Engines and Transmissions.

A selection of powerful engine variants means you can enjoy exceptional performance, impressive power and smooth handling together with remarkable fuel economy. The Polo offers a choice of petrol and diesel engines, both designed to deliver dynamic performance with excellent fuel-efficiency. The range starts with a 1.2 litre petrol engine and a 1.2 litre diesel engine.

With the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), the car remains steerable, even during sudden braking manoeuvres, and comes to a standstill as quickly as possible.

Extended Warranty The standard warranty can be extended for a further 2 years and up to 1,00,000 kms (whichever is earlier) for a minimal extra cost. 3-year Paint Warranty The paintwork of the Volkswagen Polo is covered against manufacturing defects for a period up to 3 years from the date of sale.
