______, no. _____, country ______,telephone ____, fax ____, email _______I refer to you this Memoir to bring to your knowledge the actual position and the rightful state in which I find myself and my family as a result of the abuses and pressures exerted by the Romanian authority, which we can prove with documents, which if you will request to us we will provide them to you. My family held and administrated a group of companies formed of the following commercial companies:________ that have as domain of activity services of financial investments (broker activities on the social equity market), the other companies having as main domain of activity meat production and meat products, preserves. These companies have had ___ butcheries, a modern preserves factory, a farm and over ___personal shops being assessed at over ______,being handled at over___ by employees, furthermore these companies were recognized at national level. The racial discrimination against gipsy practiced by the Romanian authority is manifested especially in limiting the access of the Romany ethnicity at certain goods and services; the limitation of access for the persons of Romany ethnicity in exerting certain professions and the activity. The preconceptions against the gypsy have constituted a permanent characteristic of Romanian history. When violating the gypsy`s rights the impunity climate which characterizes the actions against gypsy are very well grounded in Romania. In the recent years, the anti-gypsy feelings have been kept at high ranks and on all planes the Romanian society including high Romanian officials have made explicit statements against gypsy. The mistrust and antipathy towards the gypsy penetrate all the state`s and Romanian society layers. The Romanian authorities starting with the preconceptions strongly rooted towards this ethnicity, respectively: 1.The gypsy are dirty gypsy in Greek language means untouchable- and as a result they do not have the right to produce and reveal food products for the majority of Romanian population. 2. They are uneducated and as such they do not have access to executive positions as a result it is unacceptable for them to rule Romanian specialists and workers. 3. They are considered thieves and as such they have to be locked up and their goods confiscated. Taking into consideration the fact that me and my family, we are of ethnicity gypsy, the Romanian authorities have started concentrated actions with the sole purpose of expropriating me and my family through illegal means from all the goods obtained legally, as well as our total elimination not only from the public figure. These actions have consisted in the following: 1. For 11 years we have been haunted permanently by elaborating a number of over 10 penal cases, which have been solved either by removal from criminal prosecution either with the termination of prosecution, in which we have been tendentiously accused and which had as purpose the arrest and expropriation of goods taking into consideration the ethnic affiliation and which had as a result my destabilization and my family`s as well from the economic, social and medical point of view.

2. I have been preventively arrested three months, finally after a judicial harassment which lasted 10 years I have been absolved even if the deed never existed, furthermore the penal court has obligated us to pay a civil prejudice by violating the imperative dispositions of the law with the purpose of expropriating goods on ethnic criteria. 3. The institution of several civil processes with a period of 8 10 years in which the courts, either refused to rule on our complaints, either they refused to apply imperative dispositions of the law as a result of the fact that we are gypsy. 4. Imposing false debts towards the state`s budget, towards the commercial companies held in my family in view of their bankruptcy and rifling. 5. The blocking and confiscation of goods through illegal means by the Romanian authorities. 6. The goods` enforcement with the flagrant violation of the law and their selling at trivial prices by the Romanian authority. 7. The authorities and third parties have discredited my companies and my family in the media and television ____ having as a support the discrimination of ethnic criteria. 8. Sabotaging the economic activities by abstracting some essential pieces of the functional machineries and no investigation was started to discover the persons guilty of this infraction. 9.Bakruptcy and subsequently the liquidation ____ with the purpose of rifling the patrimony of the liquidated companies and obtaining personal advantages for them and the supposed deeds by the children of some judges and prosecutors from Romania. 10.The defalcation and defraud of a credit with a value of ____ euro from European Funds. 11. The refusal of the judicial authorities (police, prosecution department and courts) to investigate and call to account the persons guilty of such infractions for the actions of racial discrimination. 12. Imposing false debts to the state`s budget in person with a value of over______ with the purpose of refusing the right to exist both for me as well as my family. As a result of this calvary my mother has died and me and my wife we suffer of bad illnesses. The medical documents emphasize the following diagnostics: diabetes, dysmetabolic ischemic cardiopathy; cardiac failure; morbid obesity; fatal diseases and dyspituitarism and epinephral, duodenal ulcer, lumbar discopathy, hypothyroidism, gout and discal hernia. These actions have been devastating for me and my family in the current moment, my heath does not allow to me to be able to develop my activity. At the end of this Memoir, taking into consideration the facts mentioned above as well as the sustaining documents from which in an eloquent mode the discrimination based on ethnic criteria arises for me and my family and in the same time taking into consideration the continuance of abuses by the representatives of the Romanian authorities produces panic to me and my rightful assumption that the discrimination actions will be continued in terrible forms as a result of my resistance till now having as sole purpose the expropriation of goods which legally belong to me and my family and our arrest. As a result of all these presented above, I wish to request your support. At the end of this Memoir, I come with the request to grant the befitting attention to my case to submit it to a fair and impartial analysis according to your mandate and vocation, so that through the interventions that you will have at the level of the national and

international liability factors, to be put in practice the legal mechanisms in view of reestablishing the truth and the achievement of some effective and definite protection for myself and my family which was sorely tried, harassed and threatened in a period of approximately eleven years. Thank you for the attention granted and I have hope for a good resolution founded in the respect of the human rights.
