(a'ing up ;sing lime green yarn, ma'e a small pom-pom by wrapping yarn around your finger appro&imately +6 times. Thread a piece of the same yarn through the hole and tie off tightly, trim the pom-pom to shape, and use the ends of the yarn you tied to secure the pompom inside the cup at the end of the filament. Attach the fins with your yarn needle and dar' green yarn. Attach eyes according to pac'age directions. ;sing your sewing needle and blac' thread, sew lace along the inside edge of the mouth.
