RESPONSIVENESS AND FUNCTIONALITY OF THE GUIDANCE PROGRAM OF LYCEUM-NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY

Statement of the Problem This aims to measure the responsiveness and functionality of the guidance program of LNU. Specifically, it seeks to answer the following sub-problems: 1) What is the profile of the respondents as to : (a) Age (b) Gender (c) Highest Educational Attainment (d) Course Currently Enrolled in LNU (e) Units Earned 2) What are the features of the guidance program of Lyceum-Northwestern University during the last 3 years intended for the development and professional needs of the graduate students? 3) What is the responsiveness and functionality status of the guidance program of Lyceum-Northwestern University based from the evaluation of the graduate students in the development professional needs in terms of the following: a) Objectives b) Policies c) Rules and Regulations d) Researches and Plans and enhancement of their

4) How do the Graduates students and faculty perceived the extent of utilization of the guidance program of Lyceum-Northwestern University to improve their quality of life of the people? 5) What is the relevance and usefulness of the guidance program of LyceumNorthwestern University to the performance of the professional graduate students in their present jobs as to : a. Curriculum b. Teaching and Learning c. Usefulness of researcher to present works 6) Is there a significant relationship of the perceptions between the graduate student relative to responsiveness and functionality status of the guidance program of Lyceum-Northwestern University along with their profile? 7) Based on the findings, what proposals for implementation by concern authorities can be recommended to enhance the responsiveness guidance program of LyceumNorthwestern University to students? Hypothesis of the Study The researcher will measure the hypothesis using 0.05 level of significance. H1. There is no significant relationship of the perceptions between the graduate student relative to responsiveness and functionality status of the guidance program of Lyceum-Northwestern University along with their profile.
