Nowadays, more and more people are using credit cards and loans to run up personal debts that they may never be able to repay. It is said that the banks should make it more difficult for individuals to borrow large amounts of money. At the first analysis, this solution bring some great benefits to not only the banks, but also to the borrowers and the economy. By minimizing the number of bad loans, the banks can save a lot of money and they will be able to lend borrowers who are more credible. Eventually, the money will be well spent, the companies will have the capital they need to enhance. Moreover, when loans are repaid, the government will have to print less money and the inflation rate will be decreased. In the end, the economy is going to be blooming. At the second analysis, on the other hand, when the banks refuse to lend money, many individuals are not able to access to the capital required to start up a business. Furthermore, some scientists may not have enough cash to develop their projects or products, which can be really beneficial to the country in the future. It is obvious that a great deal of innovative ideas come from very ordinary people, who are often not credible in the eyes of the banks. Not lending them money to make these ideas become reality is a serious waste of the precious humans creativity. Personally, I am in favor of the idea that the banks make it not so hard for the individuals to borrow money. It is, obviously, can be very risky, but it is like what people always say: No pain, no gain; you can never be successful without taking the risks and making sacrifices. 3. Nowadays, directors of large companies are often more highly paid than ordinary workers. The employers organizations explain that this is to attract the best managers to the company. At the first analysis, not many people can be a director or manager. To become a good manager, a person will not only have to spend a lot of time and money learning, but also have to work for a couple of years to have enough experience. More importantly, that person must have some innate abilities to become a manager, which cannot be found in everyone. This partly explains why directors and managers often receive much bigger salary than other positions. At the second analysis, some workers may feel unfair when they are not equally paid. Many workers also have very well standard degrees from the renowned universities. Nevertheless, they are not paid as highly as their managers, they do not even have such priorities like their bosses such as parking in a better lot or having their own room. Personally, I strongly believe that a manager or director should be paid more highly. It cannot be denied that managers and directors are often under the pressure. They are responsible not only for the development of the company, but also for the employees that he is managing. Beside, like other people, they have to spend an amount of time for their family. Therefore, it makes sense when the manager receive bigger salary and priority than other positions. 4. Education has always been opening up an endless number of discussions. One very hotly discussed topic is about the tuition fee and other expenses related to university studies. Some people strongly believe that students should have a free higher education provided by state while others say that it is important that students have to pay the full cost of their own studies.

First and foremost, it cannot be denied that free higher education provided by state bring many things to the table. Obviously, students are those who will be benefited the first. Without having to pay the tuition fee, more students will have opportunity to go to the university, where they can make their dream come true. More importantly, when there are more people get access to higher education, the economy will have a large and knowledgeable workforce with can meet the companies demands at any time. However, having so many people get access to the higher education also causes some serious problems. It is apparent that the number of teachers and the facilities is very limited. When schools get overcrowded, the quality of learning will definitely be reduced. More notably, it will be extremely difficult to find the true talent among the sea of students. A potential student will just a normal one if they do not have the space to show his ability and the guides from teachers. A school with too many students will only make this seemed far-fetched. Personally, I strongly believe that the students should pay the full cost of their own university studies. Not only will they be aware of the importance of university, but also they will learn to appreciate the value of money. Moreover, schools can use this money to develop the facilities, train teachers and ultimately improve the quality of the education.
