Newcomers & Neighbors of Sewickley

Dear Newcomers & Neighbors, It's been a long cold winter so we thought all the events planned this month might cheer you up. March is starting off with our Winter Party at Willow. I am so excited because of the great response from our members. When we all get together it's always a great night! We are not wasting anytime with our next event. New Member Night on March 3rd. We would love to get your feedback and suggestions to make our group even better. It's also to get to know our New Members and find out what Newcomers is all about. There is more ...much more! This months Program is going to help all of us look fabulous! What colors make you look your best? This program will help you determine just that. Girls night out is going bowling. Forget the heels and dressing up. It all about just having fun and hanging out with the girls. Love to read? Book Club meets every month for great conversation and coffee. And there is still more.....Then we got to thinking we could not end the month without just one more event for you and your spouse. If you love great food then you have to join us for Couples Night Out at the Hyeholde in Moon Township. If you attended our Spring Party last year you know the food is incredible. We didnt forget the kiddos! They have some fun planned too! www.sewickleynewcomers.com Like us on Facebook. Page 1 of 10

A few other thoughts:.. E-vites - You probably have noticed we have been sending E-vites for all our events. This helps our board plan, manage and budget activities. We also want to make sure members know about upcoming events and reminders so you don't miss out. Please don't forget to RSVP! Interested Being on the Board? Even though this year is not over we are already planning for next year. I would like to extend an invite to members interested playing a more active role in Newcomers and Neighbors. We would love to have new members on the Board next year. It's not only a lot of fun, you work with wonderful women and give back to this great community we live in. Please reach out to me if interested! Hang in there Spring is right around the corner! Regards, Andrea Hopkins- Green President

Couples Brunch Out: Thanks to the couples that attended the first couples brunch out (CBO) which was held at the Verde Mexican Kitchen & Cantina in February. Everyone enjoyed their selections. We received positive feedback that brunch was a great idea even from those who had other plans that weekend. We hope to do this again in the future. Again thanks, Kathy and Jeanne.
