Researched and formulated the strategy, preparation and negotiation of a personal injury/DUI case where the initial claims person was unable to reach agreement with the plaintiffs attorney. Through further investigation of the facts involved, was able to determine and justify that a higher range of settlement authority was warranted, which allowed for settlement prior to litigation, saving $10,000 to $15,000. (State Farm Insurance) Took over the management and organization of a local mens competitive softball team, creating better team relationships and attitudes, resulting in winning 8 championships. (Personal work) Created a change in work flow for claim service assistants (CSA) increasing CSA job satisfaction while at the same time relinquishing this task for the claim representative, creating efficiency by allowing them to better utilize time. (State Farm Insurance) Led agency project team in completing the rewriting and revising of the company procedures and job requirements manual, resulting in easier access to company information relating to expected job performance.
