Formulate/Adopt objectives of lesson plan. - Will make and develop well-planned lessons through the use of SMART objectives in all subjects. - Will create organized and systematic lessons with inclusions of recent trends to the subject matter. - Will integrate/stress values congruent to the community themes. 2. Select content and prepares appropriate instructional materials/teaching aids. - Will provide visual aids which are within the level of the learners. - Will create teaching aids which will enhance the skills of the learners. - Will strengthen linkages with NGOs of GOs and parents for the possible exposure of my clients to equipments/facilities. - Will choose low cost indigenous relevant materials as innovated way in making instructional materials.
