February has now slipped away from us Wow 2014 is certainly MARCHing on. First, on behalf of our family we want to thank each church and family that took the time to send us a Christmas Card, present or special offering. You were a special blessing to us and I trust that the LORD will bless you as well. I especially appreciate those that remembered WILL at this special season! After preaching the watch night service at Hillcrest BC, our travels in January took us to Battlefield BC (This meeting fell during that extremely cold arctic vortex I told Bro. Crane that I didnt believe I had ever been in a colder meeting ); New Hope Baptist in Walnut Cove, NC; Westside BC in Ringgold, GA, Emmanuel BC in Gaylesville, AL; Faith BC in Paris Tx and Open Door BC in Richfield NC (again fighting snow and ice one night cancelled). February kicked off with a trip to Fellowship BC in Madison VA (4 saved as we dodged an ice storm !!); Faith BC in Ringgold, GA; Cedar Bluff BC in Knoxville TN; and Preaching Time at Hillcrest BC in Ooltewah, TN. The meeting at Concord Lake BC was rescheduled due to ice. We enjoyed dropping in at Bible BC in Supply NC for a Sunday while near the area What a Wonderful Service! This Wednesday night, we dropped in at a supporting church Holy Ground BC and again enjoyed a precious time from the Lord and good altar response. We praise the LORD for traveling mercy and the good touch of the LORD in these various meetings. Several f olks have asked about camp information. Bro. Stroud and I are trying to finalize the details presently and expect to have the applications and volunteer packages available by the end of March. JUNIOR CAMP will be June 30-July 2 TEEN CAMP will JULY 7-11!
I am also planning another week of camp in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas for later in July and will be helping with a bus kids camp in NC along with some work over the border in Mexico. I hope that youll inquire about be a volunteer participate in these activities! March 22 nd through April 4 th I will be in Honduras with Pastor Curt Thomason. We will spend the first half of the trip visiting some missionaries that Calvary BC (Bro. Curts church) is involved with and the later part of the trip visiting Trent and Wendy Horton. We are grateful for the opportunity. My personal cost will be about $1300. P lease pray for this trip and this need. I still have some prime dates OPEN in APRIL, MAY and JUNE I have listed them below if you are interested in us coming by or helping in a meeting, please get in touch with us!
