We are going to plan a wedding ceremony for our friend

The different tasks that are involved in our project are Venue Wedding plan and timings Refreshment Transportation

VENUE:
We will search different wedding halls in Peshawar which is accessible and is cheap in cost. And keeping these points in mind we have the following options in our mind Shiraz arena Sham Royal wedding hall Marcopolo

BOOKING: The best among these four wedding halls is SHIRAZ ARENA, its suitable for us in every aspect and has the best services. So we are going to book Shiraz arena for our project.

INTERIOR AND CATERING: The hall decoration and Catering is the part of the hall services so all the arrangements will be done by the halls management their selves.

WEDDING CEREMONY Wedding plan and timings:

MEHNDI: The color theme for Mehndi is to be decided by us. And we have chosen two color i.e Red and yellow, the theme will cover the stage, chairs, curtains and lighting. Now moving towards the menu we have decided the menu for the mehndi dinner is going to be Biryani Halwa puri Chicken tikka Seekh kabab Achar gosht Kashmiri tea

The mehndi timings will be decided and the schedule will be made for everything e.g. bride and grooms entrance. Dinner time and the time for other Traditional acts (rasoomat). We have booked a DJ as well with the full equipment containing disco light smoke dance floor and laser lights etc. We have to close the ceremony at 1am. BARAT: Time should be mentioned in the card as well as the location. The grooms relatives will get together at grooms house and then there will be sehra bandi and DUA E KHAIR. And after getting together the BARAT will leave sharp at 9pm. We have booked 2 busses for the guests who would take them to the venue. And we have a limousine for rent as grooms car RECEPTION: We have invited around 1200 people for the reception (Walima) and it will be held in night and timings would be 8pm to 12am. We have color theme of golden and white for the reception. We have booked a Dj and the stage will be made according to the theme color. Menu for the reception is Kabuli pulao Chicken drum sticks Lamb leg roast Finger fish Mutton qorma Salad bar Mixed vegetables

5 close family member including grooms father and uncles will be standing near the entrance to welcome the guests

REFRESHMENT:
Sub tasks involve in refreshment is Menu Cooking Serving Menu for reception Kabuli pulao Chicken drum sticks Lamb leg roast Finger fish Mutton qorma Salad bar Mixed vegetables

COOKING: We have hired our own cook named Malang Sher who is going to cook the dinner for mehndi barat and walima as well. He is well known for his quality cooking at a reasonable price

TRANSPORTATION:
We have hired 2 busses for the relatives who dont have their own transport. These busses will pick them from grooms house and will drop them back at their own houses when the program ends. We are going to rent a Limousine as the grooms car from Lahore.
