Capitolo 2 CONNESSIONE DEL MODULO

Il modulo connesso alla scheda elettronica utilizzando il cavo seriale a 4 vie in dotazione.

figura 5 Per poter abilitare il modulo GPRS alla ricezione dei messaggi di comando necessario configurarlo. Disporre di una SIM con un credito sufficiente a coprire le necessit delle varie operazioni di comando a distanza. Inserire la SIM in un telefono cellulare e seguendo le istruzioni fornite dalloperatore o dal telefono stesso, disabilitare la richiesta del codice PIN allaccensione. Rimuovere la SIM dal telefono cellulare e, con modulo non alimentato, inserirla nellapposito alloggiamento (vedi figura 4). Dopo aver inserito la SIM, assicurandosi che la stufa/caldaia non sia alimentata, connettere il modulo allapparecchio utilizzando lapposito connettore posizionato nella parte posteriore (vedi figura 5) e verificare che la spia di alimentazione (verde) sia accesa. Dopo alcuni istanti, in corrispondenza delloperazione di registrazione della SIM nella rete cellulare, la spia di rete (gialla) inizier a lampeggiare. N.B. Prima di procedere con linvio di messaggi, attendere che le spie che indicano la comunicazione (verde e rossa) siano accese lampeggianti da alcuni minuti per permettere al modulo di stabilizzare il segnale relativo alla rete e caricare la batteria tampone.

Quando lapparecchio visualizza uno qualsiasi degli allarmi sopra elencati, le operazioni di ripristino (ON/ OFF) dovranno essere effettuate direttamente sulla macchina e non in remoto. Tramite il modulo rimarr comunque la possibilit di continuare ad interrogare lapparecchio per visualizzarne lo stato e i livelli di temperatura.

Reset del modulo

In caso di necessit possibile resettare il modulo e attenere cos la cancellazione di tutti i numeri telefonici impostati. Per ottenere ci mantenere premuto per circa 15 secondi il pulsante reset presente nel modulo. Il reset del modulo comporta la cancellazione della selezione della lingua e della modalit black-out ripristinando le impostazioni di fabbrica (nessun numero impostato, lingua italiana e black out abilitato). Per utilizzare nuovamente il modulo reimpostare i numeri di telefono tramite il messaggio Setnumeritel

Quando abilitata, il modulo GPRS invia al telefono master, con ritardo di circa 30, un messaggio che avvisa che la tensione di rete venuta a mancare

ATTENZIONE!!! Il modulo ha in memoria i numeri telefonici inseriti tramite il comando SETNUMERITEL, il primo numero inserito il master e riceve tutte le segnalazioni di allarme provenienti dal modulo gli altri invece, gli slave , non ricevono le segnalazioni di allarme ma possono lo stesso inviare messaggi e quindi comandare il modulo. Il modulo aggiorna la propria memoria interrogando la scheda elettronica con un intervallo di circa 10 secondi. Lutilizzo di qualsiasi comando dovr essere intervallato di almeno 10 sec dallultimo sms inviato. La tempistica di invio/ricezione dei messaggi, sia di comando che di conferma, strettamente legata al traffico della rete GSM. Qualora il segnale dovesse essere debole nel luogo di installazione del modulo GPRS, possibile installare il Kit Antenna GPRS che permette, attraverso il cavo da 5 metri, di posizionare lantenna in un punto con miglior ricezione. Per installare il Kit Antenna GPRS, svitare lantenna integrata nel modulo GPRS e sostituirla con il relativo kit (figura 6), ponendo la nuova antenna in un punto con miglior ricezione. figura 6

Chapter 2 MODULE CONNECTION

The module is connected to the circuit board using the 4-wire serial cable supplied.

figure 11 The GPRS module must be configured in order to enable it on receipt of command messages. Provide a SIM with credit sufficient to cover the necessities of the various long distance command operations. Insert the SIM in a mobile phone and following the instructions supplied by the operator or by the phone itself, disable the request for the PIN code on switch-on. Remove the SIM from the mobile phone and when the module is not powered insert it into the relevant housing (see figure 4). After having inserted the SIM, make sure that the stove/boiler is not powered, connect the module to the appliance using the relevant connector positioned in the rear part (see figure 5) and check that the power supply indicator (green) is on. After a few seconds, in correspondence with the SIM registration operation in the mobile network, the network indicator (yellow) will start to flash. N.B. Before sending messages, wait for the communication indicators (green and red) to be switched-on and flashing for a few minutes in order to allow the module to stabilise the signal relative to the network and charge the buffer battery.

When the appliance displays any of the alarms listed above, the restore operations (ON/OFF) must be carried out directly on the machine and not in remote mode. The module can however be used to continue and interrogate the appliance in order to display the status and temperature levels.

MODULE RESET
If necessary, the module can be set and all telephone numbers set can be deleted. To do this, hold the reset button present on the module for 15 seconds. Module reset leads to cancellation of language selection and black-out mode, restoring the factory settings ( no number set, Italian language and blackout enabled). To se the module again re-set the telephone numbers using the Setnumeritel

BLACK OUT FUNCTION

When enabled, the GPRS module sends a message to the master telephone with a delay of 30, which informs that the network voltage is missing

ATTENTION!!! IThe module has the telephone numbers inserted using the SETNUMERITEL command in the memory. The first number inserted is the master and receives all alarm signals coming from the module, the others are slaves. They do not receive alarm signals but can send messages and therefore command the module. The module updates its own memory interrogating the circuit board with an interval of 10 seconds. The use of any command must be intervalled by at least 10 secs from the last SMS sent. The message send/receive time, both command and confirmation, is strictly linked to the GSM network traffic.

If the GPRS signal, in the location where is installed GPRS module, is low, install Kit Antenna GPRS The Kit Antenna GPRS allow to get a 5 meters cable antenna in a better position. Chapitre 2 CONNEXION DU MODULE

Le module est connect la carte lectronique au moyen du cordon sriel 4 voies fourni en dotation.

figure 17 Pour pouvoir activer le module GPRS la rception des messages de commande, la configuration est indispensable. Se munir dune carte SIM possdant un crdit suffisant pour couvrir les ncessits des diffrentes oprations de commande distance. Insrer la carte SIM dans un tlphone portable et suivre toutes les instructions fournies par loprateur ou par le tlphone lui-mme, dsactiver la demande du code PIN lallumage. Enlever la carte SIM du tlphone portable et, laide du module non aliment, linsrer dans le logement spcifique (voir figure 4). Aprs avoir insrer la carte SIM, en sassurant que le pole/chaudire ne soit pas aliment, connecter le module lappareil en utilisant le connecteur prvu cet effet qui est positionn dans la partie arrire (voir figure 5) et vrifier que le voyant dalimentation (vert) soit allum. Aprs quelques instants, en relation avec lopration denregistrement de la carte SIM dans le rseau cellulaire, le voyant (jaune) commence clignoter. N.B. Avant de procder lenvoi des messages, attendre que les voyants (vert et rouge) qui indiquent la communication clignotent pendant quelques minutes afin de permettre au module de stabiliser le signal relatif au rseau et charger la batterie tampon.

Quand lappareil affiche une alarme quelconque parmi celles susmentionnes, les oprations de rarmement (ON/OFF) devront tre directement effectues sur la machine et non distance. On pourra tout de mme continuer interroger lappareil, laide du module, pour en visualiser ltat et les niveaux de temprature.

REMISE A ZERO DU MODULE

En cas de besoin, on peut remettre zro le module et effacer ainsi tous les numros de tlphone configurs. Pour cela, appuyer pendant environ 15 secondes sur le bouton reset prsent sur le module. La remise zro du module provoque galement lannulation de la slection de la langue et de la modalit black-out en rtablissant les configurations dusine (aucun numro configur, langue italienne et blackout activ). Pour pouvoir utiliser nouveau les numros de tlphone par lintermdiaire du message Setnumeritel

ATTENTION!!! Le module a en mmoire les numros de tlphone insrs avec la commande SETNUMERITEL, le premier numro insr est le master qui reoit toutes les signalisations dalarme provenant du module; les autre en revanche, appels slave , ne reoivent pas les signalisations dalarme mais peuvent tout de mme envoyer des messages et par consquent commander le module. Le module met jour sa propre mmoire en interrogeant la carte lectronique avec un intervalle denviron 10 secondes. Pour pouvoir utiliser une quelconque commande il faudra attendre au moins 10 secondes aprs le dernier sms envoy. Les temps denvoi/rception des messages, aussi bien de commande que de confirmation, est strictement li au trafic du rseau GSM. Si le signal ef faible sur le lieu de linstallation du module GPRS, vous pouvez installer le kit antenne GPRS qui permet, travers un cble de 5 mtres, de placer lantenne dans un endroit avec une meilleure rception. Pour installer le kit Antenne GPRS (figure 18), dvisser lantenne intgre dans le module GPRS et le remplacer par le kit, en plaant la nouvelle antenne dans un endroit avec une meilleure rception. figure 18

Abschnitt 2 ANSCHLIESSEN DES MODULS

Das Modul wird ber das mitgelieferte 4-adrige serielle Kabel an die Steuerkarte angeschlossen.

Abb. 23 Um das GPRS-Modul fr den Empfang von Steuermeldungen freizuschalten, muss es konfiguriert werden. Sie bentigen eine SIM-Card mit fr die verschiedenen Fernsteuerungsoperationen ausreichendem Guthaben. Legen Sie die SIM-Card in ein Mobiltelefon ein und deaktivieren Sie entsprechend den Anweisungen des Netzbetreibers bzw. des Telefons die PIN-Abfrage beim Einschalten. Entfernen Sie die SIM-Card aus dem Mobiltelefon und legen Sie sie in das SIM-Fach des ausgeschalteten Moduls ein (siehe Abbildung 4). Vergewissern Sie sich, nachdem Sie die SIM-Card eingelegt haben, dass der Ofen/Heizkessel von der Stromversorgung getrennt ist, schlieen Sie das Modul ber den entsprechenden Anschluss an der Rckseite (siehe Abbildung 5) an das Gert an und prfen Sie, ob die Stromversorgungsleuchte (grn) leuchtet. Wenig spter beginnt die Netzsignal-Leuchte (gelb) whrend der Registrierung der SIM-Card im Mobilfunknetz zu blinken. HINWEIS: Vor dem Senden von Nachrichten abwarten, dass die DatenaustauschAnzeigeleuchten (grn und rot) seit einigen Minuten blinkend leuchten, damit das Modul das Netzsignal stabilisieren und die Pufferbatterie aufladen kann.

Wenn das Gert einen der oben genannten Alarme anzeigt, sind die Wiederherstellungsarbeiten (ON/ OFF) direkt am Gert und nicht ferngesteuert auszufhren. ber das Modul besteht dennoch die Mglichkeit, das Gert weiter abzufragen, um dessen Zustand und Temperaturen anzuzeigen.

RESET DES MODULS

Bei Bedarf ist es mglich, einen Reset des Moduls durchzufhren und so die Lschung aller eingespeicherten Telefonnummern zu erreichen. Dazu die Reset-Taste 15 Sekunden lang gedrckt halten. Der Reset des Moduls fhrt zur Lschung der Spracheinstellung und des gewhlten Blackout-Modus, indem die Werkseinstellungen wiederhergestellt werden (keine Nummer eingespeichert, Sprache italienisch und Blackout aktiviert). Um das Modul erneut zu benutzen, die Telefonnummern mittels des Befehls Setnumeritel erneut einspeichern.

ACHTUNG!!! Im Speicher des Moduls befinden sich die ber den Befehl SETNUMERITEL eingegebenen Telefonnummern, die erste eingegebene Nummer ist der Master und empfngt alle vom Modul stammenden Alarm-Meldungen, die anderen, die Slaves, empfangen keine Alarm-Meldungen, knnen aber ebenso Nachrichten senden und damit das Modul steuern. Das Modul aktualisiert seinen Speicher durch Abfrage der Steuerkarte in einem Intervall von etwa 10 Sekunden. Jeder einzelne Befehl muss in einem zeitlichen Abstand von mindestens 10 sec von der zuletzt gesendeten SMS erfolgen. Die Zeiten fr Senden/Empfangen der Befehls- und Besttigungsnachrichten hngt eng mit der Belastung des GSM-Netzes zusammen. Sollte das Signal des installierten GPRS-Moduls schwach sein, so knnen Sie das Antennen-Kit-GPRS installieren. Das Kabel ermglicht es, die Antenne an einem Standort mit besserem Empfang im Umkreis von 5 Metern aufzustellen. Installation des Kit: entfernen Sie die vorhandene Antenne, schrauben Sie die vorhandene Antenne fr das GPRS-Modul ab, und positionieren Sie das Antennen-Kit-GPRS (Abb. 24) mittels des Kabels an einem Punkt mit hherem Empfang.

Captulo 2 CONEXIN DEL MDULO

El mdulo se conecta a la tarjeta electrnica utilizando el cable serial de 4 vas proporcionado.

figura 4 Para poder habilitar el mdulo GPRS para que reciba los mensajes de mando es necesario configurarlo. Se debe tener una tarjeta SIM con un crdito suficiente para cubrir las necesidades de las diferentes operaciones de mando a distancia. Introduzca la tarjeta SIM en un telfono mvil y, siguiendo las instrucciones del operador o del telfono, deshabilite la solicitud del cdigo PIN cuando se enciende. Quite la tarjeta SIM del mvil y, con el mdulo sin tensin elctrica, introdzcala en el compartimiento apropiado (vase la figura 4). Despus de introducir la tarjeta SIM, asegurndose de que la estufa/caldera no est alimentada, conecte el mdulo al equipo utilizando el conector apropiado, posicionado en la parte superior (vase figura 5), y controle que el indicador de alimentacin (verde) est encendido. Despus de algunos instantes, que corresponden a la operacin de registro de la tarjeta SIM en la red mvil, el indicador de red (amarillo) iniciar a parpadear. N.B. Antes de iniciar a mandar mensajes, espere que los indicadores de comunicacin (verde y rojo) estn encendidos intermitentes durante algunos minutos, para permitir que el mdulo establezca la seal correspondiente a la red y que cargue la batera tampn.

Cuando el equipo visualiza cualquiera de las alarmas listadas anteriormente, las operaciones de restablecimiento (ON/OFF) se debern realizar directamente en la mquina y no a distancia. Mediante el mdulo permanecer la posibilidad de continuar la comunicacin con el equipo para visualizar su estado y los niveles de temperatura.

RESET DEL MDULO

En caso de necesidad es posible resetear el mdulo y cancelar de esta manera todos los nmeros de telfono configurados. Para esto mantenga presionado durante 15 segundos aproximadamente el pulsador reset presente en el mdulo. El reset del mdulo comporta la cancelacin de la seleccin del idioma y de la modalidad black-out, restableciendo las configuraciones de fbrica (ningn nmero configurado, idioma italiano y black out habilitado). Para utilizar nuevamente el mdulo vuelva a configurar los nmeros de telfono mediante el mensaje Setnumeritel

Cuando est habilitada, el mdulo GPRS enva al telfono master, con un retardo de 30 aproximadamente, un mensaje que avisa que falta la tensin de red

ATENCIN!!!
El mdulo ha memorizado los nmeros telefnicos introducidos mediante el mando SETNUMERITEL, el primer nmero introducido es el master y recibe todas las sealaciones de alarma provenientes del mdulo, por el contrario los slave, no reciben las sealaciones de alarma, pero igual pueden enviar mensajes y, por tanto, dirigir el mdulo. El mdulo actualiza su memoria comunicando con la tarjeta electrnica con un intervalo de 10 segundos aproximadamente. La utilizacin de cualquier mando deber tener un intervalo de al menos 10 segundos desde el ltimo mensaje de texto enviado. El tiempo de envo/recepcin de los mensajes, tanto de mando como de confirmacin, est estrechamente relacionado con el trfico de la red GSM. Para instalar el kit antena GPRS, saque la antena integrada al modulo GPRS y reemplacela con el kit. La instalacion de la nueva antena deberia ser posicionada en un lugar que tenga una mejor reception. Si en el lugar donde se installa el modulo GPRS la seal es aun baja, sera posible instalar el kit antena GPRS (figura 30) que permite atraves de un cable de 5 mts de ubicar la antena en un punto donde la reception sea mejor.

Compruebe el funcionamiento correcto de la tarjeta SIM. Controle que el equipo est alimentado o que suministre alimentacin al mdulo (el indicador de alimentacin debe estar encendido) Controle que el nmero de telfono sea correcto Controle que la composicin de los mensajes sea correcta (la codificacin de los mensajes no distingue la diferencia de caracteres entre maysculas y minsculas, pero es sensible a los espacios y los signos de puntuacin)
