GRAVITY ROLLER COASTER

IEPARK design and manufactures Indoor and for Outdoor Gravity Rollercoaster. The current range of Rollercoaters consists of 2 and 3 pipes track constructions. All gravity coasters adopt the most updated technologies of construction control and safety in respect of international norms EN and ASTM. Particular attention is dedicated to low vibration and noise levels and smooth linear flow of the rollercoaster track and safety. Permanent Magnetic brakes permit the safest operation and low maintenance levels. Rollercoaters trains are equipped with adjustable lap bars depending on the various model. Today the variety of rollercoasters proposal go from 46 mt to 460 mt of track with 18 different lay out in constant expansion. The acceleration (g-force) of Iepark Rollercoasters goes from a minimum of 1,8 g to a max of 3,6 g.

ROLLER COASTER CLASSIFICATIONS

Looping Coasters: characterized by an acceleration up to 4,5 g; The maximum speed is 15 m/s and Track is realised with a mix of sections of 2 or 3 pipes construction. The height of this coaster generally requires min. 14 m. Trains of 3 or more cars seats are equipped with hydraulic multiple position shoulder restrain system. Breaking system is realised with permanent magnets. The main characteristic of the track is the vertical loop of approx min. 10 m diameter. Custom design available. Plc controlled electrical system. This coaster is studied for thrill demanding family-adult public. JR Coasters: characterized by an acceleration up to 2,5 g; The maximum speed is 10 m/s and Track is realised with 2 pipes. The height of this coaster can vary, but generally requires 12 m. Trains of up to 6 cars and 24 seats total are equipped with single hydraulic multiple position lap bar system. Breaking system is realised with permanent magnets. The track has sudden and steep descents and vortex Custom design available. Plc controlled electrical system. This coaster is suitable for an all age children-family-adult public. Rolly Coasters: characterized by an acceleration up to 2,8 g; The maximum speed is 10 m/s and Track is realised with mix of 2 and 3 pipes construction. The height of this coaster can vary from 3,5 to 15 m or even More. Trains of up to 6 cars and 24 seats total are equipped with hydraulic multiple position lap bar system, one each row of passenger. Breaking system is realised with permanent magnets. The track has sudden and steep descents and vortex custom design available. Plc controlled electrical system. This coaster is suitable for an all age children-familyadult public. Mini OTTO Coasters: characterized by an acceleration up to 2 g; The maximum speed is 8 m/s and Track is realised with mix of 2 pipes construction. The height of this coaster can vary from 4 to 8 m. Trains of up to 5 cars and 20 seats total are equipped with hydraulic multiple position lap bar system, one each row of passenger. Breaking system is realised either with breaking wheels or with permanent magnets. The track has sudden and steep descents and vortex. Custom design available. Plc controlled electrical system. This coaster is suitable for children-family public. Rolly Spin Coasters: hads a favorite movement of cars rotation while in motion.
