Duel Enrollment Program: WCCCD Partnering with DPS High Schools to assist
students in meeting long term career goals. Working with students to successfully
complete high school program leading to graduation and ultimately attending a two or
four year college institution. Assistance in academics and life skills
2000 – 2007: CareerWorks, Inc., Highland Park, MI; Michigan Works Agency Jobs,
Education, and Training (JET) Program Supervisor. Responsible for selecting and
assigning staff along with ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and
promotion. Manage a staff of 15; provide employee performance evaluation and merit
increase. Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and
directing the work of subordinate employees. Evaluated and verified employee
performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
Identified staff development and training needs and ensured that training is obtained.
Maintained records, prepared reports, and composed correspondence relative to the work.

meet quota and maintain customer satisfaction. Received an outstanding sales award for
meeting and exceeding sales quota two-months in a row. Worked on continuous
improvement strategies to foster improved customer service relations with team.
