1 no. wall mounted panel OF DIMENSIONS 550x250x450 (WxDxH),
completely wired and of IP 54 class of protection housing DWT-SJ-001
comprising of :

Microprocessor based weighing controller DISOMAT-T with

display.
Necessary switch gears, relays, transformers etc.
1 no. 4-20 mA isolated analog signal corresponding to Net Wt.
will be provided for Clients use.
Potential free contacts for alarm will be provided.
MODBUS COMM. to PC.

Special screened cable for loadcell for connection from the junction box
to the controller.

COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICE

: Price offered are on Ex works Ranchi.

TAXES & DUTIES : Excise Duty & Sales Tax will be charged extra.
Prevailing rates are

: 4% against "C" Form.
VALIDITY

: 60 days from the date of offer.

DELIVERY

: 4 -5 months from the date of receipt of order at our

Kolkata office.

PAYMENT TERMS : 10 % as advance along with the Order.

90 % within 7 days of receipt of materials at site.
WARRANTY

: 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18

Months From the date of supply which ever is earlier.

TERMS FOR SUPERVISION OF ERECTION & COMMISSIONING

Our engineer shall be responsible for only the supervision of Erection &
Commissioning. All manpower, tools & tackles required for the above
Job shall be arranged by Client free of cost.

The services of our engineer are chargeable @ Rs.6200.00 per

manday including service tax.

To & fro AC rail/ car fare from Ranchi to the site for our engineer, have
to be reimbursed by Client.

Client shall provide free lodging, boarding & local conveyance to our
engineer from site to his place of stay, during the period of his stay for
the above job.
