The medicine has always been a primary issue for human beings.

There is a continuous struggle for everybody to be healthy, because health is one of the principle factors that enable us to do any other type of activity. Current problems I will talk about are: the implication of robots in medicine, medicines and genetics. In my opinion, robots will occupy an important place in the future of medicine, but will never be able to replace humans. There are already robotic arms that enable doctors to do easier complex surgery operations. Considering the accelerated rate of technological evolution, in the near future probably the robots will do operations on their own under the supervision of a human being. I think that one day each person will have a robot at home that will be able to give an elementary diagnostic in case its owner will be sick. This part is directly connected to the possibilities of engineers to create complex and intelligent robots. Even if I consider all these, I don t think that there will ever exist an hospital without at least one human doctor in it. The instinct and mental capacity of humans is defining and compulsory for an effective doctor, that will !sense" the problem of the patient. # human will always feel safer in the hands of another human. In plus, robots can lose control. Even if they are programmed to work on elementary laws that would not leave any $uestion at first sight, robots can be unpredictable. %ne good example is the story created by #simov: I, &obot where it is presented clearly a case in which robots can lose control because they are computers in essence and when they are put in an !on edge" situation, they will not be able to deal with it even if they have only three basic rules to obey. 'tudying the history of medicine, the clearest evolution that can be noted is the one regarding medicines. (rom penicillin and rabies vaccine to the complex pills that exist nowadays for a great variety of diseases, human give a special attention to this sub)ect. In fact, the medicines are the most effective ways to treat a disease. Today there is a special concern for the curing of cancer and I think that there will be found a cure for it in the near future. There has been already a long time since this search has been started and history tells us that people found the cure for every disease that affected us at a large scale before, such as diabetes or tuberculosis. #nother issue highly debated today is the implications brought by the study of genetics. *enetics is a domain that grows daily being at the beginnings of its evolution. The +,# still has a lot of hidden mysteries waiting to be revealed. ,obody knows what the profound study of genetics will enable us to do. #lthough, some facts are clear: rare diseases will be cured and in the near future

we will be able to understand better how our body works, which will have an effect on all other domains of medicine. -robably the greatest problem in the history of medicine is raised by genetics: cloning. In my opinion, the issue should remain at the level of research and should not be used in other purposes. In fact, diversity is the main characteristic of our world and the idea of cloning would ruin it. The future of the medicine represents for some people something that resembles science fiction, but science fiction is nothing but a possible representation of the future. .umans with their great intellect make science fiction possible.
