When the HIGH OR LOW BUTTON is pressed a beeping sound will be heard.

If no sound is heard the maximum / minimum level has been reached. To change the mode the MODE BUTTON may be pressed at any time. In manual mode the DIRECTION BUTTON may be used to alternate between clockwise and anti-clockwise rotations.

IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
During normal use both the belt and AC adaptor will heat up. Remove the unit from the power socket when not in use. Keep out of reach from children. To protect your unit from damage, always store it in the bag provided. Do not store in a damp or excessively warm environment. Do not put it under strain or place heavy objects on top of the unit. Clean dust or stains from the unit by wiping it with a cloth or mild detergent when it is not in use or plugged in. Ensure that the unit has completely cooled down.

MODE CHANGE - Pressing the mode change button allows alternations between modes LEVEL ADJUSTMENT - Pressing high or low button sets the level respectively ROTATION DIRECTION - Pressing the rotation direction changes motion into a clockwise or anti clockwise direction (only available in Manual Mode ) POWERING ON / OFF - Press the power button

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Wrap the belt tightly around the body, adjust the size and fasten using the Velcro strap. Attach AC to belt power connection point. Plug the adaptor into the power outlet after ensuring that the power outlet voltage is compatible with that of the adaptor. Once connected a green light will show on the remote control.. Press the POWER BUTTON once to turn it on. The unit will now run in Auto mode unless the MODE BUTTON is pressed to adjust it to manual.
