
Tel Aviv camp- for "Territory Surveillance.
3) January 26, 2014 collusion by the srael Police and Tel Aviv
Municipality in the demolition of homeless shelters in the Occupy Tel-Aviv
camp, conducted as simulated enforcement of "Decrees, which never
existed, under the color of law.
The decision not to investigate such complaint effectively provides legitimacy
to conduct, which should be deemed violations of Human Rights.
Therefore, request that you review again the decision.
