State Department Foreign Aid Payments in FY 2014

The U.S. federal government, created by the Constitution for the United States, is composed
of three main branches of government, all of which were designed to perform certain specific
but limited tasks for the states and for the people. To suggest that the federal government no
longer supports and defends its constitutional guidelines and instructions from the states,
would be an understatement. The evidence tells us today that federal government spending,
along with the degradation of our fiat currency by the Federal Reserve Bank (not a U.S.
government agency or institution), is draining the American people of their wealth. Our
economy is being intentionally destroyed by people inside our government who no longer
represent the states or our people, but who, rather, represent and support the new world
order and the hidden controllers in the international corporations and banks.
This document includes a list, by country, of just how much of our wealth just the American
State Department gives out to the world, ranked by country (130 countries) in FY 2014.
Understand that this list includes only official State Department payments and does not
include military expenditures or black budget expenditures. The data was accumulated from
the official website http://www.foreignassistance.gov/web/RGAIntro.aspx which does not
allow a visitor to easily copy and paste data en masse, and effort to extract the data is manual
and awkward at best.
From this government website: The data reflected in this map [list] does
not fully represent the total amount of foreign assistance available
in a given fiscal year. At the time of request and appropriation, some funds
are not requested at the country level. These funds are initially allocated to
regional or functional offices for subsequent allocation to overseas offices or
worldwide programs, and are not included in the heat map. In addition to funds
from specific country offices, countries may receive funds from Regional or
Functional offices, which are currently captured on regional and functional office
pages. Although not visualized on the heat map, the obligated and spent amounts
for recipient countries and regions do represent in total the full amount of foreign
assistance in a given fiscal year as these totals include the funding originally
allocated to regional or functional offices.
Country payments are listed in the table below by amounts paid rankings. Review the
individual countries, especially those at the top of the list, and then look at the totals spent
per year and per day. You might ask, for instance, why is Israel on the list, and why are they
listed as number 2 in ranking. Is this because of AIPAC, Israels unlawful lobby group? Could
the American people use all of this foreign aid money for better purposes? Does the United
States get foreign aid money from any other country? If not, why not? What, exactly, are we
buying with this money?
