Demeter

The beginning of this myth began with Zeus being very fond of Demeter. He granted her two children.. Persephone was the girl. She was raised among the flowers, and resembled one herself. She went for a walk one day to paint, and noticed a strange bush among the trees. She cut it down and continued her walk. loud noise occurred and si! black horses pulling a chariot, with a strange man in it appeared. He grabbed Persephone, and off they went. "hile Demeter began weeping in the meadow, a boy laughed and was turned into a li#ard. Demeter discovered it was Hades. Demeter went to Zeus and complained, so Zeus said he would return her, as long as no food has passed her lips during th So$ourn in Tartarus. %ne day in the garden, a boy offered her a pomegranate, and she took it, ate & seeds, but once he began eating the 'th seed, a loud scream broke out. Hermes returned Persephone, but the mother said (no grass will grow, no flowers blow, an no trees will bear), and that*s why the seasons are the way they are. Thats why flowers and plats grow at a certain time of year, and thats why frost covers the ground at a certain part of the year.

Pandora
Prometheus was the courageous Titan who was being punished by Zeus. Zeus was deciding another ob$ective for Hephaestus. (i want you to create a beautiful women from the same ingredients Prometheus used to create his beloved mortals. + want her to be beautiful enough o be a blessing, yet evil enough to be a punishment for man kind.) basically they created her, her name was Pandora. Zeus gave Pandora a bo!, and told her strictly, (do not open this bo!,). She did it anyways. Sickness and illnesses were released into the air. This myth e!plains how in the worse situation, humans have hope.

He began touching the roses in the garden, and his daughter, the princess, began being very angry toward her father because the roses in the garden weren*t as beautiful gold, as they are red. 6idas told her he would give her a golden doll with a gold1leaf dress and tiny gold shoes is she stopped crying. So she stopped. -verything 6idas touched turned to gold. He couldn*t drink or eat, because once he began to chew, and swallow, it turned to gold and he would choke on it. 6idas got angry. He went to the gods, fell to his knees, and said (+ repent. + will never desire gold again. + will never accuse the god*s. Pray, revoke the fatal wish). So pollo re1touched everything so it wouldn*t be gold anymore. 9ecause 6idas was now released from his gold touch, but he now went around that 6idas was wearing donkey ears, and eventually, pollo took them off him.
