HEY, YOU! Thanks for choosing to stay with us. We are excited that we get the opportunity to host you. This welcome guide will help you during your stay in the apartment. There will always be someone in the city who will greet you and take care of you during your stay. CHECK-OUT Please leave the keys on the counter by the door. The door automatically locks when you exit. HOUSE RULES No smoking in the home. An additional $150 cleaning fee is charged if the home smells of smoke when vacated. The fee is used for both re-washing all items in the home, and compensating the next guest for any odor and inconvenience. No parties. Please be discreet, respectful, and quiet. Any complaints from neighbors resulting from partying and excessive noise are grounds for cancellation of a booking and any fee penalties from noise complaints will be taken out of the deposit. Garbage must be placed in the garbage bins in the basement and should never be accumulated in the home or left in the hallway. Please be respectful of the home as if it were your own. Towels/bedding/furnishings that are damaged/stained beyond regular wear and tear will be billed as an incidental item through the deposit. Checkout time is 12:00 PM to allow for an apartment cleaning in preparation for the next guest. If you need a later check out time, please let me know and I will make a best effort to accommodate your request. Lost keys make it necessary to replace the lock on the door and a fee of $120 will be billed for a replacement. Please leave the keys on the kitchen counter when you depart. If there are any problems in the apartment (neighbors noise, apartment fixtures that need to be fixed, etc.), please feel free to me at +14152979553 at any time.

Bloomingdale's They have fantastic, quality brands of high end clothing and shoes. Their sales are often amazing. Their customer service and return policies are great.

Local Edition 691 Market Street Great hand crafted cocktails with a very classy and underground feel. They offer a great cocktail menu and fun atmosphere. They also have a live jazz band on some days.

Bourbon & Branch 501 Jones Street Located on 501 Jones St b/t Ofarrell St & Geary. Wonderful bar with an extensive cocktail list. No food served here unfortunately. Before leaving, head through the library wall

Blue Bottle Coffee 66 Mint St Great coffee using high quality coffee beans.

Katana Ya 430 Geary St Located on 430 Geary St & Mason St. One of my favorite SF restaurants! Small and sits around 30. Highly recommend to order the Katana-Ya Ramen.

Farmerbrown 25 Mason Street Located on 25 Mason St b/t Turk St & Market St in Union Square. They serve southern/soul food. Recommended for Breakfast & Brunch.

Dotties True Blue Cafe 522 Jones Street 28 6th Stb/t Stevenson St & Jessie St in SoMa. American (Traditional), Diners, Breakfast & Brunch. Normally an hour wait on the line in the weekends.

E&O Asian Kitchen 314 Sutter Street "utstanding friendly service, great classic cocktails, many winners in the small plates category. Very attractive interior and atmosphere.

Tropisueno 75 Yerba Buena Lane 75 Yerba Buena Ln San Francisco, CA 94103. Mexican restaurant with a fun and festive atmosphere. Recommend for happy hour with excellent margaritas.

Ryoko's 619 Taylor Street Great izakaya spot (Japanese bar food). They have a DJ at times on the weekend. Quality sushi.

The Cheesecake Factory 251 Geary Street Located on 251 Geary St. A tourist attraction since it's in Union Square in Macy's with an amazing view. Arts and Entertainment

Le Colonial20 Cosmo Place Highlights: garden-like entrance, live jazz band. Le Colonial reeks of old school classy chic with an Asian twist. The menu is well thought out.

San Francisco Museum of Modern Art 151 3rd St Architecture noted in history books with art from Frida Kahlo, Matisse, Picasso, Warhol and more.

Contemporary Jewish Museum736 Mission Street Great architecture with well-curated exhibitions on Jewish culture.
