PREp: 15 mins SERVES: 2 2 tbsps Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Powder Drink Strawberry avour cup blue berries 46 fresh strawberries, diced 250ml low fat milk Lemon wedges to serve with Put all the ingredients into a blender (except lemon). PREp: 10 mins SERVES: 2 250ml soy milk 2 tbsps Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Powder Drink French Vanilla avour cup fresh apple, blended nely Dash of nutmeg 45 ice cubes Put all the ingredients into a blender or a shaker. PREp: 10 mins SERVES: 2 2 tbsps Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Powder Drink French Vanilla avour 1 whole avocado, remove seed and skin 200ml low fat milk 200ml mineral water 1 tbsp honey 45 ice cubes Put all the ingredients into a blender or shaker. Once wellmixed, pour into glasses and serve immediately.

PREp: 15 mins COOK: 8 mins Makes 4 trays 2 tbsps Herbalife Tea Mix with Hibiscus Peach avour 10g agar-agar powder 500ml water 34 heap tbsps soft brown sugar Herbalife silicone tray (optional) 1. Combine water, agar-agar powder and sugar together until mixture is smooth. Then, cook it over medium re stirring until mixture thickens. Turn off re.

2. Add in Herballife Tea Mix with Hibiscus Peach mixture and mix well. 3. Pour into cookie/jelly mould. Leave to cool then chill in refrigerator before serving. 4. It can be served chilled or at room temperature.

Exotic Tropical Mix


PREp: 10 mins SERVES: 2 2 tbsps Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Powder Drink Tropical Fruit avour 240ml low fat milk slice fresh pineapple, diced large banana, diced tsp ground mixed spice 45 ice cubes Put all ingredients into a blender. Process it until mixture is smooth, then pour into glasses. Serve immediately.

Chocolate Orange Latte


PREp: 10 mins SERVES: 2 2 tbsps Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Powder Drink Dutch Chocolate avour 1 orange, keep rind aside and segment orange, discard seeds 250ml low fat milk Put all the ingredients (keep tsp orange rind for garnishing) into a blender. Once well mixed, pour into glasses. Garnish with some orange rind and serve immediately.
