3.Site Engineer to Prepare Trial Mixes for Approval by Engineer. 4.All Structural Concrete to be Tested for Compressive Strength by Central Materials .Labaratory. 5.Concrete to recieve full time curing preferably surface curing or equal and approved by the Engineer. 6.Stairs are to comprise: 175mm Waist, 150mm Risers and 300mm Treads and/or inclined angle of 30.963 Degrees to the Horizontal. 6) All dimensions must be verified on site before cutting any reinforcement
7) All dimensions must be checked and verified on site before commencing any works. Descrepancies to be brought to the attention of the Engineer immediately. 8) Contractor must submit shop drawings to engineer for approval prior to fabrication of structural steelwork 9) All welds to be 6mm fillet welds 10)Structural steelwork to be grade 43 to B.S. 449 11) All steel surfaces shall be thoroughly power wire brushed and cleaned with approved solvent and coated of red oxide primer type 'A' to B.S. 2523. All scratches to be repainted
