PREFACE
There is a famous saying The theory without practical is lame and practical without theory is blind. The Bachelors Degree in Business Management is of no such importance until and unless it is implemented in a practical way i.e. to say that this course is not restricted to books only. Our institution has come forward with the opportunity to bridge the gap by imparting modern scientific management principle underlying the concept of the future prospective managers. To the emphasis on practical aspect of management education the faculty of HINDUSTAN BUSINESS SCHOOL, has with a modern system of practical training of repute and following management technique to the student as integral part of BBM in accordance with the above obligation under going project in

SYNNACLE TECHNOLOGIES, Ltd. This project report is made on the basis of the training which I had undergone for full fledged period of two months in the one of the robust and high-quality software design and software services company. The topic of my training was to know the Customers Perception about the Products/IT Solutions and Services Offered by Synnacle Technologies. Under this topic I was supposed to analyze and understand the reasons for Customers Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction and what they would desire about the services offered by the company. The training gave me a lot of understanding about the customers views, requirements and their future purchase plans. Thus I made questionnaire on it and accordingly constructed various graphs based on the analysis. And, certainly this analysis explores my abilities and strength to its fullest extent for the achievement of organization as well as my personal goal.
