This waveline represents our emotional journey through the experience of exploring consciousness through the lens of science and spirituality as it relates to our modern day challenges and our future visions.

Through open space technology & participatory leadership, we hosted intimate group conversations to spark new meaningful relationships. We learned from our journeys of self-discovery, shared contemplative practices and insights on the developments of the science of spirituality, interconnectedness and non-duality.

Q UE ST I O NED

We discussed the dilemma of choosing an equanimous self-knowledge path in contrast with the urgency of action required from our generation to face the complex global challenges like climate change and social injustices. We commit to foster true multi-disciplinary and multi-generational collaborations to understand and embrace our fullest human potential as individuals and society.

C R EAT ED

As makers and storytellers, we learn by doing and being. We created a video, an interactive game, an art installation, collected memes on consciousness and presented our insights and patterns live on stage. The intention is to create artifacts that can be replicated and spread from and into the collective consciousness.

DREA M S

IONS making a commitment & investment to the next generations. IONS making it's work from the last 40 years accessible to everyone. Opening dialog & collaboration with the the technology organisations (Google, Apple, Facebook, Twitter etc) that are shaping our global culture and consciousness today. Establishing dialog and communication with the other organisations that are working towards bringing consciousness research and practice into the mainstream (MetaIntegral, CIIS, MAPS, etc.) A commitment to include diverse points of view and value systems (people of color, LGBT...) Creating more sacred spaces that embody ancient as well as emergent spiritual principles. To have the presence of IONS in the form of a camp @ BurningMan and other festivals in order to have a larger impact in the spaces where the younger generations explore consciousness. Integrating and bringing awareness to sustainable food production, preparation, consumption, and environmental impact into all IONS events and spaces. Offering more participatory multidisciplinary events @ IONS Earthrise, in Europe and abroad.

Not only did we have a true transformative experience, we sparked true friendships and collaborations within the group, but we received enormous support from the extended IONS community. The donated resources and support will help us leverage the momentum of our collective enthusiasm and extend our practice to a wider and younger community through events, research and new initiatives.
