A. DO YOU QUALIFY FOR A REFUND?
If you have overpaid your account the College will check if all entries on your account is correct. If all entries are correct a refund may be
issued.
Have you cancelled your studies within 14 days of enrolment? Registration fee is non"refundable and you will remain liable for the full
registration fee.
Your Company has paid in full for your studies after you have already made a couple of payments.
Ensure to attach all documents that may support this application for a refund.
B. WHEN AND HOW ARE REFUNDS ISSUED?
Approved refunds are paid on the last working day of the month.
Approved refunds are paid back into the originating account through Electronic Funds Transfer. If you have closed the original account,
proof of this needs to be submitted to the College.
The Application for Refund must reach the College at least 10 working days before the last working day of the month.
If you apply for a refund other than for the reasons listed in A above, the Application for Refund may be subject to approval by the Board.
The Board sits on the first Friday of every month. If a refund application may be subject to board approval, such an application must reach
the College 10 working days prior to the Board meeting.
Note that refunds may be subject to administration charges if applicable.
